23rd started the Sakadawa month, where buddha was born, enlightened and passed away. I will start a retreat first time on my own, where I used to organize Retreats in El Gastor. This year will be just me, but I will dedicated to all beings in all galaxies to be free from suffering. I might be off a bit but I hope all this end soon and we will be back together stronger, healthier and happier. . . . Acaba de comenzar el mes de Sakadawa, mes que se celebra el nacimiento, iluminación y paso al para nirvana de buda sakyamuni. Es el momento perfecto para hacer retiro ya que se multiplican todos los beneficios que consigas con tu práctica. Este año, ya que no hay retiros con lucia yoga, voy a hacerlo sola, en El Gastor, pero lo dedicaré para que cese el sufrimiento de todos los seres de todas las galaxias. Todo esto pasará antes de que nos demos cuenta y volveremos a estar juntos de nuevo.
