. Rhubarb has a high concentration of calcium but must be taken in moderation as the body can't easily absorb it. The stalks provide generous amounts of vitamin C and K, with minerals potassium, magnesium, and many more. It is a delicious dessert👌🏼 however as mentioned above in moderation 🙏 However the leaves are highly poisonous they contain a substance called oxalic acid which is a nephrotoxin, in other words this chemical can be extremely harmful for the kidneys and cause kidney failure.
