I haven't really had the time to keep up with the shows/manhwa/manga I've been wanting to watch/read since I'm busy taking care of my newborn but I just finished Demon Slayer's latest season and I'm waiting for the last episode of Jigokuraku! I'm hyped to see JJK next month too EEEEEK!!!!

I also just finished reading a super wholesome manga called "Shima-chan Chi no Tsugai Jijou" (How My Daddies Became Mates) and I was foaming at the mouth the whole time cause the bottom looks like Yuuta and the top radiates SO MUCH eren energy like he's literally how I picture eren in a romcom LMAO I'M JUST LIVING

When they pulled apart, their mouths were both stained red, as if they’d been filled with blood. A tempting thought, though Hakuren spent only a moment dwelling on it before his eyes focused once more on his brother. The UnSeelie King rolled a berry between his elegant fingers, pulling it effortlessly from the vine before pressing it to his brother’s lips.

Hakuren let it rest there a moment, then opened his mouth invitingly, allowing Hakuyuu to press the sweet inside. It burst as it pushed past the fae’s sharp teeth, leaving the king’s fingers to press the sticky pulp against his tongue. Hakuren closed his lips and sucked gently, tongue laving over milky skin until all the sweet juice was gone.

Hakuyuu pulled his fingers free of his brother’s lips with an almost lewd sounding pop, trailing his fingertips down over his chin.

“Distracting me with that pretty mouth of your’s,” the king hummed, nails crooking under his brother’s chin. “Will not make me forget my words, dear brother.”

Hakuren pouted. Pressing his luck, he leaned up to catch Hakuyuu’s mouth a second time, but his brother’s nails bit into his skin and he stilled. He may be his brother’s lover, but even he cowed to the power of the UnSeelie King.

“It was just the once, Yuu...” Hakuren whined. “I swear it was all for fun.”

“Of course it was, brother. That is what the Hunt is. Enjoyable, passionate, thrilling. It is meant to tempt you. You ought to know better.”

The intensity of Hakuyuu’s gaze made Hakuren want to squirm, but he held still. He twisted his hands into the silken fabric of the king’s robe instead, rubbing his knuckles against his knees through the layers of cloth. 

( He wondered if his brother might forgive his disobedience if he fell between them now and put his pretty mouth to more distracting uses. )

He wanted to say I’m sorry, but he wasn’t, and fae couldn’t lie. He gnawed his bottom lip instead, and Hakuyuu sighed. Another berry was plucked, and Hakuren opened his mouth to accept it again.

“I give you so much freedom, sweet little brother, and it breaks my heart when you abuse it.” the king chastised softly, once more pressing the pulp of the berry to Hakuren’s tongue. “Think of Hakuryuu, if you must. What sort of example do you set, running off with the Wilde Hunt as soon as it begins to howl? Would you want to see him running amok with the beasts?”

Hakuren shook his head and Hakuyuu’s nails dug grooves into his tongue. He tasted his own blood and sucked hard on his fingers.

“I don’t want to have to leash you, Hakuren. You’re such a beautiful, wild thing on your own... But I cannot tolerate disobedience, not even from you.”

The king’s expression fell, and with it the temperature of the room seemed to descend. 

“Am I really so dull, Hakuren? Is this court not enough for you? What do I lack that draws you so to the Hunt, of all things...?”

Hakuren jerked back from his brother, as if he’d been struck, staring at him aghast. As quickly as he’d pulled away he surged forward, scrambling into the king’s lap and beginning to press fervent kisses to whatever parts of him he could reach. Hakuyuu’s hands rested on the arms of his throne, neither forcing his brother away nor pulling him closer.

“The Hunt is just an amusement, a folly!” kisses peppered across the king’s cheeks, skipping his mouth, if only just. “I went for the thrill, nothing more nothing less, it doesn’t- couldn’t -compare to you, Hakuyuu, nothing could!”

“The thrill...?” Hakuyuu hummed softly. One hand lifted delicately from where it lay, ghosting his fingers down over his lover’s thigh. Hakuren shuddered and arched against him as if Hakuyuu were gripping tight enough to bruise. “What thrill do you lack here?”

