Completed my first Spartan Ultra over the weekend. @redpathperformancegroup has been helping me train all year and I went in feeling really good. Unfortunately a bad step on the course tweaked my knee and I ended up Limping the last 8 ish miles. That said I had a lot of fun in the slow lane too. Met some great people that I probably never going to see again and told some really lame jokes.
