Item #: SCP-590-RE / "The boy who cried for others"
Level 3: Confidential
Containment Class: Safe
Disruption Class: Vlam
Risk Class: Notice
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-590-RE is contained within a standard human containment chamber in Site-19. It is to be fed an average pediatric diet and is to take vitamin suppliments with it. After cases where it's anomalous ability is used, it should consume a minimum of double and a maximum of triple its diet depending on the severity. There should be one guard on duty at all times within the chamber to ensure SCP-590-RE does not harm itself. It is to be allowed socialization during free-roaming time.
If during free-roaming time it requests to visit different sectors of the site, it should be permitted and a guard must escort and stay by SCP-590-RE for duration of visit. When SCP-590-RE is allowed to roam, it should not enter restricted areas nor places that could easily harm it, such as a kitchen or Dr.Clef's office. No humanoid entity is to make skin-to-skin contact with SCP-590-RE without authorization.
Note: Disregarding any current situation, if SCP-590-RE requests to visit Dr.[NAME PENDING], it should be permitted immediately and will take top priority.
Description: SCP-590-RE is a young boy named Thomas James Bright and is approximately the age of 14. It has wavy ginger hair, white skin, and freckles covering a majority of its body.
SCP-590-RE has the capability to heal any injury of a human at the expense of the injury being perfectly recreated on its own body. It also has the ability to heal wounds at an anomalous pace (e.g. It is able to recover from a stab wound over the span of 3 days.) however will require more nutrition in a shorter time span as to not become malnourished.
Due to the recovery process, it will not continue to age until fully healed and even then will continue to age slower than the average human.
When transmitting injury from another, SCP-590 will feel all pain of the injury however it will not sustain any scars or permanent disabilities and will heal perfectly. When healing a cancer patient, tumors and symptoms will materialize similarly to the patient's experience. While it is able to heal mental disorders, it is highly advised not to perform these healings as the intensity of the impact and symptoms of the disorder is doubled compared to the targeted person’s state was.
SCP-590 is not capable of healing mental disorders caused mind-altering or reality-bending SCPs.
Discovery: SCP-590's anomalous abilities were discovered by his parent, ███, aka ███ ████ when it reportedly healed his particulalry harsh influenza after an embrace and saw symptons immediately emerge in his son. It's age was around 12 at the time, however the incident was back in 19██. It reportedly stated that he was encouraged to keep his anomalous abilities a secret by his brother, Dr.[NAME PENDING].

To Secure / Risk It All
Chapter 10 / Epilogue 1
Part 1 | Part 2 | Part 3 | Part 4 | Part 5 | Part 6 | Part 7 | Part 8 | Part 9 | Part 10 | Part 11
————
He hated them. No, that wasn’t right. He despised them. Loathed them. Or maybe, no word existed to convey just how much hate he harboured for them.
But he could not show it. Never say it.
He could only keep his face straight as the 05 council looked down on him.
The monitors were mounted to the wall above him on for that purpose. It had to. Of course they wanted to look down on anyone that wasn’t them. They didn’t even have the audacity to show their faces. Instead, they presented themselves as faceless silhouettes, peering down at him.
He hoped they didn’t notice the way his fingers dug into his hands, clasped behind his back.
“You may speak.” One, the leader, spoke, voice distorted.
Steeling himself and without moving an inch, he did.
“If I may be so bold to assume, I take this ‘emergency meeting’ you called is about the escape of SCP-9475, no?”
Even though the action made him want to hurl, he bowed his head. “I must confess my failure in containing and re-capturing SCP-9475. I underestimated their capabilities and the Foundation paid the price. I accept my mistakes come with a price and I am fully prepared to pay.”
He raised his head, looking up at the monitor in front of him. “However, I must stress that my failure is also due to a lack of resources. Their Euclid level, and the legal limitations in capturing that comes with it, restricted my ability to safely re-contain SCP-9475. Hence my request to the council to review SCP-9475’s status. I am positive that with a Keter status and accompanying resources, I can secure and contain SCP-9475 once more and this time without leaving room for any more escape attempts in the future.”
It was silent. Too silent.
