Could This Day Get Any Worse? || The Grimes & Rocco

It had happened so fucking fast. He had just been scrounging around an abandoned store for supplies when a goddamn walker came crashing in. The undead clung to his back, going straight for his neck, adrenaline sunk in as the man shouted out in surprise, stumbling back into the closest counter he struggled to keep the things hands and mouth away from his body, he didn’t want to turn into one of those fucking things! Heart racing he’s finally able to pry the undead from his back, as it lands he plants his foot roughly against its chest, wasting no time in bringing up the silenced beretta to shoot two well aimed bullets into its head. After the struggle he’d be lucky if no other walkers came stumbling around.

A noise. Ears perked up, the Italian lifts his head, scooping up his pack he glances in the direction, moving his gun toward the noise in case it was a horde of the beasts.

As he heard the other, his eyes immediately darted away— trying to make it look like it never even happened. Though, it was so obvious that he had. There wasn’t a question about it. But Milton was so embarrassed that he did— he wasn’t the type of man to check anyone out. He was pretty straight forward and never really noticed anybody in a attractive or sexual way.

But he had only been talking to Rick, as usual, talking about the day to day things that needed to be attended to. And as the conversation progressed, the advisor found his eyes wondering, not to the walls or the floor, not even to study the others face like he would at times. Rather they traveled lower and just the man himself all around.

                                                  He didn’t know why— he just did.

"U-Uh, n-no… Just day dreaming… My eyes sort of just wonder when I do that. S-Sorry.”
