Harry Potter mainly, nowadays mostly Marauders era but i used to write Dramione as well!! I also have a Red White and Royal Blue one shot posted randomly bc duhhh 🫡 and i’m hoping to start writing AOT fic soon bc Eruri is sooooo ndbdhbshsbdh ya know?

it’s not posted yet but i’m working on the most heart wrenching MCD Jegulus short fic rn (like 3 chaps)… and it’s… well… yeah it hurts real bad.

i mean all my smut ends pretty happily i’d say 🤭 HAHA but none of my full length fics are done yet, if i had to say then probably the Rosekiller centric band AU i’m working on rn

8. do you get hate on fics?

sometimes unfortunately, everyone does. but i love what i write, i enjoy writing it, and i know there are lots of people who love the fics and that’s what matters :)

9. do you write smut? if so, what kind?

so much. all kinds. as sweet and vanilla or as kinky as i’m feelin, i’ve written it alllll HAHAHA

smut scenes, emotional breakdowns, and dialogue! oh and those single lines that just hit you right in your chest! i have a doc i wrote w just a bunch of lines like that to grab from if i need it

17. what are your writing weaknesses?

area descriptions, i always wanna just rush into the dialogue and what’s happening and i have a hard time actually describing the scene

18. thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

totally love it unless it’s like a LOT. i can translate it easily and even if it’s not a perfect translation it’s fine bc i can usually get the gist of it, but when it’s like a ton of dialogue in a long convo i get annoyed

12 posted. I've deleted a couple over the years that I wasn't proud of. looking back, I should've orphaned them :/

mostly the hunger games. I have one that's from the book thief, and one unposted WIP from a:tla.

5. do you respond to comments? why or why not?

yes! I like to thank people and reply to their feedback. I love to discuss fic with writers and readers. I leave detailed comments for that reason.

6. what's the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

my first one, to have and to hold. (This happens year after year and it will never stop.)

7. what's the fic you wrote with the happiest ending?

cinderella man. (Where Katniss kissed him on his cheek before heading for the forest with her bow feels puckered and hot (sunburned), tingling. Happy. He thinks it's a good look for him.)

8. do you get hate on fics?

not hate but I've had criticism over some Gale-related parts of SOO. just as well, I am now very self-conscious about that part of the story. 😀

9. do you write smut? if so, what kind?

not really, or not explicitly. I appreciate when sexual content is more emotion-focused (good or bad) and character-driven and adds to the story. I skim/skip explicit content in my own reading so I definitely don't care to write it myself. I don't think I'd be very good at it, either; I am very clinical about the body.

10. do you write crossovers? what's the craziest one you've written?

I've written one, and it's so crazy! in a fun, unhinged-teenager way. it's a hunger games/book thief crossover called the callers from the coffin, where Death follows Haymitch over the years in the same way they did Liesel.

11. have you ever had a fic stolen?

not that I know of.

12. have you ever had a fic translated?

no.

13. have you ever cowritten a fic before?

nope. and for good reason - I'd be terrible at that, between being a bit of a control freak and having an inconsistent writing schedule.

14. what's your all-time favorite ship?

zutara (to the point where I can never write it and am honestly so picky when it comes to reading it)

15. what's a WIP you want to finish, but doubt you ever will?

so this is your maverick ought to have a second part but I just don't know if I'll ever get around to it.

16. what are your writing strengths?

punctuation and grammar lmao as well as writing naturally paced dialogue. I prioritize good/accurate characterization in fanfic, but I won't say that's an actual strength of mine.

17. what are your writing weaknesses?

my confidence, first and foremost lol.

also, I really have to pare down my rough drafts. I do a lot of hand-holding without realizing, even though I love to read between the lines and infer when I read other people's work. but I worry I don't write as masterfully to be able to do that well.

18. thoughts on writing dialogue in another language for a fic?

fun to read! not fun to write extensively, and so I don't. the most I've done is have Rudy in let the memories be good for those who stay say ja or other words that were italicized/isolated in the original text. I try to follow the rules of the original text. otherwise, I'd just say 'spoke in X language' but continue on in English.