He wished he could silence them forever.
“Please explain and elaborate.”
I won’t just kill you. “Research has suggested that SCP-9475’s abilities stem from the frontal and parietal lobes.” I’ll humiliate you. “Now, while removal of those areas is possible, it would be an unnecessary decommissioning.” I’ll will hurt and kill everyone you love. “Instead, I propose a similar containment option as SCP-239, where the SCP is kept in a medically induced coma.” I will break every bone in your body twice. “This way, we can secure SCP-9475 without risk of another containment breach.” I take and destroy everything you have. “Finally, with the research that can be conducted, we could potentially find a way to harness their ability to better contain Keter and perhaps even Apollyon class SCP’s.” And then I will put you out of your misery.
Why are they silent?
The faceless in front of him leaned forward. “Tell me. What does SCP stand for?”
…Why were they asking asking such an obvious question.
“To protect humanity from anomalies-“
“No. What does our acronym stand for?” They interrupted him.
……Why are they asking stupid questions!?
“………..May I ask-?”
“Answer the question.”
He tried to keep his gaze straight and face emotionless. “…….Secure, Contain and Protect, sir.”
Silence.
He wished he could tear out their eyes. Anything to stop the judging gazes upon him.
Finally, the faceless spoke. “We shall start with the first point. We have accepted your request to review SCP-9475’s status and we have come to the conclusion that Euclid is no longer applicable.”
He couldn’t keep a small smile from forming on his face.
“After discussion, we have decided to revise SCP-9475 status…”
This was it. This was his chance. His chance to-
“…to Archon.”
……… He was dumbfounded.
“What?”
“Archon is a class appointed to SCP’s that the Foundation is either completely unable or should not contain.”
“I know what Archon is.” The words blurted from his mouth before he could stop himself. He stopped, scraped his throat, and continued. “Apologies. But I want to ask why. Archon is reserved for SCP’s that are impossible to contain, such as concepts, or SCP’s that would be detrimental to humanity if contained. SCP-9475 is not a concept and can be contained. It also does not benefit humanity in any way. A Keter class would be more than sufficient.”
The faceless leaned back. “Even for a Keter class, containing SCP-9475 is a high risk-factor. The last attempt to do so resulted in disaster. More specifically a mass breach that you were barely able to re-contain.”
“It won’t happen again.” He stated, no, pleaded. “SCP-9475 will be separated and brought in a medical coma. This will keep them from activating their ability. We-“
The voice of the faceless raised. “I was not finished TALKING!”
He forced his teeth together.
“Conversely, despite SCP-9475’s reality altering abilities, the very nature of the pocket dimension they create means that all consequences of their actions are essentially erased, including memories, bodily harm and even death, as I’m sure you can attest to. This makes their actual risk towards humanity and the Veil minimal. SCP-9475 is no threat to civilians or their understanding of the universe. Granted, it’s not a perfect reset, as prolonged exposure can result in memories being maintained, but that is nothing the Foundation can’t fix themselves.”
No. He would not let this happen.
“This is against everything the Foundation stands for.” He argued. “SCP-9475 is an anomaly. It is not human. We keep other harmless SCP’s contained, as they should. There are containment options available to us. Why are you letting this one go!?”
They were silent. Silent for too long. But he didn’t mind this time. Because they were obviously considering his rightful words. There was no way he could allow them to just roam free. They had to see that. They would agree with him. There was no way they wouldn’t.
The faceless stared at him. Stared into his soul. He fought the chill going down his spine.
“You say that this is against the Foundation’s mission, correct?”
His mouth was dry. Why was his mouth dry? “Yes. Our mission is to Secure anomalies, Contain them and Protect humanity.”
Eyes pierced like daggers through him. He could tell the eyes of the faceless narrowed.
“Wrong.”
That single word caught him off guard, caused him to change his stance. He released the hands behind his back and one of his feet took a single step backwards. What was going on? Has the council gone mad!?
“Our mission is not just to protect humanity from SCP’s. It’s also to protect SCP’s from humanity. That is why we enact humane procedures on contained SCP’s and secure even the harmless ones.”
