I'm not completely satisfied with the reverb work at the end, but I am tired of working on it, so.
Played around a little bit with stereo Left/Right, given the repetition in the composition.

Calvin Harris' introductory disc got him to work with Kylie Minogue. I agree, we cannot claim this was the sequence of events, but I assume the hype surrounding him caused her to ask for a collaboration and their tune became a single from Kylie's X. I would claim the song remains one of the highlights of her 00's career with the incredibly committed vocals that complement the production by Mr. Harris. Of course, you also do trace his future on this one, i.e. his later pieces find him in the mode of a DJ with a famous guest, so his cooperation with Mrs. Minogue feels right up his alley. However, the sonic environment then remained firmly within the electronica of the noughts that many, including Mrs. Mingoue, perfected.

Happy 3rd Anniversary to Kylie Minogue’s 14th studio album #Golden! 💛
The album was co-produced by Minogue alongside a variety of producers including Ash Howes, Richard "Biff" Stannard, Sky Adams, Alex Smith, and Mark Taylor, among others. Each track was co-written by Minogue, making it her first album since Impossible Princess (1997) in which this was the case. A large portion of the record was recorded in Nashville, Tennessee, where she found new inspiration with its music, and also recorded some material in London and Los Angeles.
The album produced six singles including "Dancing", which was released as the album's lead single on 19 January 2018 to critical acclaim and moderate commercial success, with some highlighting the song as one of Minogue's best singles to date. As well as appearing on several shows such as Saturday Night Takeaway, The Graham Norton Show and The Late Late Show with James Corden, Minogue embarked on two concert tours in order to further promote Golden. A promotional tour, Kylie Presents Golden, commenced in March 2018 and consisted of six shows in smaller venues. In September of the same year, the Golden Tour commenced, consisting of 33 arena shows across Europe and Australia.

"Wannabe" was the debut single by the British group Spice Girls. Written and composed by the group members in collaboration with Matt Rowe and Richard "Biff" Stannard for their first album, Spice, released in 1996. The song was written, composed, and recorded very quickly; but the result was considered lackluster by their label, and was sent to be mixed by Dave Way. The group was not pleased with the result, and the recording was mixed again, this time by Mark "Spike" Stent.
The song is an uptempo dance-pop track which features Mel B and Geri Halliwell rapping. The lyrics, which address the value of female friendship over the heterosexual bond, became an iconic symbol of female empowerment and the most emblematic song of the group's Girl Power philosophy. Despite receiving mixed reviews from music critics, the single rocketed to #1 in the UK, US, and 20 other countries and won the British Single of the Year at the 1997 Brit Awards.
The music video for "Wannabe" was the first for director Johan Camitz. He was hired on Fuller's recommendation because of his commercials for Nike and Volkswagen. The original concept for the video was a one-take shoot of the group arriving at an exotic building in Barcelona, taking over the place, and running riot—the same way they did when they were looking for a manager and a record company. But a few days before the shoot, they were denied permission to use the building, so the filming was relocated to the Midland Grand Hotel in St Pancras, London.

Nowhere To Run
Let it in, breathe it out Exhale the things that I’ve done I’m so fucking careful Weighed down by the undertone God, I wish I was numb Familiar burden
In a crowd, in a room you’re alone No matter where you are I see exit signs but there’s no way out
I wanna run, I wanna hide My heart is shaking, hear me breaking You sneak in without making a sound Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide No mistaking you’re overtaking Without me letting my guard down Why do you do this to me, oh ho
I sense you begin to leave But I know you’ll return, the one thing I’m certain of Relief as you lose your grip But the damage is done Exposed and I’m hurting
Don’t wanna freak out I gotta breathe out I gotta breathe out Don’t wanna freak out I gotta breathe out I gotta breathe out
I wanna run, I wanna hide My heart is shaking, hear me breaking You sneak in without making a sound Nowhere to run, nowhere to hide No mistaking you’re overtaking Without me letting my guard down Why do you do this to me, oh ho

Spice Girls' 25th Anniversary of 'Wannabe'
Can you believe it? The Spice Girls are back with a new campaign – ‘#IAmASpiceGirl’- as they celebrate the 25th anniversary of their debut hit single ‘Wannabe’ in absolute style. Does that make you feel old? It doesn’t take away from the fact they are still the biggest pop girl band of all time. In tribute to this milestone, they are releasing an all-new limited edition EP – ‘Wannabe25’, which you will be able to stream beginning July 9th.
Collectively, this is the band’s stance on the special anniversary – “The Spice Girls belong to everyone and that’s why we want to mark 25 years of ‘Wannabe’ by celebrating our incredible fans.” There is no doubt that their fans are dedicated and can’t wait for this launch. This time, they are being invited to recollect good band memories and share stories that will then be featured on the Spice Girls website.
Originally released in 1996, ‘Wannabe’ was probably – scratch that, definitely – the cause for the Spice Girls’ global rise to fame. As it broke countless records and with over 1.3 million CD singles and download sales, it became the seventh best-selling debut single ever. “Now tell me what you want, what you really really want!” We heard these lyrics everywhere – whether on the radio, on random television shows and movies. The hit song was, and still is, an anthem for fun and empowerment.
More than that, the iconic song topped the charts in thirty seven countries, which then led to their debut album ‘Spice’ selling more than 31 million copies worldwide, simultaneously becoming the best-selling album by a female group. Since then, the band has sold more than 90 million records around the world, while winning numerous awards; the most notable being the prestigious BRIT Award for Outstanding Contribution to British Music.
In addition to the #IAmASpiceGirl campaign, the ‘Wannabe25’ EP will be released on vinyl and cassette on July 23rd. The new version will, of course, include the original single, a remix by Junior Vasquez, the original demo recording, and finally, ‘Feed Your Love’, a demo of a previously unreleased ballad, which was written by the Spice Girls and ‘Wannabe’ co-writers Richard “Biff” Stannard and Matt Rowe.
Spice Girls’ 25th Anniversary of ‘Wannabe’ was originally published on FLAIR MAGAZINE

Kylie Minogue’s (Likely) Comeback Single Was Produced By Sigala
Kylie Minogue’s pop comeback might be a lot closer than we thought with news that the likely lead single was produced by Sigala, the UK DJ behind club hits like “Easy Love” and “Say You Do.” He let a few details slip in an interview with The Sun, describing the song as having “a ‘Spinning Around’ vibe.” So far, so good! “I’m influenced a lot by the Nineties so it makes sense for me to work with her,” Bruce Fielder (his real name) revealed. “It fitted really well.” As for the sound? “It’s cool that it sounds throwback but it needs to sound modern as well to take Kylie’s career forward.”
“It’s about waiting for somebody to tell you how they feel and being like, ‘Come on, let’s get it out in the open and stop messing around. Tell me what you’re waiting for.'” The inspiration for the song could be the pop diva’s break-up with boyfriend Joshua Sasse. “After splitting from Joshua maybe that’s why she picked it because she wants people to be honest with her.” Sigala isn’t the only confirmed collaborator. Kylie has also been in the studio with Richard “Biff” Stannard, Xenomania producer Brian Higgins and Guy Chambers.
Interestingly, the album is rumored to touch on world issues. “It looks like her album could be her most political yet too, with talk of tracks covering issues like LGBT rights,” a source told The Sun. “Kylie just wants to make an album that will start conversations.” While we wait for music to arrive, check out Sigala’s breakthrough smash below.
