INARIZAKI'S REACTION TO: you lost your voice.
ft: all inarizaki players.
warnings. not proofread. feminine pronouns. use of (y/n) once, i think. may contain spelling and grammar mistakes. translated from spanish (my mother tongue) with google translator (don't bully me, please)
author note. i'm so sorry if any of the characters are ooc, i'm new to writing for canon and not original characters.
When you showed up to practice, just nodding your greetings and offering smiles, without any sound coming out of your mouth, the team malfunctioned and panicked.
But before they could even ask, they heard multiple sounds coming from everyone's phones.
Suna is probably the one who checks what's up, and he's hit with a message you sent to the group chat.
“Hey, so- I lost my voice for a couple of weeks, so I'll communicate like this.”
KITA SHINSUKE
“…For weeks?”
Immediately shifts into protective mode.
Tells you to rest and avoid straining yourself. Doesn't want you to show up to practice, but if you do anyway, he'll just sigh it off.
Silently worried but doesn’t show it much.
OJIRO ARAN
“Ah, damn… that’s rough.”
Feels bad for you and tries to be extra considerate.
Helps you communicate when others struggle to understand, though it took him a few days to get used to checking his phone when talking to you.
AKAGI MICHINARI
“WAIT, WEEKS?! LIKE—YOU WON’T TALK AT ALL?!”
Panics instantly.
Tries to make you laugh, realizes you can’t respond out loud. Now panicking more.
He jokes about it, but if you glare at him, he'll stop. then the next day, he starts again
OMIMI REN
"...Weeks? No talkin'?"
The silence from Omimi is deafening. His usual stoic demeanor falters slightly as the situation hits.
He tilts his head, his sharp eyes narrowing slightly. His mind seems to be calculating the implications—how he’ll communicate with you without your usual voice, how you’ll handle everything, and how long they’ll have to adjust to this.
"...I guess we’ll all have to adjust... somehow."
KOSAKU YUUTO
“So you’re tellin’ me… No teasin'? No witty remarks? No laughin' at our dumb moments?”
Looks genuinely heartbroken.
Promises to “speak double” to make up for your silence. Everyone, including you, just nod.
GINJIMA HITOSHI
“…Who do I need to fight?”
Doesn’t know how to handle it, so he just silently pats your head.
He tells you things like "you're brave for coming to school like this!", and you can't even get mad at him when he forgets you can't talk.
MIYA ATSUMU
“So yer tellin’ me I got a couple weeks without ya roastin’ me? Damn, what a loss.”
Pretends to be chill but is actually worried.
Immediately starts texting you memes just to make you feel better.
Promises to “speak double” to make up for your silence. Everyone groans, and you just shake your head.
“WHAT WAS THAT?! WHY DIDN'T YA REACT THE SAME WHEN KOSAKU SAID IT?”
MIYA OSAMU
“Hate to say it, but we’re doomed. We need subtitles now.”
Buys warm drinks for you and forces you to rest.
He may even buy you a snack, to let you know that even if you can't talk, you are appreciated.
SUNA RINTARO
“…Kinda eerie without ya talkin’.”
Texts you random things to keep you entertained.
Helps you communicate with the team subtly, but definitely teases you about it.
Him and you texting, even if you were next to each other, has always been a normal thing. So it didn't change much.
RISEKI HEISUKE
“Wait, wait, wait—so, like, not talking at all?”
Actually devastated, and slightly shy because he doesn't know what to do or say.
Spends way too much time trying to figure out hand signals for communication.
extras.
Everyone starts learning how to communicate without words.
They text you or use notes when needed.
Some try to make you laugh and immediately regret it because you can't, and you are left with a sore throat (more than before)
Atsumu still annoys you, but in written form.
Suna takes advantage and texts you things like “blink twice if you think Atsumu is an idiot.” which you do.
Kita becomes your personal health supervisor.
The entire team becomes extra soft with you.
more under the cut.