He pursed his lips to a thin line. “With all due respect, protecting the Veil is protecting humanity.”
For a moment, it seemed another member of council wanted to speak, but the faceless leaned forward again.
“Tell me, why do we keep SCP-085?”
“I don’t-“
“It’s a living drawing on a piece of paper. If we wanted to, we could easily toss her in the incinerator and she would be fully neutralised. So why do we spend Foundation money on her containment, allow personnel to draw items for her and talk to her? She’s a drawing, what kind of information could we gather from her that is helpful to society? So why, why do we keep her contained?”
“Curiosity?”
“No.” The faceless loomed over him. “It’s because we’re not monsters. We care. We care about humans, yes, but we also care about other beings with similar sentience. It’s why we installed rules, it’s why we installed the Ethics Committee.”
The room grew colder.
“An Ethics Committee that you have repeatedly brushed off, lied to and barred excess from your site.”
The cracks started to spring. It was in the way he widened his eyes ever so slightly.
“Oh, did you think we wouldn’t find out? I must admit, it was a good try. But we know and we are not happy.”
No. This couldn’t be happening.
“But that is a matter for later. In conclusion: SCP-9475 is a harmless non-to-minor threat to the Veil that is easily solved with amnestics. Contrary to that, SCP-9475 is near impossible to capture and contain, save for expensive, aggressive, disproportionate and inhumane measures. An Archon classification is more than fitting.”
No. He couldn’t let this happen!
“Are you all blind!?” He roared, the held-back venom finally spewing out. “With SCP-9475 contained, we can potentially get control over the power of reality altering! We can contain SCP’s thought to be uncontainable! Are you content with risking humanity’s safety for a single SCP!?”
There was a SLAM of a hand being brought down on the table.
“Johnathan Snee, I believe you must remember that Lady Luck already smiled upon you when SCP’s nature of undoing their actions saved you from death. Do not push her any further than you already have!”
He wasn’t even aware of the way he had balled his fists, narrowed his eyes or leaned forward until that last word left the faceless’s mouth. Taking back his composure, he fixed his stance, although he failed to look at the monitor directly.
“Facility Director Johnathan Snee, you are guilty of disrupting the Ethics Committee, unlawful experimentation of an SCP, being responsible for the death of said SCP, allowing SCP to break containment, and, if we are to believe some of your staff, abhorrent treatment of c-class and b-class. We shall discuss your full punishment, but do not believe you will be let off easily. For the time being, you are relieved of your duty and will remain in your designated quarters until further notice. You are dismissed.”
The screens turned off one by one, leaving him in darkness. Snee took a deep breath and turned on the lights with the remote, and turned them off when he left the room. He didn’t face anyone. He didn’t talk to anyone. He just walked to his room in the facility and closed the door behind him.
Those bastards. Everything he had worked for, gone in a flash. Gone because of a single, unimportant SCP. Every night of slaving away, every moment of hard work, every step he had clawed on the ladder, all for nothing.
And as he walked into his bathroom, his eyes caught his reflection in the mirror. Caught the faded red mark, like a bruise, right on his forehead. As a reminder of his greatest failure. Of the audacity, the nerve of the man and his so-called ‘friends’ to defy him, to shoot him, when he deserved-
He stopped his fist before it hit the glass.
Calm your mind. Count to ten. Breaking your things isn’t going to fix anything. It will just count against you.
He gripped the sink like a lifeline.
No. What he needed to do was think.
He needed plan B.
Snee took out his phone and walked out of the bathroom, then out the door of his quarters. Immediately, he activated the app, and walked back in.
The cameras would only show an empty room. But that didn’t mean he had all the time in the world.
He closed the door and locked it, and headed immediately for his bed, pulling it aside and reaching into the secret compartment.
Important documents about SCP-9475. Test results he had stolen. Every bit of information he was and was not allowed to have.
He picked out one of the photos. A photo of his former B-class underling. Curt Richy, the man who rebelled against him and stole everything away from him.
But it didn’t matter. His rank didn’t matter. His job didn’t matter. The Foundation didn’t matter. Because he had found something more powerful:
The ability to manipulate reality.
