WIP Yondu Fin. My mission is to allow the wearer to be able to remove the fin for easier transport and LED battery changes. The clay base is designed to fit into the base of the fin. My next step is to cast this clay base as a two-part plaster cast. I'll then cast a mold with Rebound 25 and Eco-Flex silicone. My current plan is to brush on the first few layers with Rebound 25 to provide more support to hold the fin in place. Then I'll place magnets inside that will align with the fin. Then the rest of the mold will be back filled with eco-flex. . Crazy. I know. But 'v done tests, and think it's going to work. If it doesn't work I still have a mold and can try again with a different method. 😁 . Here's some of the pics of lucky individuals whom I did some simple prosthetics with "scratches" and "bullet" wounds. There were about two or three more people but forgot to take a pic of their "injuries" too.