“I- I--” Hakuren stumbled over his words, caught in his brother’s gaze. There were eons of knowledge and fathomless galaxies in the king’s eyes, the legacy of time itself hidden in his irises. You could not lie when you were stripped down to your soul. “I... I wanted to hunt... To chase and be chased, to catch my prey and feel victorious...”

“Or to flee from the tireless hunter.”

Hakuren trembled as his king’s arm encircled his waist, pulling him slowly forward against his chest. 

“It has been some time since I last chased you, dear brother...” Hakuyuu mused aloud. “Shall we have another game? I the hunter, and you my prey? Or perhaps...”

Hakuren panted, open mouthed, as his king’s lips ghosted slowly across his own. So temptingly close. So impossibly near. If he dared only to move enough to catch them...

“...Maybe this time, I will be your prey...” Hakuyuu finished with a wicked smile, and in way of an answer, Hakuren threw his arms around his shoulders and kissed him hard enough he could taste blood.

Summary: The origins of the kingdom of Nymeria and the fall of the Valyrian race. The circumstances that lead up to the meeting between dragon and prince. The world Eren and Yuuta live in is unjust and cruel, but it’s a world they both must face if they are to survive.

Summary: It's been three years since the attack that killed all of the Valyrians. The last dragonblood, Eren Jaeger, has been surviving on the island by his own strengths, alone and wondering what the rest of the world is like beyond the shores of Valyria. Summary: Several days have passed since Yuuta's landing on the shores of Valyria. Despite not trusting him initially, Eren slowly accepts Yuuta's kind gestures, finding comfort in his new friend.

Summary: Eren learns about Yuuta’s past and the land from which he came from. Eren’s surprised to find that the kind-hearted boy he’s come to know has suffered loss, too. Perhaps it is fate that brought them together, they ponder, as they mend each other’s hearts.

Summary: Eren tells Yuuta the legend about the origins of Valyria and the bond between Valyria’s first dragon and his rider. While Eren believes it all to be a bedtime story, two years later they come to find that perhaps there is some truth to the legend of the Black Dread.

Chapter 5: The Kiss of Fate

Summary: After Yuuta’s admitted he has feelings for Eren, Eren is able to be confident with his own feelings that he’s been hiding away. Weeks of shy touches and tentative kisses between the two lead up to a night where they can’t hold back their feelings anymore. Months later, now that he’s practically mastered flying, Eren asks Yuuta to try coming along with him.

Chapter 6: The Sun and The Stars

Summary: Eren and Yuuta spend the night of Tanabata together under the stars as Yuuta teaches him the legend of the star-crossed lovers, Tanabata and Kengyu. But their happiness on the island comes to a sudden end once Yuuta is painfully reminded that his duty is to his homeland, and that as much as he wants to, he cannot stay on Valyria forever.

Chapter 7: The End of The Beginning

Summary: Before their departure, Eren and Yuuta travel to a sacred place on the island, to proclaim a vow before the Gods. Summary: Back in the kingdom of Nymeria, the only remaining child of the Emperor, Princess Rika Orimoto, has turned of age. Her childhood best friend, the recently knighted Megumi Fushiguro, eagerly awaits her arrival.

Chapter 9: The Prince Returns

Summary: Plans are in motion to crown Princess Rika as Nymeria's next heir. It has been a few months since her arrival back to the palace, and in that time she has met many suitors but none have offered her their hand. Just as Rika begins to worry about the possibility of having to marry the arrogant Prince Junpei of Parryn and becoming the crowned princess, the unfathomable occurs: Yuuta returns home, more than six years after his disappearance. And he's... on the back of a dragon?!

Chapter 10: The Six-Eyed Mage

Summary: Yuuta faces his father for the first time after that night he witnessed his father kill his mother. Despite mixed feelings, he vows that he will find a way to have his father healed from the curse that afflicts him. With Megumi as his guide, he travels to Archmage Gojo's estate, searching for any answers about his father's curse and the dragon-rider bond he shares with Eren.

Chapter 11: The Council of Seven

Summary: The Nymerian council holds its first meeting to determine what to do with Eren and Yuuta now that they’ve arrived in Nymeria. Though the council is apprehensive about Eren, Gojo offers a solution that seems promising. The council also discusses a pressing matter: Yuuta’s coronation and eventual betrothal.