Run as far as you can, little monster. He thought to himself with a smile. Because it doesn’t matter. I will find you again, and I’ll take everything I lost and more. Your powers, my revenge, my victory…
I will secure it all!
———————
Not me trying to finish before it officially ends. I can’t imagine I wrote another chapter before I put links in the previous one lol
One more chapter left! And then I’ll start posting everything to AO3, with some fixes (and maybe some additional prologue???)

Iris for the ask game?
HAHA YES!! This ones getting long sorry in advance
fav thing: shes such a succinct representation of the question at the core of a lot of foundation writing, which is whether maintaining the veil is really worth all of the harm that's done in the process, and rlly gets into where humanoids/sapient scps specifically fall in that discussion. chief among my fav iris interps is ofc the resurrection canon where as the lone survivor of omega-7, the one who didnt go rogue, she unwillingly becomes a sort of golden child of the emerging alpha-9 project, paraded around for her "loyalty" to the foundation while she doesnt even really want to be here in the first place. its good stuff!
least fav thing: resurrection is perpetually unfinished and very meandering, it loses track of iris pretty bad in act 2 even though to me her relationship to the foundation is easily the most compelling part of the canon. all her rlly interesting character potential is forever unresolved by the main res storyline not having updated in over 3 years and she lacks any like. standalone tales that ever hit in quite the same way i think
favorite line: I've spent the last seven years in a box. It's a fancy box, but it's not the real world. And then suddenly you need my help with something, I get dragged out and get to see the real world again, and… it feels like somewhere fictional. A movie set. The moon.
brOTP: Her and adams are rlly rlly fun and as a tragedy liker im ofc fascinated by the looming shadow of their work relationship (tav-666 being the cleanup crew in case alpha-9 goes rogue) hanging over their budding friendship. Also in the silly fluff timeline where kondraki lives i like to think shes very close to both him and draven
OTP: irismeri again... saddest girls in the world
nOTP: iris/able bad
random headcanon: ik its all i talk about but i have so many thoughts about iris presenting more butch coinciding with her like. finally reclaiming her personhood. i think bc of watching her 13 y/o comphet middle school boyfriend get straight up murdered in front of her and getting contained and functionally stripped of her identity beyond her scp designation right after shes got a lot of complicated feelings and latent guilt about any queer feelings she may or may not harbor and it takes until adams, an older wlw whos very confident in her own attraction to women that iris starts to Realize.
unpopular opinion: /
songs: one of two characters to have a designated playlist on my mobile phone actually. no reptiles everything everything, blindness metric, maybe sprout wings tmg are all on there
fav pic: this one its so simple yet so heartbreaking. I have it downloaded onto my computer

SCP-069
Item #: SCP-069
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-069 is currently impersonating former Foundation Agent ███████ █████, and is housed at Humanoid Containment Site-06-3. SCP-069 is to be provided with any reasonable requested item and/or material so long as such request does not violate Foundation security protocols. As SCP-069 is currently on suicide watch, all requests it makes must be approved by no fewer than two (2) Level 3 personnel.
If SCP-069 attempts to breach containment, it must be subdued using non-lethal methods. If SCP-069 dies, undercover agents are to be instructed to monitor reports of incidents in which individuals appear to have escaped certain death and SCP-069 is to be re-contained as soon as possible.
Note: Despite the fact that SCP-069 is identical in all ways to Agent █████, it remains an active SCP in containment, and is not to be treated as a Foundation employee. Any requests for classified information are to be denied, and visits from former co-workers without proper authorization are not allowed.
Description: SCP-069 is a presumed humanoid entity of variable appearance and gender. Through an unknown ability, whenever SCP-069 is left alone with a recently deceased human body, the body will disappear and SCP-069 will take on the appearance, mannerisms, and knowledge of the recently dead individual.
Through extensive experimentation, it has been shown that SCP-069 is completely indistinguishable from the individual it impersonates, matching the original individual's fingerprints, DNA, and [DATA EXPUNGED] with nearly perfect precision. SCP-069 retains no knowledge of its abilities or former impersonations. SCP-069 responds normally to injury and pain, but if killed, will rapidly decay into dust regardless of any preservation attempts. SCP-069 will then re-emerge at the site of the most recent human death. There is no known maximum range to this effect, and so far has been observed in jumps of up to 675 kilometers.
