So, in addition to my LOSE WEIGHT diet, I gotta stick to this #ProtectYoNeck ( #wutang4ever ) diet now plus take a pill when I wake and a pill when I go to sleep. Too Many Trips To #Chabalitas and Not the results I had hoped for, but at least there's no surgery in my foreseeable futures. And I'm still "Intermittent Fasting(?)"
