i hate job hunting i taking 30mins to fill out an application with scenario and behaviour questions only to get an automated rejection email i hate interviewing and then being ghosted because they don't/can't take the time to call each individual candidate to reject them over the phone i hate going to interviews and talking to REAL PEOPLE and then getting an automated 'unfortunately on this occasion we will not be progressing with your application' i hate asking for feedback on what i need to improve when they don't give me the basic fucking courtesy of a goddamned phone call GOD
