Because I can still agree with a post or like what it has to say? I just don't feel the need to tag it. I rarely tag memes and shitposts as well unless they're really funny. There are times where I'll reblog a nice landscape with rain audio without tagging.I like to tag characters, artwork, shows, etc that I wouldn't mind researching in the future because tumblrs search engine fucking sucks. I am my target audience, this blog is for me. When I repost art it's because I specifically love the art and the artist and tumblr is honestly the best place to organize an image gallery while keeping track and sourcing all the artists I like so I can check them out again in the future. It's why I hate getting deactivated or flagged so much because then I lose access my archive where I see all the stuff I love. My politics are my own but I'm not necessarily craving to search up non-current political and social issues again two years down the road you know.

Last Song: Cool Schmool by Bratmobile, which I'm listening to as I write this. I've been a fan of riot grrrl music for a while now, but I had to play Gone Home for a class recently and it features a selection of licensed riot grrrl songs including this one, so it's been rattling around my head for a bit since then.

Favorite Color: Purple. When I was much younger it used to be red, and then for a bit it was blue so I could be more like my brother, but now it's purple for sure. Follow-up would have to be black since it's one of the few colors that looks good on me (also I like goth stuff). Funnily enough I am actually red-green colorblind so I don't see red or purple the same as other people which is fun. That also means I get sent colorblindness tests every once in a while by friends as a way of teasing me. Oh yeah also one of the miniatures armies I build and paint have purple and gold as their primary colors, which does add a lot to my enjoyment of them.

Last Book: That would have to be "The Cathars and the Albigensian Crusade: A Sourcebook" edited by Catherine Leglu, Rebecca Rist and Claire Taylor. Research material for the paper I have to write as part of my final this semester. I've not had much time to do reading for myself recently, since basically every class I have and will continue to have will entail a good amount of reading. This is just the most so far because I'm making myself read all of this stuff (I have another nine physical books, three digital ones and a bunch of academic articles that I get to go through because I hate myself or something I guess). It is interesting though and I do like doing the research, it's just also a lot.

Last Movie: You know what? I had to think for a while as to what movie I had last watched, and I think it is in fact High School Musical (I'm 23 I promise please believe me). This time it was the fault of both my wife and her mother-in-law, who I guess decided to entrap me into their plot of watching various children's shows and movies from the 2000s. Idk it was fine, I wouldn't have chosen to watch it of my own volition but it wasn't bad and it was occasionally kinda fun. But yeah. That was something.

Last TV Show: Spectacular Spider-Man at my wife's prompting. We both remember it from our childhood but it also came out in 2008 so it's been a while since we've seen it. Kinda forgot just how much action Peter sees in that show (and how much he fumbles it) for what is an obviously incredibly dorky person. Huh wait maybe that reminds me of someone-

Last thing googled: "Misericorde: Nun Left Alive". A visual novel I'm a big fan of had a post on bluesky (which I'm not on so I saw it reposted on tumblr) where they talk about making a first person shooter as the sequel and conclusion to the series. I of course knew it was a joke, but I did for a moment think there was an actual download link so I guess I did fall for it.

Thing you’re looking forward to: GenCon with my wife and friends. That's gonna be in August though so I still have a while to wait. It was super fun last time though and I'm incredibly excited to do it again!

Current Obsession: I guess that'd have to be Crusader Kings III, specifically the Lord of the Rings mod for it since I spent all of last night playing that instead of responding to this or doing anything actually responsible. What can I say, it was fun.

Last thing googled: "when was scarlet witch retconned not to be magneto's daughter'" because I was reading Magneto: Dark Seduction and trying to figure out how long were lorna, pietro and wanda siblings for (I found out lorna was confirmed as magneto's daughter a few years after dark seduction). the retcon happened in 2014 btw so they were all canonically siblings for about 10 years.

I have WIAWTS and another story that, until it is completed, will never see the light of day. You can pay me all the money and wouldn't get a peep out of me. I also have a short story collection based around songs and music. The stories will be the picture I paint in my head when I listen to a song

Is It's Time To Dance discontinued?

If you're here from the IT fandom (how on earth did you even find this account??) and you read my fic on Insta and is wondering if it's still happening, the answer is no. The fandom became very problematic and the things that happened there made me loose inspiration in writing for that fandom. So yes, It's Time To Dance is very much, completely discontinued.

An anti is the first one you mention; it’s sort of an umbrella term for those who are vocal against Johnlock / TJLC… we don’t really use it for people who don’t ship Johnlock stay in their own lanes about it, since people are allowed to ship what they want and they are respectful of tags and of us. They may wank a few times about it, as we all do, but they stay off our posts, and out of our tags. It’s more for the people who are vocal about it, put their bigotry and hatred in our tags, and attack people just because our ideas differ from theirs. They reblog or repost our stuff shamelessly and make sure we know about it. It saddens me that these people have so much hatred in their hearts that they just cannot find happiness. It’s best to ignore them; most are just looking for validation and attention, because “any publicity is good publicity”.

As for the Lost Episode, it’s an idea that there may be a secret episode that was filmed during S4, particularly during the TFP filming since TFP’s production value dramatically went down and originality is non-existent. Essentially, the fabled Lost Special will explain what the hell is going on in S4. The fandom itself NEVER  started the secret episode rumour… that was ALL Steven Moffat’s doing. After his comment about a lost episode during the TFP screening, the fandom went on a huge treasure hunt to find clues to its existence, both within the show and during odd happenings during this REALLY not-normal hiatus. You can peruse my ‘secret episode’ blog tag; I’ve linked it chronologically so you can see the earliest happenstances of it!
