--- it’s not often zero was given a relax day but with the past few missions wearing him out to the point of exhaustion, nine thought it was good to give their newest and youngest member a break. not only did nine give him one day off, but four all together which the male was extremely grateful for. however, he hasn’t exactly been doing too much sleeping considering he’s been staying with a close friend.

“i’m not the getaway driver for a reason, you know this, of course you’d beat me at mario kart--” he says with a laugh, hiding his shame and embarrassment with his hand over his face. his friend luckily knew everything about the small gang zero was in - everything but the other members, the gruesome details, and of course, zero’s real name.

--- it was the correct meeting time, the right place, but where were they? jeongguk didn’t often allow himself to get close enough to people but somehow this person had wormed their way into his cold and dead heart. at least just enough for jeongguk to agree to meet them at this spot, at this time of night. however, they weren’t here and it was starting to get late. sicking down to the ground to sit, the homeless man sighs as he lets his eyes close for a moment. this was why he didn’t like getting close to people. it always hurt when he was let down.
