God I honestly have no idea how the re8 atlantis au actually resolves
The option I find the funniest, and thus the one I prefer, is Mother Miranda and Whitmore Industries once they get to a tentative truce (which god knows how that happens either) forcing the two of them to sit down and figure out a fucking custody arrangement like the two most BITTER exes in the world LMAO, since they're both functionally immortal and both absolutely refuse to stop fighting over my S/I
