UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE(4/27/19) THIS VIDEO IS PART 2 OF TWO AFTER WATCHING THIS PLEASE SCROLL BACK AND LOOK AT THE FIRST VIDEO TO SEE THE DATE WE TOOK OUR INITIAL VIDEO AND WHAT THE WEIGHT WAS. This is what happens when you combine my OLD SCHOOL STYLE training and my clean eating plan. No calorie counting, training 4 days a week consistently gets the job done the weight just came off very easy she's even thinking to put some back on. This was just a result of three straight weeks of dedication not even a full month she reached her goal weight. Now time to move on to the maintenance meal plan and training and she is very aware now at this point it is her responsibility to maintain this weight and not gain it all back and splurge eating everything in sight and blame it on your trainer.