After practice, Akagi keeps texting you jokes, Ginjima texts you a small phrase for support, Kosaku continues the conversation you were having before.. All that while the Miyas are arguing. Then, you give, not only to Atsumu and Osamu, but to the whole team a deadpan-blank stare, Aran says to the twins: "See? She's yellin' at you two in her head."
"She's watchin' you too, y'know?"
Then, a message notification pops up on everyone's phones.
"Why on earth are you texting me, when I'm the one who can't talk? I'm listening to you all.”
KITA SHINSUKE, OMIMI REN
They don’t even flinch. Just nod and move on like nothing happened.
Because nothing happened, they were the only ones who realized that even if you had no voice, you could hear them.
OJIRO ARAN
“…Oh.”
Feels dumb but just laughs it off.
Apologizes but still keeps texting you out of habit.
He may even develop a new talent.
The new talent: understanding you in conversations where you only nod or blink at him.
AKAGI MICHINARI
“Wait, so we didn’t HAVE to text?”
Visibly malfunctioning.
Yells, “WHY DIDN’T YA SAY SO?—oh, wait.”
Feels a little guilty when you glare at him.
KOSAKU YUUTO
“(Y/N). YA COULD'VE TOLD US.”
Immediately regrets saying that.
Facepalms. Hard.
Akagi laughs at him, because he said the same thing. you glare at them so hard that they don't speak for the next hour.
GINJIMA HITOSHI
“…I feel so stupid.”
Laughs at himself.
Says, “But be honest—wasn’t it funny watchin' us suffer?”
When you nod, with a teasing smile, he laughs again.
MIYA ATSUMU
“…Yer tellin’ me I wasted all my good jokes in text form for nothin’?!”
Actually offended.
Probably starts talking even MORE dramatically just to make up for the silence. everyone groans collectively.
MIYA OSAMU
“…So we just did all that for no reason?”
Shakes his head and walks away.
Will never let you live it down, and makes you promise you'll buy him food later even if that promise doesn't even make sense.
SUNA RINTARO
“…You enjoyed this, didn’t you?”
Just smirks. He doesn't care, because he probably already knew.
Takes a screenshot of the text and never lets you forget it.
RISEKI HEISUKE
“Damn. We really ARE idiots..”
Actually impressed at your patience for not telling them earlier.
Probably overthinks every conversation for the next week.
extras.
Half of them feel embarrassed.
Half of them find it hilarious.
Atsumu won’t shut up about it.
Suna 100% sends the screenshot to the team group chat, even if you sent the message there.
Kita and Omimi just nod and move on, they forget about it the next day.
Akagi is still yelling about it five minutes later.
You definitely knew they would be this stupid, and you surely let them struggle on purpose.

Blood and Wine (mafia!Suna Rintaro x Reader)
AN// I’m back with another! Grad school is kicking my ass though so these may come out way slower than I would hope. But again, I have up to chapter 6 right now and it gets really exciting! I hope everyone is liking it so far too. Any comments or feedback are always welcome, and I’m hoping my taglist is working! You guys have been so supportive already and if anyone ever wants to talk, I love interaction :)
TW// Mention of blood, violence, and burlesque dancing. Not much else I think.
WC// 1.7K+ (kinda small but the next few chapters are longer).
Chapter 3
Suna sat in the back of the car texting his men when she finally came down. The door was opened by his Omimi Ren and she slid onto the bench seat next to him. She was wearing a white blouse with a tan pea coat, black leggings, and unassuming tan booties. Her hands were in her pockets and she leaned on the window, staring out to the street as they made their way to his club. She looked like she hadn’t slept, dark circles ringing her grey eyes.
“So, what am I even going to be doing? I’ve never worked in a bar or restaurant before.” Her gaze never left the window.
“I guess that depends on your talents,” Suna returned her coldness. “We’ll have you run with the servers and the bartenders today and I’ll decide.”
