So we went back. and needless to say, we did not reproduce past mistakes.

You'll be happy to know, Iva and Timu patched things up beautifully (it's easier when she's not jealous :)

next thing after his duties were dutifully done, i had Timu set up a garden in order for the family (not to starve) to be autosufficient! great hopes, i had.

THAT is what i'm talking about. you'll admit it's confusing. Oh well, she's still out for a while and the same issue presents itself: Vhra has all the fishes.

Once again, a batch of single mangos were purchased because 1) the familyfunds cheat don't seem to be willing to work and 2) since we have a good 10000$ on an offshore account we might as well use it to feed the clan.

They're back ON *fire emoji*

Vhra comes home at said time and since she had still some energy left i had her put it into the garden. These tomatoes ain't gonna grow themselves heh!

when she wakes, i have Iva join.

it's safe to say Iva hasn't grown out of her resentment yet.

Okay i really didn't want to give in to the easy way out, but they were literally one minute away from death from starvation AND no way in hell i could get anyone to cook the damn fishes. so i had Iva cook the clan... a bunch of -hem, historically accurate of course- toasts.

!! she didn't waste so much time, as soon as Iva got to cooking she slid herself to Timu's side. Bet the sheets were still warm from Iva xD fr you should both be ashamed.

Quality mommy-kiddo time, since apparently eating isn't everyone's top priority. *side eyes Timu and Vhra* (*that's debatable, now that you mention it... >;)

Rhan eats alone. i do have a soft spot for her, she's just... existing in the chaos around her, unattainable <3

Hapu wants to be social and gets close to Rhan.

He has something else coming.

mama bear still keeps an eye on hers, even from afar <3

But Rhan remains unbothered. she just cherishes her peace, much to Iva's satisfaction. She has enough on her plate with the blonde one.

all hands, however small, are welcomed ;)

Timu ran directly from the (one and only shower) waterfall to his kids' aid, in the most simple apparel.

Let the chaos begin:

long story short, i tried - and failed - to keep everyone from dying, but all the needs were deep in the red and a glitch kept me from tending to Vhra. I sent her to bed but she wouldn't go, and i didn't notice until i realized none of her needs went up (actually they went south)

She was about to pee herself so, i woke her up from a nap she'd just taken (poor thing) and queued the bush (restroom) and bed, hoping she'd make it without cancelling her Simgod's will!

also it's incredibly dark in there. good luck seeing anything, i know i don't xD

2nd bump for Rhan and she jumped into time-appropriate PJs ;b

Immediately after birth, Vhra fell from exhaustion, to Rhan's distress.

That night, a wolf came a little too close to the camp. Rhan couldn't sleep, her constant nausea started to take a serious toll on her. When she caught the wolf sneaking, probably guided by the irresistible scent of roasted boar, she thought it would be an opportunity to use her spear, see if she still had it in her.

At the same moment, Vhra woke up alone under the tent, wet and fieverish. She crawled out, wondering if she'd wet herself and glad she was alone in there. But as she got up, a terrible pain cut through her. It was dark and she was alone, and she realized she was going to give birth. She should try to get to the cave, Iva and Timu would surely help her, but she lacked the strenght. Another cramp had her fall to her knees, and she tried to take a deep breath. The night would be long, she thought.

Rhan got the wolf, first try. It was a little bit inconsiderate, had she missed him. A hungry and furious wolf around Iva's kids... She shivered. She thought, she preferred having to deal with the wolf's rage rather than Iva's. Suddently, she heard a strange cry, one she hadn't heard in a couple years. She ran back to her tent, found Vhra along with Kiya, and... a newborn baby in her arms. Kiya said, Vhra had a baby. The young mother approached Rhan, smiling in spite of the burning pain. She handed her friend her newborn, and Rhan reluctantly complied. Soon enough, she'd find herself in such position. In truth, motherhood terrified Rhan.

