Help needed!!

I need to find detailed descriptions of what bladder holding feels like in a sexual context for a cis guy but nothing I’m finding fits the bill- it’s always either from an outsider’s perspective, or it’s first person but not descriptive enough. I wanna write an omo fic but I don’t have the parts necessary to know what it feels like, and I want to be able to accurately describe what it does to the character and how it feels in the character’s body as he masturbates with a full bladder to keep himself from peeing. if anyone has content relating to this that specifically describes the physical sensations in depth I would love a link to that for inspo!! ❤️❤️
