Clonetober #16 Boba and Mando’a part 6

So....last time we left off was when Jango fainted a LOT after what heard about his REAL Family. Now I’m going to tell what happened after he woke up AGAIN.

After Jango woke up in his Medical Bay Room AGAIN, he noticed that Jiben was sitting in a chair AGAIN in front of Jango AGAIN. Jiben was going to say something when Jango cut him off saying, “Let me guess. I fainted again.”. Jiben nodded and said, “Yep.”. he giggled and said, “At least you didn’t do it AGAIN outside this time.” Jiben laughed as Jango rolled his eyes then laughed. Jango told Jiben that he wanted to know if his Uncle Odyssey was still alive and if he was looking for him. Jiben said this to Jango, “OK. I will tell you more about your Uncle Odyssey as long as you don’t faint AGAIN!” Jango rolled his eyes ONCE AGAIN then laughed and nodded his head. He told Jango that he was going to tell him how he became his Step-Uncle in the first place and how he knowed his Uncle Odyssey. Jango nodded again as he was bouncing on the bed waiting for Jiben to finally tell him.

 Jiben told Jango how he became his Step-Uncle. When Jiben was 6, Jiben's Father “Drollax Ulberd'' died in a Battle and his Mother “Shuri Fett'' passed away after she gave birth to her 2nd child. Sadly, the baby didn’t survive after it was born. Jiben had just lost his Father, his Mother, and his unborn sibling just months apart from each other. Jiben went to  live with his Grandmother. Her name was “Fasia Ulberd”. Jiben was happy that he was living with his Grandmother but that happiness didn’t last long. About a month before Jiben’s 7th Birthday, his Grandmother died from a stroke. When Kodo learned that Jiben had lost his family, he decided to adopt Jiben. (Also, Kodo’s Brother Gutearudth Fett had TOO many children at the time when this took place. Gutearudth already had 10 KIDS and ANOTHER ON THE WAY!) 

 When Kodo adopted him, Jiben got to meet his cousins. Jaa who was 12, Jango’s Father and Odyssey aka “STINKY FART BRAINS” were 10. As they grew up, Jiben started having his childhood back. He started calling his Uncle Kodo “FATHER” and his cousins called Jiben “BROTHER”. He was happy to have a FAMILY again. After he was adopted and started loving his new FAMILY, he decided to change his last name to Jiben Ulberd “FETT”. Now he was TRULY a REAL “FETT”.

After Jiben told him how he was adopted by his Uncle and what his Uncle Odyssey did to Jango’s Father, (If you don’t remember what happened to Jango’s Father, reread part 5 of this story.), Jango then asked him what happened to his Mother. Jiben told him that after his Uncle Odyssey’s wife died, he decided to marry your Mother so he could finally be able to the NEW RULER. After he married your Mother, your Mother died after she and the baby died of childbirth. Odyssey then remarried his wife. Her name is Eyayah Morgan. After they got married, she gave birth to a boy. Your Uncle was so EXCITED that he didn’t need to find you so could raise you as a baby anymore because he had his own son that would be the NEXT HEIR but he was still worried. He remembered that one of your Aunts ran off you and the other children. After he remembered that, he decided to pay some Bounty Hunters to go and look for you ALIVE OR DEAD. When the Bounty Hunters heard that Odyssey was going to pay them for finding you, I knew I had to find you first before they found you. Jiben told Jango that he knew what Village you were in when your Aunt dropped you off when you were a baby. He told Jango how he knew he was in that Village as a baby when he Jiben kidnapped you. He told him that one of his Manadalorian Sisters “Zidi Rid” knew of a Village that was close to the palace and thought that Jango might be there. When I went to the Village, I did find out that you were there. I decided to kidnap you and take you to a Village that was far away from the palace. After Zidi heard that, he knew that it wouldn't be long if the Bounty Hunters knew were you where. went to that Village and started looking for you but they came up empty handed. I knew that you would be safe there and that they wouldn’t find you. We had a couple of our Mandalorian Brothers and Sisters that would be undercover and would walk by the Village seeing that you were safe. We stopped coming by, knowing that you were now safe. He also told Jango that he would stop by a couple of times to see how his Nephew (Jango) was doing and see him growing up so fast. He loved seeing how happy Jango was when he was living in his Village. He also told Jango that Jiben would sometimes send one of his Mandalorian Brothers who were in disguise and would  go to local clubs or bars (if that person Jiben sent out that day didn’t get drunk) would come back to Jiben and tell him anything they heard about Odyssey at the club or bars. 