It was... different than the twins. The baby felt fragile and warm, but it was lighter and alot smaller. It was a boy, she noticed. Thankful, Vhra headed back to the tent. She was exhausted. Rhan inspected the boy. He seemed really, really small. Luckily there were no hard winters here, she thought. Now, what to do with him? The night was still chill, and Vhra was knocked out so, naturally, Rhan made her way to the cave. If she was up, she'd get Iva to help her.

I'm kind of proud of this (actually there're two of them!) wolf :)

Think i'd like my papa to be near as well if there was a wolf next to me!

but actually dad's pretty busy already

And we're now short of a bench. It's okay though, there are still plenty other seats around.

Now everyone busy themselves while I try to find Rhan for some rope jumping.

Hapu's logic and art are almost maxxed! His parents would love him to work on his body skills, or gardening ones but hey!

I wish I could say these 4 simoleons were very welcome but, since familyfunds still refuses to work and i couldn't get around to change it in SimPe... they're basically rich!

actually, everyone's at the brink of sleep failure so, it's only the beginning of the day and

everyone goes to bed.

yeass i know, i put Vhra in the tent and she came right out, danced her little sleep-deprived dance then crossed the whole lot to get to the hamac. I reckon between the tent and the rock-made bed, that should be the comfier choice?

For a reason only known of himself, Hapu is in the green! so that poor child is assigned the garden for the time being (as long as his parents' sleep takes!)

the good thing is, he enjoys himself.

Now with the actual gameplay:

Finally found the shrooms from the catalog!! well, the hunger rises ever so slowly but still, that counts for something!

So i wasn't lying, Rhan and Iva became friends! Quite funny thinking how Rhan woohooed Timu way more than Vhra ever did!

We need bodypoints for hunting, so there's alot of jumping rope in this household! Very historically accurate and all, but hey, they can't even go jogging yet xD

Vhra in the back dreaming about peace. You're the only one Iva's at war with my poor bby! Also Iva's so clingy. Everytime I go back to her she's autonomously romancing Timu. Maybe if she gives him enough attention he'll stop woohooing around! that's such the strategy Iva -.-

I almost forgot about the kids. So Hapu's out because it's such a pretty night! I have him harvest the apple tree but for some reason none of them end up in his inventory.

Also Vhra is having a shower at the other end of the lot, apparently.

So Vhra openly oversteps and hops in Timu's bed in place of Iva! Idk where she is Vhra bby but, remember she's still not over you! and have you seen these muscles she has?...

Alright even better, Iva's gone to Rhan's tent! Yay girl's night!

So i thought nothing more of it except, heeheee Iva not nice! but then:

The joke doesn't make Timu laugh though. Not Vhra for that matter.

Back at it. It was a peaceful night. Headed to her tent, Rhan waved to Clingy Iva and Timu. As always, Vhra takes the opposite way to join her, and as per usual, they'll share Rhan's tent for the night.

Before bed through, the two share a small basket of mushrooms.

Vhra thinks, pregnant as they are, they should run away. She's been nothing but an obstacle to Iva's family, and Iva never misses an opportunity to remind her. She opens up to Rhan, but Rhan doesn't feel compelled. She has been alone in the past, and must admit the safety she found there is rather comfortable, especially now that her womb is full. Vhra says she's never been alone. When they found her - well, when Timu found her - her own tribe had just been slaughtered. She knows a thing or two about gardening and sewing and poisonous mushrooms, but that pretty much wraps it. Rhan chuckles: and she'd want to runaway? Does she even know how to hunt? Obviously not. Rhan herself hasn't been able to bring meat on the table for a while. Her new roundness kind of, got in the way.

The idea lingers a little, over their head. Then, Rhan puts the empty basket down and calls it a night. Vhra remains still, thinking. If going's not an option, then she has to find her place. Which, she decides to do tonight.

