They appear to be a bot that copies tweets from legitimate antifa accounts. Here’s screenshots showing this happening: https://twitter.com/pinko_snob/status/940703474706255872 They also use the “Bluehand” and “NewBluehand” hashtags, which seem to originate from 4chan and are just full of racist, Islamophobic, anti-immigrant, and Zionist accounts. Cheers!

Correct, they do indeed seem like an aggregator bot.

One thing to point out: “Bluehand” is indeed a fashtag, in reference to an Islamophobic UK movement since 2014. Bluehand describes itself as “anti-political correctness” and calls it “the greatest threat to free speech the world has ever seen”. NewBluehand was a response and opposition to that -- NewBluehand has since rebranded as ResistingHate.
