(i think he has good reason - the episode before they got together, house established that foreman… lowkey manipulated 13 into it? like not in a red flags toxic way, but he arranged appointments in the huntington's trial so that 13 would see her buddy was back in the trial and doing great; 13 then accused foreman of arranging it to impress her and foreman lied — house later confirms that no, foreman 100% did it on purpose. and it isn't the worst thing in the world, but i think it makes sense house is that much less willing to give them the benefit of the doubt as a result — foreman has already proven he's willing to fuck around medically to get laid, a trend he will very much continue. but also. it's very funny.)
