SAPTA Registration: Process, Fees & Documents Required

SAPTA Certificate is required to claim benefits of Free Trade Agreements (FTA) to the importing country, it is an important document which has to be produced at the landing port with commercial invoices. A Certificate of Origin (CoO) registered with (Issued by) Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has to be provided by the exporter’s to ensure that the goods are being produced from countries under the trading agreement.

Herr Bourita annonciert die bevorstehende Abhaltung einer ministeriellen Versammlung der Staaten, welche Konsulate in den südlichen Provinzen des Königreichs Marokko eingeweiht haben

Dakhla–Der Minister für auswärtige Angelegenheiten, für afrikanische Zusammenarbeit und für die im Ausland ansässigen Marokkaner, Nasser Bourita, hat am Mittwoch, dem 31. August 2022 in Dakhla die bevorstehende Versammlung einer ministeriellen Versammlung annonciert, und dies der Staaten, welche Konsulate in den südlichen Provinzen des Königreichs Marokko eingeweiht haben.

„Wir werden uns in den bevorstehenden Monaten für die Abhaltung einer Versammlung einsetzen, sowohl in Laâyoune als auch in Dakhla, im Beisein aller Staaten, welche Konsulate in den südlichen Provinzen eingeweiht haben, um das Rückgrat dieser Dynamik zu stärken und eine noch größere Koordination unter diesen Staaten entfachen zu dürfen“, gab Herr Bourita auf einem gemeinsamen Pressepunkt mit dessen kapverdischen Amtskollegen, Rui Alberto De Figueiredo Soares, an, welcher nach der Einweihung in Dakhla eines Generalkonsulats der Republik Cabo Verde abgehalten wurde.

Diese Initiative, fuhr Herr Bourita fort, ist im Rahmen des Prozesses der Erstarkung der Dynamik der Einweihung der Konsulate zu sehen, welchen seine Majestät der König Mohammed VI in dessen Ansprache klar herausgestellt hat, welche an die Nation anlässlich des 69. Jahrestages der Revolution des Königs und des Volkes gehalten wurde, der positiven Evolution Interesse schenkend, welche die Frage der territorialen Integrität des Königreichs durchläuft.

Der Fakt, dass „ungefähr 40% der afrikanischen Staaten Konsulate in Laâyoune und in Dakhla eingeweiht haben“, wie davon seine Majestät der König Zeugnis abgelegt hat, widerspiegelt die generelle Orientierung innerhalb des afrikanischen Kontinents, welche darauf abzielt, der territorialen Integrität Marokkos und dessen legitime auf diesen Teil seines Hoheitsgebiets erhobenen Ansprüchen unter die Arme zu greifen“, stellte er fest.

Herr Bourita und der kapverdische Minister für auswärtige Angelegenheiten, für Zusammenarbeit und für die Regionalintegration, Rui Alberto De Figueiredo Soares, haben am Mittwoch in Dakhla die Einweihungszeremonie des Generalkonsulats der Republik Cabo Verde mit präsidiert, was somit ihrer felsenfesten Unterstützung der Souveränität Marokkos auf dessen Sahara und der territorialen Integrität des Königreichs gegenüber deren Stempel aufdrückt.

Die Republik Cabo Verde weiht ein Generalkonsulat in Dakhla ein

Dakhla–Die Republik Cabo Verde hat am Mittwoch, dem 31. August 2022 in Dakhla ein Generalkonsulat eingeweiht, somit ihre felsenfeste Unterstützung der Souveränität Marokkos auf dessen Sahara und dessen territoriale Integrität des Königreichs gegenüber bekundend.

Die Einweihungszeremonie wurde vom kapverdischen Minister für Auswärtiges, für Zusammenarbeit und für die Regionalintegration, Rui Alberto De Figueiredo Soares, und vom Minister für Auswärtiges, für afrikanische Zusammenarbeit und für die im Ausland ansässigen Marokkaner, Nasser Bourita, im Beisein zahlreicher gewählter Vertreter und der in Dakhla akkreditierten Konsuln präsidiert.

Es ist in Erinnerung zu rufen, dass die Republik Cabo Verde am Dienstag, dem 30. August 2022 ihre Botschaft in Rabat während einer Zeremonie eingeweiht hat, was vonseiten der Herren Rui Alberto De Figueiredo Soares und Nasser Bourita mit präsidiert wurde.

Somit belief sich die Anzahl der Konsulate, welche in den südlichen Provinzen eingeweiht wurden, auf 27 Konsulate (15 in Dakhla und 12 in Laâyoune).