SCP-069 can impersonate a single individual indefinitely. However, it will gain an overriding urge to "get their life in order", including but not limited to: resolving any outstanding financial or personal obligations, visiting extended family, updating their will and testament, and other acts of closure. When questioned, SCP-069 professes no driving motivation other than a desire to straighten out their lives in the event of unforeseen injury or death.
SCP-069 first came to the Foundation's attention on /██/199█ following reports of one John M███████, a █████████ City firefighter who miraculously emerged alive from a 3-alarm building fire in which 2 other firefighters and 11 civilians perished. Undercover agents attached to the local authorities were notified of a possible SCP when reports emerged that the firefighter's equipment had been damaged beyond recognition, and that it had been deemed nearly impossible for the firefighter to emerge unscathed. Approximately three weeks later, then-presumed John M███████ responded to another large-scale building fire, during which he entered a smoke-filled room alone and was never found. A single civilian was rescued from the building, again nearly unharmed despite the heavy smoke reported within the building. SCP-069 was designated the following day, and rendered into Foundation custody by members of Mobile Task Force Xi-3 ("Body Snatchers").
Addendum 069-01: On ██/█/200█, Agent ███████ █████, a guard on duty assigned to SCP-069, was killed during the containment breach of SCP-███ and subsequently impersonated by SCP-069. Although initially in denial after being informed of its identity, it has been mostly cooperative since its impersonation of a mid-level Foundation employee. Contingencies for the use of deceased Foundation employees for future SCP-069 use is under consideration.
Addendum 069-02: On ██/██/200█, SCP-069 attempted to commit suicide after a junior researcher accidentally informed it that the family of Agent █████ had been told that Agent █████ was dead, and of their subsequent reactions. Due to the massive cost of possibly having to re-contain SCP-069, strict suicide watch measures are to be implemented. Plans to use other deceased Foundation employees as possible impersonation targets for SCP-069 have been suspended.

The “living” room
SCP-002 in its containment area
Item #: SCP-002
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-002 is to remain connected to a suitable power supply at all times, to keep it in what appears to be a recharging mode. In case of electrical outage, the emergency barrier between the object and the facility is to be closed and the immediate area evacuated. Once facility power is re-established, alternating bursts of X-ray and ultraviolet light must strobe the area until SCP-002 is re-affixed to the power supply and returned to recharging mode. Containment area is to be kept at negative air pressure at all times.
Teams including a minimum of two (2) members are required within 20 meters of SCP-002 or its containment area. Personnel should maintain physical contact with one another at all times to confirm there is another person present, as perception may be dulled, skewed, or influenced by proximity to the object.
No personnel below Level 3 are permitted within SCP-002. This requirement may be waived via written authorization from two (2) off-site Level 4 administrators. Command staff issued such a waiver must be escorted by at least five (5) Level 3 Security personnel for the duration of their contact and must temporarily surrender their rank and security clearance. Following contact, command staff will be escorted at least 5km from SCP-002 to undergo a seventy-two (72)-hour quarantine and psychological evaluation. If deemed fit for return to duty by psych staff, rank and security clearance may be restored when quarantine expires.
Description: SCP-002 resembles a tumorous, fleshy growth with a volume of roughly 60m³ (or 2000 ft³). An iron valve hatch on one side leads to its interior, which appears to be a standard low-rent apartment of modest size. One wall of the room possesses a single window, though no such opening is visible from the exterior. The room contains furniture which, upon close examination, appears to be sculpted bone, woven hair, and various other biological substances produced by the human body. All matter tested thus far show independent or fragmented DNA sequences for each object in the room.
Refer to the Mulhausen Report [cross-ref:document00.023.603] for details related to object's discovery.
