#kbitycus talks#reading warbreaker was slightly jarring if only because i was like 'why is everyone he/him'ing my favorite fucked up sword'#i know nightblood doesnt care. on account of the being a sword thing? it did just catch me off guard#seeing her in her original element was both eye-opening and FASCINATING. and adds so much to what happens w her in stormlight#and szeth was already such an interesting character but the fact that he's pretty normal about nightblood is so. (gestures) to me now#this is my acquaintance the sword it wants me to kill people. however i simply will not do that most of the time.#and then like. uses her in the most consequential ways possibly because szeth has a way of committing only the Most plot important murders#she just wants to fight evil. and eat investiture. ok? normal-style
