"These are good, M." (Y/N) clutched the journal in hand, eyes skimming the lyrics written down across the pages, along with some concept ideas regarding the different songs. He found it difficult to fully focus on the words with MJ sitting on his lap, one hand cupping his face while she clumsily peppered kisses along his neck. Her determination made up for her lack of experience, even if she had to work on keeping her teeth out of the way. 

"You think so?" She leaned back, her eyes twinkling brightly and lips forming a delighted smile. (Y/N) chuckled softly and reached up, tucking a loose curl behind her ear and nodding. MJ's lips pressed together, a soft giggle escaping past regardless, and she leaned forward again, pressing their lips together. She no longer tasted like strawberry chapstick or the cherry soda she had during lunch, and the fruity perfume she'd sprayed on that morning had long faded, replaced by his cologne. 

"I should get going, M." (Y/N) said against her lips, fingers massaging into the flesh of her hips as he closed the journal and set it back down on the nightstand. MJ pouted, her arms slithering around his neck and body pressing against his. "Really, I have to. If I don't go now, Lourdes will probably catch me sneaking back and I really don't need to have a conversation with my aunt about the reason her supervisor brought me to her office."

"Stay the night tonight, then. They don't check rooms, they just check the halls, and Andi's You can stay here tonight... and maybe tomorrow night and the night after that-"

"As great as that sounds, the answer's no. These kinds of arrangements never work out." (Y/N) pressed a quick kiss to the side of her neck before gently pushing her off his lap, reaching his arm down toward the floor to grab the clothes he could reach. MJ's lips formed a pout and her big doe eyes watched him, the puppy-eyed look something she mastered perfectly by the looks of it. "I'm serious, M. It starts with messing around and ends with someone getting their heartbroken. I don't want that for either of us, alright?"

I started rematching Rebelde (2022), a Mexican teen drama series about elite students who love music.

I absolutely adore this one gay couple, Luka and Okane.

These two meet in s2, Luka being a rich guy with daddy and loneliness issues and Okane being poor who got in trouble with drugs in his former school.

At first they tease each other as if they really disliked one another but soon they get closer.

And I mean close. Look at that chemistry. And that's only one picture.

After giving her nails a soft blow, (Y/N) pulled her hand back to admire the fresh coat of nail polish on them. She hummed in approval and blew on them again, ensuring the nail polish was tightly closed before setting it back into the drawer and closing it. Her eyes lifted toward the mirror infront of her, catching sight of Andi watching her from her spot on the bed and arching a brow at the girl. 

"What?" She asked, turning around to face her and leaning back against the vanity desk. Andi shrugged, her lips stretched out into a small smile and fingers running over her golden hoops as her eyes dragging from (Y/N)'s face and down the rest of her. (Y/N) rolled her eyes with a short laugh and walked over to the bed, plopping down at the end and being mindful of her nails. 

"What's up with not calling me back? I know you've been busy with Emilia and your brother but... even Jana calls me back when I need her." Andi sat up, fixing the straps of her tank top as she spoke, a hint of bitterness mixed into her tone.

"Andi, I'm busy. And, you know, sometimes I feel like we need a little space." (Y/N) said, blowing on her nails again and lightly tapping on each tail to check how dry it was before blowing on them again. Andi scoffed, her brows knitting together.

"What's that supposed to mean? Space? Why would we need space?"

"Sometimes... I feel like you want something more, is all. I mean, you got jealous of Emilia and she's dating my brother, Andi." 

"I don't get jealous." Andi bit back defensively with a small scowl, tossing the covers off her bare legs and getting up from the bed. She fumbled with her khakis, growing more frustrated with each passing minute. "We can stop this any time and it wouldn't bother me, I swear."

"Okay," (Y/N) nodded. "Let's stop then."

I had watched Rebelde in semi one sitting and now I'm sleep-deprived and procrastinating thinking about Luka and Okane dynamics.

The way Luka had no qualms to approach other people to use them or go after what he wants. And the way he had seen singing Okane, and decided to do nothing. He just seemingly immediately gave up on his attraction. No step towards him out of his own initiative. No scheming. Nada. Nothing.

Seemed like other side of his knee-jerk reaction to someone approaching him - making sure they would regret it. Making sure he wouldn't regret it?

And then there is Okane. Pushing other people buttons and then smiling at them as if admiring the result. More or less gleefully curious, difficult to offend, not stopping on the surface level of harsh words. ( such a ExTP?)

Match made in a trashy high school drama. Is it bad that I liked Luka sharing his revenge plan with him and being backstabbing/ plotting partners? They could be a power couple of scheming world.

Ahh, and Okane on one turn being such a chaotic bi , and on the other gifting things that Luka mentioned in passing once, and ready to dish it out for anyone crossing Luka. Feelings.
