"Whale...magician?" The words were lost on her for a brief moment until Miyoi remembered just what she was wearing. Clothes like these really did make her stand out way too much. But when it comfortable even in the post work hours no one really should blame her for wanting to keep it on.

"Oh this nonono. It's just something I wore before I came here. And then the owner of the store I worked at said it looked nice to have on while I was working. So...its kinda my work uniform while doubling as something I just enjoy wearing."

Which wasn't helping her case at all. Still better then sitting around and not explaining it at all.

"No magic powers or anything. I mean I guessI could try a magic trick. But probably not anything like anyone else could."

Funny enough they actually didn't talk much after that. They were in no obligation to make conversation with each other just because he invited her out to a night of free drinks. Seongjun vibing with the party as a intrusive thought enter his mind as the music continue.

" Aaa no err... That's pretty common around here. Believe me. The different worlds, the visions both seem pretty normal to me at this point..." he laughs. His own visions though.... Eiden hardly knows what to make of them. They don't seem to happen here and ... he wonders if they would even if all the limits where lifted.

"I see. That's a lot to go through just to get back for some water." Even weirder that he just willingly admitted to a complete stranger that he was cheating to secure his victory as well. Not that Miyoi looked like someone who would go tell on a random individual but it almost felt like a brag in a way. However to give out the spoils to everyone else was a bit generous even if the win wasn't exactly a "fair one"

But youkai were the same in ways to get their own hands on little things. It was just thanks to Gensokyo's rules that they had to abide to everything else set in place.

"Well I guess after serving them myself all day along with other drinks I get a bit sick of them. But I'd feel awfully rude if you offered something to me only to reject it. So maybe I can stick around for one or two..."

At worst if she did need to escape she could just manipulate their current thoughts. The odds there was one sober individual in there was unlikely.

"You misunderstood me. I meant to say i already beaten the Bar owner absurd drinking game and now the drinks are fee for the night. Wanna hop in?"

Seongjun offer a hand out to shake. No older then 21, yet the wrinkle in his eyes make him feel older.

"The name Seongjun Lee. I....cheated the bar owner a tinsy bit. In my defense charging that much for tap water is a bit of a rip off. I got angry and the bar owner underestimated my ability to drink by a tinsy bit. So yeah....i don't know anyone who refuse free drinks but hey you might be the first."

Why is he offering? Because without the burden to save the world.....Seongjun lee a easy going guy.

If he can he much prefer everyone to be happy. It's the fact in his world that impossible.

That seemed like it was close.

Eiden barely had time to spot the kid before he saw what he presumed fast reacting onlooker. There's no time to even get his adrenaline pumping when it's already done. He stands there in shock still until the guy speaks to him, only managing a blink of surprise now.

" Huh? "

" Oh oh sure thing!! I'll catch it---but uh, everything alright? "

One minute back and one return for the day already used up. Seongjun grabbed a boy by his collar and pulled him back just in time as a truck speed by and almost hit the boy.

First return of the city. This moment erased by Seongjun powers was that of a boy not watching both ways and...

"Kids these days need to be stop being so reckless. You only live once you know? Hey the brother over there. You mind catching the ball for the kid? I'm afraid the kid might get butter fingers. I wanna be sure then sorry."

And the hero who risk his body for the boy without question. Seongjun grab the boy ball and did a wave to have his attention.

Miyoi's curiosity always seemed to get the best of her once the afternoon came around. Work was over and while she could enjoy the comfort of her own home going out and trying to find someone else to talk to felt like the more enjoyable thing to do. Even if the places that she did visit tended to be much more rowdier than anyone could imagine.

"Beat the bar owner? I'm not really an amazing drinker to be honest..."

Which was really a lie. It was possible to get a youki "drunk" in a way in a similar way oni could after plenty of booze. But odds were compared to the average person it'd take plenty of time to feel any effects. And that wasn't even taking into account what Miyoi could do with people who were under the influence.

"Has anyone here won yet?" The poster girl said curiously as she peeked her head in as well, scent of booze overtaking any other smell in there "Winning and getting free drinks feels like a big offer if they don't stand a chance at fighting back."

Seongjun despite his severe depression....ACTUALLY not a fan of it. Sure he drank a lot of it for social or when he super depressed.

But MOST the time he prefer his mind to be fully functional to form plans.

"CHUG CHUG CHUG CHUG!"

Seongjun Lee slam the glass in triumph as the bar erupt in cheers. The bartender stop his stop watch as there this grumpy but respected sigh.

"The drinks are free for everyone in the bar tonight."

Seongjun originally did sat down to for a bottle of carbonated water only. After seeing the price and goading the bar owner to take the bet. The bar in a good mood as Seongjun notice someone passing by alarmed by the noise.

Seongjun sticked his head out of the bar door. Motioning the whale hat girl to join the party.

"Hey missy. Just beat the bar owner challenge and the drinks are free. You look like the type who can handle her drink. Come in. Just for tonight everything free. Of course if your not a drinker there always the soft drinks."
