My mother loved her catering company, Stage Door Cookery, immensely. I’ve likely acquired my affinity for food from her, I’m sure. Always a difficult industry, no doubt, yes- while there is no shortage of forthcoming challenges either. Still, I wanted to share three tips. One, make your guest feel welcome, always, exercising excellent etiquette. Two, show your guest hospitality and honor them by trying to fulfill their requests.