Y/n didn’t answer, and the remainder of the car ride was draped in silence. Suna pretended to fidget around with his phone, but in reality, he couldn’t keep his attention off her. The curve of her hips in her leggings was distracting, and the way her hair framed her slender neck enticed him. The fact that she didn’t immediately greet him with fear today was also a plus, but the fact that it was replaced by apathy and fatigue was just as bad.
In truth, he could care less what she did to work off her debt to him. All Suna ever wanted from the beginning was her. He wanted to run his fingers up the sides of her waist, he wanted to kiss the delicate skin of her neck, and he wanted to ruin her, in every sense of the word. But for now, he was content to watch her walk around The Fox’s Den in a tiny outfit, serving drinks or bartending or whatever it is that she’d end up doing.
When the car pulled up on the back side of the building, Suna exited first and walked around to Y/n’s side. He offered his hand for her to stand, but instead she helped herself out of the car. He expected a sneer or an eyeroll, but all he was met with was indifference.
Inside, the servers were bustling around, setting tables and polishing glasses before the first show of the day. The bartenders were cleaning their workstations and preparing the bottles for later. Dancers roamed around the tables, practicing their routines for rehearsal. Y/n perked up slightly at the vibe of the club.
“I thought you said I was working a strip club?” she whispered to Suna, her resentment towards him seemingly forgotten.
“This is a burlesque club. The dancers have routines and perform more… legitimately than my girls at the club you frequented.” Y/n looked at him, interest apparent in her eyes. She walked ahead to get a better view of the stage, eating up the girls rehearsing for the night. Suna’s mind flashed with an image of Y/n dancing on stage and he turned swiftly to sit at his usual spot at the bar, hiding the hardening bulge in his slacks. The lead bartender, Ojiro Aran, handed him the books for the club wordlessly, a knowing look drilling into Suna.
“If you have something to say Aran, then say it.” Suna flipped through the pages of transactions without meeting his gaze, pretending to be unbothered.
“Are you going to introduce us to this pretty young thing?” He was drying a pint glass when Suna’s head whipped up, glaring harshly at the large man. Aran’s smirk said it all; he knew exactly how to press his boss’ buttons without crossing any hard lines.
“She’s off limits. I’ll introduce her once she’s gotten her fill.” They glanced back at her, watching her mesmerized with the dancers. She had her hands on the back of the chair in front of her, leaning slightly forward. They finished their routine and Suna could see her reluctantly rip her eyes from the stage and walk over to him. He pulled out a barstool for her and she took a seat.
“Y/n, this is Aran. Aran, Y/n,” Suna said shortly. Aran gave her a slight nod and continued to dry the pint glasses. Y/n also gave a quick nod and a small smile. “So, Y/n, I’m going to have you running with Aran tonight to give you a feel for bartending. You can run with Kiyoko tomorrow to see the serving side and then…”
“I want to dance.” She said it so matter-of-factly that it seemed more like a demand than a request. Suna was about to tell her no when a thought of her on stage flashed though his mind again. A warm sensation surged through his loins at the notion of her dancing in his club, dancing for him.
“I danced all the way through college. I’m mostly trained in contemporary, but I know a bunch of different styles and I would consider myself a fast learner…” She continued to try to justify her case, but Suna was barely listening, still caught up in his fantasy. By the time he snapped out of it, Y/n was finished rambling and staring at him expectantly. He turned back toward the bar wordlessly, taking a long sip from his drink.
“You’ll have to audition. I can set you up with Saeko tomorrow morning, but be warned, she is not very forgiving. You will have one chance with her and if she is not impressed, then I will have to choose between the other two options.”
Y/n, for only the second time that day, looked happy. In truth, Suna didn’t want her to be miserable during her stay with him. If all went well, he may get a few nights with her out of it; he always loved the implied perks in his agreements. But for now, doing small things to get back into her good graces was no skin off his back. They spent another few hours at The Fox’s Den, him spent managing his books, and her drinking in every movement of the dancers on stage. When they arrived back at the apartments, she practically bolted off the elevator before disappearing into her room and slamming the door.
