His comms went off in the middle of the night. It alerted him to a ship touching down in the nearby settlement. The description of the woman he was given made him sit heavily down. It took him a moment to gather himself and grab his saber. If this was a set up, he would not go down without a fight.

Rushing, he stood outside. Hugging his body, he waited silently. The townspeople didn't know him as Anakin Skywalker, but as Jaxxson Turner, a scavenger with uncanny abilities to a Jedi. They kept his secret because he drove the Black Sun and Hutts out of the area. To them, they owned him the whole world. Footsteps were heard. When he did hear them, he turned and pulled his saber out. It was a new one. A darker blue blade ignited. Seeing the woman made him draw a breath in. He knew instantly who it was. "You shouldn't have come."

Sunshine’s sitting on one of the tables in the Diner, expression twisted in concentration, her revolver disassembled in front of her. It’s misfired twice today, twice too many for Sunny’s liking. It’s easier to test the gun than the bullets, but she has a sinking feeling her last batch of gunpowder didn't mix right.

Tongue poking out the corner of her mouth, she holds the cylinder up to the light to make sure the chambers are all clean and unobstructed. She sees Fun Ghoul through it and startles a little, bringing the cylinder back down. “Oh. Hi. I’m, uh.” She looks down at the pieces of her revolver. “Having gun problems. ‘Cept I think I’m actually having gunpowder problems, which’re a lot harder to fix.” She pouts at her gun, then looks up to him again. “’M Sunny. Sunshine. Sunshine Revolver. Hi.”

I wish Nina had gotten to stand up for herself. We learned so much about how bad her relationship with Lindsey was, and at the same time Maggie is trying to hit on her and Aziraphale and Crowley are trying to arrange a romance between them. No one will just let Nina be, no one will be a friend she needs

Nina should have been the one to tell off the demons, not Maggie. (No one was controlling Maggie that we saw. She has no boss, no family pushing her around.)

If Lindsey came back on Monday, expecting apologies, would Nina tell her to get lost? Did Nina ever acknowledge it was a bad relationship? (Ms. Sandwich even confronts her on it, because she makes worse coffee) And Nina never confronts that

LMAO so, recently someone tried to SCAM me, so i'll show you what happened and the telltales of it being a scam.

This one is quite obvious but i know people who are just starting their artist careers and might not have experiece.

Follow the thread:

🚩#1: They pick your most famous/Popular art as reference. They don't know what you actually sell.

🚩#2: They will pick a random popular character. They're not roleplayers or anything. They're not here for the art in any level

You ask me, what are the odds they really like Goku? Oh, well, you'll see. At this point i check their profile for anythign that might indicate it, but as you'll see you won't have to.

🚩#3: They say they saw my ToS. On it i state i only work with paypal and google forms.

🚩#4: Random issue with payment method. They might have a real problem with it, but see; they'll never ever accept any other payment method, such as Zelle, CashApp, Payoneer, Ko-fi, etc.

I already knew this drill so, let's continue.

🚩#5: I love playing dumb lmao. Anyway, this scam revolves on them either sending you "too much money" and asking it back or something like it. I won't be following through because i know it'll be annoying.

BE ADAMANT WITH YOUR METHODS. Do NOT EVER bend them for randos.

🚩#6: They're so ready with the info on how the payment works it's fucking funny.

The reason I PERSONALLY use PayPal INVOICES (no any other payment within paypal) is that they're safe for both me and my client. My rules are stated clearly.

MAKE A ToS I BEG YOU YOUNG ARTIST

🚩#7: They're not even a good scammer lmao they REFUSE to go on my PROFILE to get a link or read anything.

I use Forms because it collects the client requests and it's easier for me to read it all in one place. It ALSO makes scammers bored.

🚩#8: They're so disinterested on the art they don't care for posing, vibes, colors, nothing. Again, they're NOT here for art. That's hilarious.

They want you to be impressed and showing "generosity" usually gets people who need monay into risky situations. That's just plain cruel.

Being an artist on an online space is dangerous. If you need help, poke an artist you know, see how they operate and if it fits you. Most of them would help you.

He had to take care of himself? A small pang of guilt passed through his chest. When had he last slept? Or eaten? Izuku decided he must have looked worse for wear if Himiko mentioned his fatigue earlier. "Alright, I'll take a rest after we're done here."

Then she surprised him. A gift, one of personal history and sentiment, perhaps. Worn by the passage of time, it was clear the charm had been with Himiko for ages now. It stunned Izuku as she shoved it into his palm. Aside from his mother, who had ever given him anything? It made his eyes water, which he promptly attempted to wipe away.

"Thank you, Himiko. For everything." Their promise and this gift meant more than he could express. It went beyond a mere partnership. As he said earlier, they were friends.

Sometimes, it could feel like the blonde was always living in her own world, but she was more clever and witty than one could judge at first; the amber hues that scanned all the little details making sure to remember what she saw here. Not out of malice, of course, but out of curiosity.

"Then, if I gotta take care of myself so I get you some of that blood, you have to make sure you also take care of yourself, alright, Izuku-kun?" She would add so once Midoriya sat down on the futon's edge, before her eyes finally fell back onto the boy with a wide smile.

Despite the wound, her eyes were as lively as ever, and of course, they would half-close when acknowledging the small flush from a second ago. If she wanted him to rest, though, she would have to be the one going for now.

"What's the point if I can't have a little fun?...but oh! If you need anything else from me, you already have my number, just in case! Alright?"

Before she would go, however, she picked her phone carefully; this one decorated with a few charms that seemed kinda old. Perhaps the only few things that she still owned from her life at home. And without thinking twice, she removed the one that was shaped like a small pink bunny.

One of the eyes of the small toy was already erased, and the pink color was dull in comparison to something new, and yet, Himiko approached to offer it to Izuku.

No explanation at all, aside of forcing him to keep it- not taking a 'no' for an answer. It was only afterwards that she intended to twirl around to leave, but when she was at the door's frame, the blonde would look over her shoulder one more time.

"Hold onto it for good luck.~"

The gun comes back together in her hands, bullets sliding into the chambers, cylinder spinning freely. It usually calms her down, tearing it apart, cleaning it, putting it back together.

It doesn’t this time.

Sunshine’s transmitter sits on the ground next to her, but it’s silenced; she knows her crew is looking for her, probably worried sick, but she can’t be around them right now. Not even Acid, much as it hurts to leave her in the dark. She’s about to tip out the bullets and start again when she hears the barest whisper of shifting sands behind her. She whirls, tumbling onto her back, revolver snapping up to point at the interloper. Her usually steady hands are trembling from the fear that’s ruled her the past several days, but she doesn’t need to be a crack shot when she’s got six bullets and a chest to aim at.
