for literally the past year+ atp 2 of my coworkers have been overly aggressive and hostile to me in a "joking way" that I can't. Report without it coming back unto me bc I haven exactly been nice to either of them in return but. td my manager brought me into the back to talk about how another employee complained I'm "too negative" and sometimes something abt "company and team moral" and it's j. alright so those 2 cis boys can purposely deadname me and also tell me to kill myself but the second I say the words "shut up" im dragging down the workplace environment like what the shit

#he couldn't tell me any specific examples of what i did but je literally said he thinks it's best to change my main department which ill #maybe kms if they do. like I cannot work freight and zones full time its so isolating like wtf. they wanna permanently pull me off the #register to stock bc im quote too negative but cant actually tell me a specific incident.#its so frustrating bc i literally am masking at work 24/7 and ive had a kot of VERY bad customers interactions #as of . low-key this month starting and i almost feel like their making up a fake reason to make me non customers facing #which like cool i h8 customers but I don't want to be totally socially isolated from coworkers when #going to work is basically the only time i leave my house. and I literally think i get along WELL with 75% of the ppl i work w daily #yap