 After Jango heard more about what Jiben told him about his Uncle Odyssey, he asked Jiben this, “Do....do you think that....that my Uncle paid those thugs....I mean the.....the Bounty Hunters who...who destroyed my Family and Village?”. Jiben said, “Maybe....”sigh”. Yes. They were. Another one of our Mandalorian Brothers “Ken Cur” who was dressed as a girl with a niqāb (it’s a garment that’s used to cover a woman’s face.) covering his face (He also lost a bet and had to dress up like a girl for not for a day but for a WEEK. Lucky he would get a BRAND NEW ARMOR as a reward for going undercover and for losing a bet with Jawa.) told us that when he overheard that one of the Bounty Hunters had told the other Bounty Hunters that they weren't getting paid enough and decided to tell your Uncle aka STINKY FART BRAINS that you were living in the Village. When your Uncle heard this, he was THRILLED that they found you. He told them to go to the Village and destroy everyone there and would give them a BIG REWARD if they found you.”

Jiben then told him that he recently sent one of his Mandalorian Brothers out again to hear if Odyssey was still looking for Jango. He sent one of his TOP CLASS Madalorian Brothers to find out if Odyssey was STILL looking for Jango. His name was “Xigg Stuk”. Xigg wore a Jawa Outfit (HEY! The guy was small and he lost a card bet with his Mandalorian Brothers and a Jawa (the same one who Ken lost to.) Plus, he saved one of Jawas and was told he could have anything he wanted so asked to wear one of their outfits for a day and that Jawa could wear HIS armor for A DAY. He never got it back but luckily he got a new one. That’s how he was able to hide his face OK.) went to a bar and overheard what the Bounty Hunters said at the bar. Once Xigg heard what the Bounty Hunters said, he rushed back to tell us what he learned.

(MAN! Mandalorians are REALLY BAD at playing at dares or bets. Especially with JAWAS!) 

After hearing that, Jango asked him this, “WHAT DID XIGG TELL YOU? PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE TELL ME! I NEED TO KNOW!” Jiben gave a sigh then said, “He...he...he told us that your Uncle STINKY FART BRAINS somehow found out that you were still alive and that your Uncle put a BIG REWARD if any found you ALIVE OR DEAD.” Jiben then started to cry after he told Jango. When Jango heard that and saw that Jiben was crying, he asked Jiben this, “W...wh...why are….are you crying?”. Then Jango thought then said, “Did….what...what happened to….to Xigg?” Jiben told Jango this, “ After he came back from the bar, he told him to go back the next day and learn more about what your Uncle was planning. Sadly we learned that he got shot and died on the way back. He sacrificed himself to save you so you wouldn’t be in the wrong hands if your Uncle found you. ”.

 After Jango heard that Xigg risked his life to save him, Jango hugged Jiben. He started to cry after hearing that Xigg risked his life to save his life. Jango was both happy and sad. Jango was also happy that he had a FAMILY again who was protecting him all through his life and didn’t know about it as he was growing up. He was also happy that Jiben kidnapped him to save him from his Uncle and that he was responsible for taking care of the WHOLE PLANET let alone a KINGDOM by himself whenever his Uncle STINKY FART BRAINS died. Jango asked Jiben if he would teach him how to be a TRUE MANDALORIAN just like his FATHER once was. Jiben nodded his head and told Jango that they will do it later tomorrow because the Mandalorians were going to bury their Mandalorian Brother Xigg.

The next day, Jango, Jiben, and all the other Mandalorians buried him. Xigg finally got his new armor only to be buried with it.

unpopular opinion: ahsoka's story now (manadalorian and onwards) is less interesting than ahsoka in tcw

HMMM this is indeed a spicy opinion you’ve brought to me, a massive ahsoka stan.....

But I honestly don’t know! I think we truthfully know very little about Ahsoka post-Rebels—for me, her appearance in the Mandalorian doesn’t tell much, aside from that she has reservations about training Force sensitives and is still looking for Thrawn, so I don’t feel like there’s enough material for me to base a real opinion on.

I agree in that I’m not sure how they’ll progress her character further? While I think there’s some potential to fully wrapping up her relationship with Anakin, most of her storylines from TCW and Rebels have essentially reached a natural endpoint. If she were to become a supporting cast character, I think it would be fine for her to be in a static role, but if she’s to be a focal character, a new conflict/challenge has to be created for her to remain interesting and dynamic.

So then, I also disagree with you, because I think taking her out of the known galaxy and placing her in the Unknown Regions, away from the Republic, is the best way to give her new challenges for her character. Or honestly, anything that’s not well explored within current canon would work.

But they gotta do it right. So I’m actually pretty nervous about how they’re going to handle it. There’s a likelihood I could love it or hate it. Ask me again in 2-3 years or something lmao.
