DBH rarepair (One of the rarest), crack taken seriously - turned into a compelling fic that sent me on a rollercoaster of emotions, and had me laughing out loud on multiple occasions. Very wholesome, non-explicit fic that satisfies my heart and soul and caused me to have brainrot for a pairing I never before considered.

Gavin licked ketchup off his fingers, wondering how to put this delicately. “You’re gonna pretend to be my human boyfriend so I can show up my cousin at his Christmas party.” Oh. So there wasn’t a non-creepy way to say that.

The super-sophisticated technology that was Markus’ brain took a stupidly long time to process this.

“That’s…not going to work.”

“Okay, I’ll bite. Why?”

“No one will believe it.”

“If I tell you to do it convincingly, it will.” How was he having an argument with a robot built to obey him?

“I meant more the basic premise. No offense, but I’m out of your league.”

Android!Gavin(DM200/Reed200) Headcanons

Gavin is an earlier model by CyberLife, because of this he has some "bugs". Such as not being able to control/"copy" emotions correctly, mainly anger. His LED is almost constantly red. It's the main reason why he's so rude to almost everyone around him, human's and androids alike and why he makes a bunch of empty threats. This also results in a lot of "accidentally" pulling his gun out on suspects and androids/deviants(he'd never actually shoot, unless necessary). He's had his gun taken away from him multiple time's.

The DCPD only accepted him because they needed all the help they could get, dealing with deviants.

He's not against calling his own kind name's(e.i. "plastic prick" "tin can"), even though he is an android himself. He's always trying to one up human's and especially other androids, trying to prove he's better. He believes himself to be inferior to other androids(because he's a older/earlier model), so he act's like he's above everyone. He's afraid of being decommissioned. He'd never admit any of this to anyone.

Hank ends up being stuck with his android ass, because no one else wanted to deal with him, and because Hank already had one android... so another one couldn't hurt.... right?(Hank is definitely pissed off about it)

Gavin drinks coffee occasionally, he doesn't need too of course but he somehow enjoys the taste of it??? It's strange.

Swears A LOT, most of the swear word's he already knew(no one knows how) but he does pick up a couple from around the police department and from Hank.

He thinks Connor is his rival, no surprise there.

He is NOT a fan of Sumo, believes the dog slobbers and drools too much plus there's just so much fur!!! It gets EVERYWHERE!!!, he prefers cat's.

He likes wearing jackets/hoodies, even though it's not necessary.
