I’m choosing to start exercising and eating right again, I dunno why I thought I could stay in shape without trying... I’m not early 20s anymore 😅 But more importantly, today is National Human Trafficking Awareness Day so I’m wearing my @sudaragoods joggers to raise awareness! Sudara provides jobs for at risk women in India by training them how to make clothes (such as the joggers I’m wearing) to escape the red light district.
