What I like about Requin in Foot 2 rue is that he's a very reasonable guy. He's calling out cheaters if he can, and impartially. And his story arc, even if not put on focus, of him moving from a player to a referee/manager of the league is pretty cool. Wish we learned a bit more about him.

So, since there are news that this year we will have a fourth season of Foot 2 Rue I’m gonna proceed to ignore Foot 2 Rue Extreme and throw out my ideas for a sequel.

Why you may ask? Because I want to.

 So, in this new series we follow a new group of ragtags that want to be in the Street Football World Cup but never win a match. The Rifflers come back to help them, as supporting cast, being Tag their coach. First season will center on the kids trying to make it to the world cup. We revisit the town and how things have changed/were are the occupants now. In later seasons the compete against teams from all over the world, with more old characters appearing to help the new generation or just be there to support them.

Things I would like to see:

Requin/Shark being a business man who looks super shady at first but isn’t at all, he is just a big dork.

Ben being a single Dad. Like, he is this scary blond man with a scar who the kids are scared off is a Dad tm and his child is adorable.

Tag adopting one of the kids in the end.

A wedding, I don’t care if it’s Tag and Eloise or Jeremy and Samira, give me a cute wedding.

Fede and Pablo dad supremacy

The same way to explore social problems like racism, sexism, injustice, etc. It was top tier then and it would be top tier now.

re: my answer to the coffee shop question, concerning Requin and Amir.

So still with the optic that Amir either crossdresses regularly or is genderfluid. Requin, working as a barista, starts falling for this pretty girl who comes often and is super nice and then there’s this guy who’s also a regular and so his type too and yeah Requin starts crushing on him too. Amir def thinks Requin knows he’s both so when Requin asks “one of the two” out and the “other” shows up on the date, Requin’s like what. and Amir is like what ‘what’? and idk i like identity shenanigans