The short ride up to his suite just upstairs was miserably quiet. Suna entered after the ring of the doors and made his way to the dining table. His apartment was larger than hers but included many of the same elements. The major difference was the décor; the tile, the walls, and all the furniture was sparkling white. There were accents of dull color in the tapestries on the walls and in the rugs under the sofa and dining table, but the main focus was the large rouge bouquet of flowers as the centerpiece, the sister of the arrangement just downstairs.
There was a reason that he chose this color for his own dwelling; blood was much easier to clean when extremely visible. Suna was a heavy advocate for doing business in his flat, mainly because many of the cops he has in his pocket know it’s strictly off limits. Of course, the fabric items often needed to be laundered or discarded when soiled, but those were easily replaceable.
He motioned for Osamu in the kitchen to pour him a drink and sat heavily in one of the chairs at the table. The silver haired twin opened a new bottle of red wine and set the glass in front of Suna before sitting across from him with his own. “How was she?”
“She wants to dance.” Suna answered before taking a long sip. Osamu’s eyebrows cocked, and a small smirk appeared behind his wine glass.
“Well, it seems to me that this deal is turning out better than expected,” he said, letting his eyes twinkle with mischievousness.
“It appears so.” Suna leaned back, eyes betraying him, but face remaining stoic. “What’s going on with her brother?”
“He hasn’t said anything of substance yet, but we have Kita working on him. When I left, I think he was at his limit.” Osamu paused for a moment. “What did you tell her?”
“That we had him. Skipped over the ‘why’ part.”
Osamu paused mid-sip and stared. “You have a soft spot for her,” Osamu realized, setting his glass down carefully.
Suna didn’t reply, avoiding his associate’s eyes. I can’t have a soft spot for her. That would require me to care. Osamu stood from the table and walked over to the window, wiping his mouth. “It doesn’t matter he’ll be dead soon anyway,” Suna replied
“If the guys hear that you’re going soft, boss…”
“I’m not getting soft,” Suna replied sternly. Osamu turned back to look for any hint of a lie, but Suna’s face had returned to the stony expression he had kept previously. “If she knew that we kept him for information, I’d never hear the end of it from her. She’d beg for his life and there was nothing I was going to do to appease her, and she’d likely be more distraught than she was last night.” He stood from his chair and approached the other at the window, gazing out across the expanse of the city. “I still want her to work off his debt to me, but if I told her we were planning on disposing of him, then she’d do something reckless. I don’t want to have to clean up the mess from both of them.”
Osamu nodded, knowing the boss better than anyone; Suna was typically ruthless, cunning, and above all else, self-interested. People don’t cross Suna Rintaro without paying a heavy price, and he didn’t care what kind of damage was left in his wake. But with her, Osamu could see that there was something he was trying to hide behind his fox-eyes.
They stood at the window silently for a few more minutes before Suna received a text from Atsumu.
MA: It’s over. We got the name.
SR: How’s the clean-up?
MA: Almost done. The butcher is always tidy.
Suna locked his phone and returned it to his suit pocket. Kita Shinsuke, subtly named The Butcher, never really made much of a mess of his clients. Osamu understood and took his cue to leave. Suna retired to his room, neatly removing his suit. A soft, rhythmic bumping was emanating from the floor, and Suna allowed himself a small smirk. If she was any good tomorrow, he was looking forward to spending more time actually watching the performances at his establishment.
He dialed the number to Sakusa Kiyoomi.

Giving Birth pt. 4
Pair: Inarizaki members (Osamu Miya, Heisuke Riseki, Hitoshi Gjinjima)
Genre: Fluff
Content: cursing
Summary: How do they act the moment your water broke and anytime soon you'll be giving birth?
A/N: This is the last of the giving birth series :)). It was fun thinking of different scenarios for this.
