i need to give this map of mine the mercator treatment
#realized that actually latitude + longitude should not be so perfectly distributed . bc i put each one at like 1/6 canvas down from the last#also i think i should just move the continents closer to the equator and make the poles larger maybe?#i really think i might need to make up more countries. to make it feel more real#bc it's kind of crazy that most of these countries span a whole thirty degrees north or south.#even the united states doesn't do that.#BUT that would require coming up w even more cultures. which im sure i can do bc it's fun but it takes time. and it is finals season#talkin