Usually, Timu has to go out his way to get close to Vhra. Iva's never pleased about his tendency to frolicking around, but well, Iva's always been territorial. So he is really happy when Vhra enters the cave, all her garments removed. He takes a minute to appreciate her vast, round belly. Timu loves his kids, all of them. He gently grabs her hand and leads her outside ; the moon shines bright and the neverending summer make for some deliciously warm nights.

Meanwhile, Iva's come to find Rhan. As she couldn't find either her man nor Vhra, she decided to go for a chat. For some reason, despite the circumstances, Iva's taken a liking in Rhan. Maybe because, Rhan is a good hunter and she always brings something to the table, well, not so much anymore, but she's with child after all. Also, she never spotted any biased behaviour from her part in the presence of Timu. It feels like Vhra never misses a chance. She flirts, she responds to his advances. Iva takes it, what Timu took from Rhan he took by force. Maybe that used to be true, but now she wasn't anywhere close from the truth. Still, Rhan wasn't one to kiss and tell and, as is, the relationship between the two women evolved from cordial to something, slighly more intimate.

Later that night ; Iva was happy she could give Timu a son and a daughter, but she missed being pregnant. Timu seemed off, exhausted from a harvesting day maybe - more likely from the time spent out with Vhra - but she insisted to get intimate. It had been a while now, she should have become pregnant again but, for some reason, her body seemed set on betraying her.

She would try though. Try as much as needed be.

this challenge's a pure fiasco but i'm having fun so there's that! i'll try to keep it less chaotic next gen maybe xD i'll try as of now actually ;-; two babies... poor me!

ACR is way too funny. Iva and Timu are all over each others and Vhra stands there, waiting to give him a back massage.

Srsly though i didn't even know this interaction existed! Hopefully they gain another body point and *finally* come back from the hunt with some meat next time!

We'll leave it there for tonight.

So i said, Vhra died. Immediately after, Iva and her kids circled her. At first i thought it was a sad story of bladder failure, and was all like 'damn they're not nice, circling her up to mock her cause she can't hold it!' turns out, the truth is much creepier (and to my taste, funnier)

They circled her yes, but to perform a happy dance when she passed! i didn't even know sims could be this ill-intended xD poor poor baby...

There was no way i'd let a glitch take my little Vhra away without a fight, so i picked Timu (obviously, the highest relationship she had) to plead for her life!

Iva wasn't that impressed by his show, as her mocking semi-grin tells us

But Grim was, and honestly that's all that mattered to me. Vhra is safe and sound!!

She tried to hug Timu but he wouldn't let her! xD after all he went through for her he was just like 'well listen love, my woman's just behind me and she's not too happy i got you resurrected so y'know... we can keep it casual though right?'

Obviously Iva didn't hear his last words cause she's all like 'my maaaan <333 heroic AND faithful :D'

but everyone is still starving so, time to take things into my own hands! i go around desperately looking for sth to eat for them when suddently, small event cam pops up and:

Timu: you go babe!

She's just back from the dead AND a fight should always end up with one of the sims' death. *sigh* i don't make the rules.

But then Vhra loses and I'm like NO WAY! NOT TODAY, AND NOT LIKE THIS! DAAAMN

she doesn't like you either, so i guess... why not. *sigh* now i'm in for a fight at every occasion they'll have, i know.

his tummy is grumbling so there he goes, leaving his women to fight for him and all.

Rumor has it fire-extinguishers grow on trees and that the first ones ever date back to the Ancient Times.

Rhan is a natural. She took the fire out quickly, as the whole household tried to set themselves into fire while panicking.

Since everyone needed a shower and i only have ONE waterfall (a little space-consuming, so yeah) i took it upon me to dig a bit more into their offshore account and bought them a bathtub. Hop, i thought, four sims in at the same time getting their hygene up :)

Lool. Timu took it upon himself to personnally thank Rhan for saving his tribe.

She responded favorably.

And you won't believe it but...

Here we are again xD Iva feels betrayed, also everyone is a pixel away from general motive failure. As always, dare i say.