PART 1 (SHINSUKE KITA & ARAN OJIRO
PART 2 (MIYA ATSUMU & MICHINARI AKIGA)
PART 3 (SUNA RINTARO & REN OMIMI)

OSAMU MIYA
When you are already in your last two weeks before you are due to give birth, Osamu tends to be a bit strict. He doesn't want you moving too much. If you need anything, he's there. Even if he has to manage the restaurant, he'll always text you from time to time. It seems that three babies mean double protection. Though, you're not really that complaining. However, when you begin to feel throbbing pain on your stomach, that's the time his attention may have been somewhere else.
You were in his closed restaurant staying at one of the tables. Atsumu arrived at the restaurant knowing that you'll be there too. Then he began suggesting names for the babies.
"Spike? Ace? How about Setia? Sounds like Setter. Masby? Close name to my team!" Atsumu smiles.
You just laugh at the names. Your husband ,Osamu, eventually came to the reacue nagging his brother about the stupid names he's suggesting.
"Also, it's not like we gave you the right to name our kids," Osamu bickers.
"I'm just helping 'cause I don't want my nieces and nephew to end up with old names," Atsumu replies.
Then eventually, it becomes a sibling-type argument. You just watch the two of them fight about the names until eventually you feel punching pain on your stomach. You groan for a bit trying to breathe properly through the pain. You look up at the twins who are still arguing. However, the pain is getting more painful as the minutes go by.
"Uhh-honey?" You called, but none of them turned your way.
"Sweetie, I-I think I'm having-" you groan from the pain.
"OSA- '' You hiss from the continuous pain and it's beginning to let every part of you breathe through it.
However, you couldn't hold out anymore and eventually started groaning louder. "FUCKING PEANUT BUTTER AND JELLY!" You shouted.
Atsumu turns to where you sit seeing your discomfort on your face. Osamu turns next and immediately runs to you.
"What's wrong, honey? Where? Is it a contraction?" Osamu asked but you can't seem to make out the words anymore as all your focus turns to the pain.
However, you breath and try to say coherent words that are understandable. "Peanut...butter...and...and jelly," you said in between breaths.
"Wh-what?" Osamu doesn't seem to get the code which got him a slap on the back by Atsumu.
"It's your fuckin' code you told her to use if the babies are coming!" Atsumu shouts.
Osamu then turns pale and he immediately stands up and gets his phone to call for the ambulance. Atsumu stays beside you telling you to breathe in and out.
Later, you realize that you're in the ambulance with Osamu beside you. Though, you can't help tearing up at the increasing pain and also the fact that you're in labour two weeks before the planned c-section operation. However, Osamu is there for you the whole time.
"Look at me, sweetie," he tells you as he sees the fear in your eyes. You turn to him with teary eyes.
"It's going to be alright. Everything will be alright," he said, giving you that assuring smile.
You still tear up from the pain. "There must be something w-wrong. I'm not due for two weeks," you managed to stay before another unbearable squeeze on your stomach made you groan.
"They're just excited to see you, sweetie," he replied, giving you a long kiss on the forehead. You let that kiss and encouragement to get through it. It became your source of courage as you finally arrived in the hospital, then the operating table.
Osamu is there beside you the whole time. You are groggy from the anesthetic that you have no idea what exactly is going on. However, he’s there giving you encouraging words. Then finally when the first cry came, you have no idea how much Osamu is smiling widely right now. Then the second cry comes again. His eyes are from ear to ear. He doesn’t leave your eyes on you.
“It’s almost done,” he tells you.
Then finally, your daughter pops up. He basically just beamed in happiness.
“I’m finally a father,” he smiles. He looks at you and gives you a kiss on the forehead.
“And of course you...a beautiful gorgeous mother,” he added.
“Are they alright?” You managed to say through your groggy state.
Osamu then turns and stands up to look at the three babies. However, even before he can do that, he may have had a glance over the curtain dividing your upper and lower body. He gets a sight of a few of your organs out. You turn to see his pale face.
“Osamu?” You weakly called out.
Before anything else, he blinks out and looks at the babies placed at each of the beds.
