Inked some pictures today, my hands are so sore. It didn’t help that I spilled hot water over them during cooking, hurray :P (no serious burns, don’t worry)

Might play around with the shading in the first pic some more, but I’m mostly satisfied. Really excited to colour it!

I sketched the four portraits about a year ago, the designs of Vial and Sid (guardian and mirror) have changed a little since. I still rather liked them so I inked them as a warm up for the first picture.

Used a Pigma Sakura FB and fineliners, I can really recommend this marker :) It has really nice line volume control.

WIP of a picture of Pluton and his crew at their black market hideout. Probably gonna ink this instead of work it out with pencil for a change, I need more ink practice.

From down-left to upper-right: Hound, Haime, Pluton, Orakel, Rhadula

Pluton is a collector/dealer of mystical artifacts. He acquires them through negotiating if he can, but more often than not he’ll resort to blackmail, intimidation or theft to get what he wants. He sells these items to all kinds of clients, from Plague cults to Light archaeologists.

Hound and Orakel are Pluton’s children. He’s teaching Orakel the tricks of the trade while Hound tends to stay at home because she’s far to young. Despite his twisted nature the snapper loves them both dearly and will do anything to protect them.

Haime is a jack of all trades who was sent to serve Pluton by a friend of the snapper who owed him. The tundra protects the base from thieves and looks after Hound when Pluton and Orakel are away. He’s laconic and easy going, but reliable. Haime is opposed to Pluton dragging his kids into crime and tries to counter the terrible morals he instills in them, to little avail.

Rhadula is a banescale from ancient times who escaped the Fortress of Ends, only to end up in Pluton’s claws. The snapper uses Rhadula’s knowledge of the ancient world to track down long lost lairs and ruins in the hope of uncovering their treasures.