OH MY GOSH JACKIE I ADORED THIS FIC

i’ve actually read this the night before, and then i read it again last night, but i didn’t leave my text dump thoughts so i read it again 😵‍💫 i noticed that you said you thought this was your best fic yet and i was thinking the same as i was reading omfg like that ONE LINE “you’re insatiable, you realize, and here jihoon is, putting you on a diet.” that was so perfectly said and had so many layers to that in one line 🤧 the way you characterized both jihoon and the mc were so well done i just loved how i watched their relationship progress as well as the depth of even the side characters !! mina was hilarious omg and i love the little appearances of soonyoung (the wuthering heights soundcloud rap ??? i DIED + the time he called jihoon the old guy from Up i died again + somehow the way he texts mc is so FITTING), wonwoo (love Sad Poetry Boy™️), shua, and jeonghan <33 is must be some pattern of shua experiencing that good ol second-lead syndrome in your fics 😭

and the smut mannnn the smut was HOT and the little exchange about the choking !?@#?@? and jihoon following through in the next scene had me running LAPS omfg i loved how it was so obvious what he implied by saying how soonyoung had dance practice and that led to mc going over :’’) and the little flashback smut scenes in parentheses i loved them sm (and i think it was somehow hotter???)

and this scene is so tender and sweet :((( i might have fallen a little deeper in love with jihoon after this like his actions are just so cute <//3 it also rlly spoke volumes about their relationship and how it goes beyond simple friends with benefits

anyways let me go back to the other svt members because i just want to praise your characterization. the little dialogues and exchanges between them just made them so much more three-dimensional. i DIED when soonyoung called jeonghan and cheol geezers when they're just a year older 😭 and then jeonghan’s smartass LMFAO i love a good matchmaker who unintentionally just kickstarts a complete other relationship

YEAH AND MY HEART DID A THING WHEN JIHOON TOLD MC SHE COULD STAY when he told her he’d get her a toothbrush like <///3 yeah that’s .. every rule jihoon breaks makes my heart flutter just a little ,, and they're supposed to be HIS rules 🤨 ALSO HER DATE WITH JEONGHAN WAS SO FUNNY pls i want to argue with him about the edibility of pokemon and tbh i just need this entire paragraph documented for my own enjoyment bc god this is gold

and goddamn jeonghan’s so foul for making her get his coffee 💀 but JOSHUA HONG <33 jackie when are we getting a shua fic

but omg the pain when mc’s cutting things off with jihoon :(( i could feel her frustration when jihoon just accepted it but also it was so clear he wasn't having it either 😞 like THIS PART my heart was physically aching bc i just wanted him to fight to keep her with him instead of going on that date with joshua (sorry shua)

and when jihoon comforted her mayhaps i cried 😔 the “Jihoon doesn’t comfort people. He’s not soft or tender in the way you are, not sentimental like you, he keeps his emotions tucked close to his chest. He comforts you clumsily, with hands unused to the actions, but he tries.” oh my goddd i felt so warm inside <//3

also i love how this stays true to a college au and actually incorporates issues that college students face like with mc’s major and hesitancy with her goal to become a doctor. and jihoon’s firm but understanding advice was so perfect AND ALSO THIS PART!!!

and the absolute wash of relief i felt when jihoon confessed that he liked her too and i’m not sure if you meant to emphasize the “public” at the end but i felt like it tied everything together ♡ but anyways thank you for writing this jackie !! im such a big fan of your svt works and im very glad i stumbled upon this happy little haven of a blog 🌷

In which there’s two things you knew when you were entering this arrangement. One: Jihoon doesn’t like relationships. Two: You’re a damn fucking fool for Lee Jihoon.

The two of you are in a 24-hour diner. It’s long after midnight, but you’re always a little hungry after getting your guts rearranged, and Jihoon is deceptively kinky, so you’re really craving the comfort of salt and carbs tonight.

“I mean, if it’s an agreement that we sign, isn’t it a contract?” You pop another fry into your mouth.

Jihoon sighs. “Calling it a contract feels too serious. I want this to stay casual. That way, everything is easy and nobody gets hurt.”

He slides the napkin across the table to you and sets the ballpoint pen down next to it. Glancing down, you read the words written on the thin brown paper as you chew.