“Yes. Yes. They are all good and healthy,” He managed to say, hiding the shiver in his voice after seeing you all disassembled. That’s not something he’ll probably want to tell you at all.
Though, the image eventually faded away when the two of you were back in the room with your three sleeping children. The two girls are in your arms while your youngest son is in Osamu’s arms.
“They're quite heavy, don’t you think?” You asked as you looked up at Osamu. However, he doesn’t answer. Probably because he’s in awe looking at his son. You can definitely see the sparkle in his eyes as if he can’t believe he is finally holding one of his children in his arms after nine months of waiting. He always has been the kind of person who’s been researching and preparing when they arrive the moment you told him you were pregnant. Now, here they are.
“They’ve only just been born and you already have your favourites?” You jokingly say.
Osamu turns to you and walks to you. “I don’t have favourites. I love the three of them,” He says looking at the two girls in your arms.
“We need to decide on the name already,” you say.
“Right. We thought of so many,” Osamu softly sways his body when his son begins to fuss a bit.
“Why don’t we consider Atsumu’s suggestions?” you cheekily smiled.
Osamu paled at the thought of it.
“Please no,” Osamu said with a defeated sigh.
You only chuckled as a reply. It seems the two of you have some thinking to do.

HEISUKE RISEKI
The moment you felt that gush of water down your legs, you knew for sure there was no time to waste. Though, it seems your husband is totally out of it and is not understanding a word you said.
“Honey, my water broke. We need to go to the hospital,” you said.
“Wh-what?” he said in confusion.
“My water broke,”
“Yeah?”
You frown at his confused face.
“Broke, honey. Water gushed down my legs,” you said in a much calmer state.
He just looks at you...confused. You know he knows what it means. You’ve explained for some time. Though, it seems he couldn’t process the words.
“THE BABY IS COMING, RISEKI!” And that’s when it snapped at him. The panic blows at him. He keeps blabbering things you don’t understand as he gets your bag and the keys.
Though, seeing how panicked he is, you did not move on your spot. You grab his arm and place both your hands on your cheeks.
"Hey, hey. Sweetie," you said in a much calmer tone even with the fact that you're the one giving birth. He looks at you with wide eyes.
"Darling...sweetie, calm down. There is no need to worry. We have more time than you think. I'm not yet having contractions so that's good so far, okay? So calm down. Take a deep breath," you smile at him. He follows your instructions and takes a few deep breaths until eventually the tight grip on the bag has loosen and his shoulders relaxed.
"There you go. We'll be alright. Don't worry," you give him one last peck before you walk out of the house.
In no time, you two reached the hospital. Halfway through the drive you feel the contractions going, but you did not tell Riseki about it. Who knows what might happen if you tell him. Upon arriving, that's when you let out a groan from the pain.
The nurses prep you up and the labour hours have come. The contractions become more painful as the hours go on. Riseki being a bit panicky all throughout doesn't leave your side. If you ask for something, he might as well run as fast as he can to be back with you in nl time. You do not have too much focus to talk him out of his nervousness as the pain gets more unbearable.
Then, when the pushing begins, he breathes with you. When the doctor tells you to breath in and out, he does as well. When you push...he sort of pushes as well (?). You have not quite the idea, but that seems to be the case when you find faint chuckles from the nurses. And when you got through the final push, his relief became audible as well.
A cry fills the room. He looks at the doctor holding the baby.
"Is it a boy or a girl?" He immediately asked the doctor.
The doctor chuckles. "Congratulations. It's a girl,"
"A girl!" He cheered. He turns to you. "It's a girl, sweetie. A beautiful little girl!"
"I guess I lost the bet," you laughed groggily. Yes, it has been a little game you two played. Instead of knowing the gender before birth, you two played a little bet (with no money or favours involved).
However, Riseki completely forgot about that. "I don't care about the bet. You did such a good job, sweetie," he places his lips on your sweaty cheeks.
"But if its a girl...then does that mean we use the name I suggested?" A smile beams on his face.
