Nicolas gave into the kiss for a moment before pulling back, looking Remy in the eyes. It had been awhile, hadn’t it? Remy, one of the few people he reduced his penchant for sarcasm around, whom he allowed some semblance of sweetness from. 

Though he wasn’t sure he was in the mood for sweetness, he had indeed missed the face before him. “Remy. How have you been?”

What a strange yet fascinating place to meet, the sun had just hidden and Leonardo was already out in a quick walk before meeting his guide, Mr. Rosenfeld. At the end he had gotten a note where they were going to meet in a public place, a plaza that seemed to be alive during nights as it was during days, old style, probably build thanks to the first men that turned the old society into colonies of the old continent.

Leonardo made his walk around, even entered a few of the shops that were still open but didn’t buy anything, after all he was not sure about what most of those strange esoteric items meant, especially when some of them had strange colorful auras that he could not understand well, perhaps he envied the Talamasca a bit about that, they knew more about his powers than he ever did, but he would never become a part of their experiments.

He sat on a corner of the plaza, place where he could observe everything, hoping his guide appeared soon.

If It Sparkles, It's Mine

It was after one am, and the guard in the museum's special exhibit left out the room again to check the next exhibit.  As soon as the guard was gone the rope dropped and a black glad figure silently slid down it over the beautiful jewels.  The exhibit was on loan but that didn't matter to the figure.  Skipping around the room, the cameras disabled and with a flick of a switch on her handy little device the alarms and lasers went out.

Easy pickings and in the morning when the guards returned to the room, they found the entire collection gone.  The museum had to shut down for the day as the police were called; but there were no prints, no video evidence, nothing save a little note in script writing that said simply

"If it Sparkles, it's Mine."

He shook his head with a grin before joining Remy on the sofa. "I'm sorry I didn't call." Reaching out, his hand settled on the nape of the other man's neck, pulling him in for a lazy kiss. "Things didn't go as planned."

Rich sighed and brushed through his hair as he got out of the shower. His flatmate wouldn’t be here for quite some time and so he could take advantage of it and walk around half naked. Rich liked this and it was warm enough to do it anyways. He felt the last droplets dripping down on his shoulders and rolling over his body as he prepared himself some iced tea he made earlier.

It’s nice living alone, or at least with a nice guy and not with family. Jim could be a handful and rich was happy that he wasn’t disturbed during his learn sessions and everything. Sometimes artschool got tense.