You nod.
The nurse hands your wrapped baby to Riseki and he's immediately fallen in love with your baby. His smile is like any parents would have. You know then she would be a good father to her...and probably to your future children.
"Hello, our sweet Emilia," he mumbled oh so sweetly to a new part of your family.

HITOSHI GINJIMA
It has been a week since you got to have a much longer bonding with your husband which ended up you nagging about that. He truly regrets that. Therefore, he makes sure that takes time off and finally spends time with you. Hence, he planned a staycation in a fancy hotel over the weekend. However, it seems that your baby has different plans for the weekend.
"Honey, your water just broke," he stands before the door carrying your bags for your staycation when he suddenly sees a pool of water around you. You definitely know that your water just broke...but...but...you really want to go to the hotel before any of this happens.
"It's-it's fine. I'm fine," you lied. You're not fine.
Hitoshi frowns at your statement and puts down the bag. "In any minute now, you'll feel the contractions. We have to hurry to the hospital," he walks back to your room to grab the hospital bag.
"Come on. We have to go to the hospital now," he goes back with the bag. When he turns to you, he finds you tearing up.
"Why are you crying, sweetie?" He softly wipes away the tears crawling down your cheeks.
"I love her so much, but I hope she gave us a little more time...just the two of us. I'm still nervous about me...being a mother," more tears fall down.
He gives you an encouraging smile. He closes the gap between the two of you as he clashes his lips to yours. You kiss him back, but he pulls away after a few seconds.
"Trust me. You will be the best mother she could ever have. You're not alone on this. It's our first time, but I know we would do anything to make her feel loved. We'll do this together," his gaze shifts into that determination.
"Okay," you nodded with a smile. "Though, too bad we did not get to go to the hotel," you chuckled.
"We can always rebook," he leads you out and to the taxi waiting for the two of you outside.
Labour became smooth as you expect it to be. Just a few hours, you are already ready to do some pushing. You did not notice that your husband changed his shirt. You only got a glimpse of his shirt that says "Just push" printed in bold cops. You did not even get to laugh at the shirt before he's told to wear protective surgical wears.
Then, when you push, you honestly can't help but smile through the unbearable pain all because of your husband's chant. He cheers you but not loud enough to disturb the doctor.
"Push. Push. Push. Push it, darling. Push,"
"I swear, Hitoshi," you managed to say before pushing again.
Then, the final push came by with a loud baby's cry. You sigh in relief as you see your baby girl.
"She's here," you mumbled.
The nurse hands your wrapped babu to you and you can't help but just tear up.
"I can't believe you're here," you added.
"Hello, our beautiful daughter," Hitoshi admires your baby the way you do as well.
"You really wanted to come out so bad, you did not let us have a vacation, hm?" You chuckled.
It was a beautiful moment. You will definitely admit that despite the pain you went through. However, you definitely loved what happened afterwards when your husband's team arrived.
"Okay. Who's idea was it to teach my husband to make up that weird cheering?" You chuckled. You just found out from your husband that someone told him it would be encouraging if he does that chant.
Some of the boys chuckle as well. However, you did not expect for Kita to step forward.
"You told him that?" You're not mad at all. You just found it intriguing that somebody thought that its encouraging rather than funny.
"In my defense, y/n. I only told him something that would help him out of his nervousness,"
Osamu slaps Atsumu at the back causing his brother to stumble forward.
"It was this jerk who taught him the chant," Osamu said.
Atsumu smiled with guilt on his face. He rubs the back of his neck and bows down.
"Sorry about that,"
You shake your head still with a smile on your face.
"Doesn't really matter," you said as you looked down at your daughter in your arms. "All that matters is this precious little girl is finally in my arms,"
Hitoshi nods and kisses you on the forehead. However, Atsumu just has to fake coughing and lift a question that would lead to a little chaos.
"Can I call dibs as the godfather?" He cheekily smiles. And now, everyone wants to be godfather.
How many godfathers will my daughter have?