Reference: To date, subject has been responsible for the disappearances of seven personnel. It has also in its time at the facility further furnished itself with two lamps, a throw rug, a television, a radio, a beanbag chair, three books in an unknown language, four children's toys, and a small potted plant. Tests with a variety of lab animals including higher primates have failed to provoke a response in SCP-002. Cadavers as well fail to produce any effect. Whatever process the subject uses to convert organic matter into furnishings is apparently only facilitated by the introduction of living humans.
view Mulhausen Report docid:00.023.603 附加记录:
Mulhausen Report [00.023.603]
The following is a brief report detailing the discovery of SCP-002
Subject was discovered in a small crater in northern Portugal where it struck the Earth from orbit. Encased in a shell of thick rock, the fleshy exterior of the object was exposed by the impact. A native farmer happened upon the site and reported his findings to the village elder. Subject gained SCP attention when a Level 4 agent posted in the area detected a small radioactive anomaly generated by the object.
A collection squad of SCP security personnel led by General Mulhausen was immediately dispatched to the area where they quickly secured the subject in a large container and performed initial testing with subjects recruited from the nearby village. Three men individually sent into the structure subsequently disappeared. Upon discovering this deadly property of the subject, General Mulhausen issued a Level 4a Termination Order of any witnesses (roughly 1/3 of the village) to ensure no outside knowledge of the object and initiated its transport to SCP facility [DATA EXPUNGED].
During preparation for transport, four SCP security personnel were inexplicably drawn inside the object where they too immediately disappeared. Following inspection, it appeared as if the object had several new furnishings and was beginning to look like the interior of an apartment room. General Mulhausen immediately ordered the requisition of several Class III HAZMAT suits for the remaining security team members, who proceeded to lift the container onto a waiting freight ship for transport to the SCP containment facility.
[DATA EXPUNGED]
[DATA EXPUNGED]
Following the termination of General Mulhausen, SCP-002 was re-secured by SCP staff and brought into special containment in [CLASSIFIED], where it currently resides. Staff with clearance below Level 3 have been denied access to the SCP-002 container without prior approval of at least two Level 4 staff after the Mulhausen incident

“Mission Statement
Operating clandestine and worldwide, the Foundation operates beyond jurisdiction, empowered and entrusted by every major national government with the task of containing anomalous objects, entities, and phenomena. Many of these anomalies pose a significant threat to global security by threatening either physical or psychological harm. All of them undermine the natural laws that the people of the world implicitly trust in.
The Foundation maintains an extensive database of information regarding anomalies requiring Special Containment Procedures, commonly referred to as "SCPs". The primary database contains summaries of such anomalies and emergency procedures for maintaining or re-establishing safe containment in the case of a containment breach or other event.
The Foundation operates to maintain normalcy, so that the worldwide civilian population can live and go on with their daily lives without fear, mistrust, or doubt in their personal beliefs, and to maintain human independence from extraterrestrial, extradimensional, and other extranormal influence.
Our mission is three-fold:
Secure
The Foundation secures anomalies with the goal of preventing them from falling into the hands of civilian or rival agencies, through extensive observation and surveillance and by acting to intercept such anomalies at the earliest opportunity.
Contain
The Foundation contains anomalies with the goal of preventing their influence or effects from spreading, by either relocating, concealing, or dismantling such anomalies or by suppressing or preventing public dissemination of knowledge thereof.
Protect
The Foundation protects humanity from the effects of such anomalies as well as the anomalies themselves until such time that they are either fully understood or new theories of science can be devised based on their properties and behavior. The Foundation may also neutralize or destroy anomalies as an option of last resort, if they are determined to be too dangerous to be contained.
Additional information will have been provided upon your joining us in pursuit of our primary missions. Welcome to the Foundation, and good luck.”

Ok, this is just me being salty, but sometimes I get bored and then I remember animations I watched when younger and go to watch them again. I was actually just doing that too. But I went to find that one animation that was the Go H4rd meme with scp 049 and scp 035, and it just wasn’t popping up. Usually it’s one of the first ones. I quite like the animation style of it, and now I’m sad I can’t find it. Alas, that is life sometimes. Anyways, that was just a rant, and I shall disappear for a few days, and re emerge with more random things at some point. Have a nice day/night! :)

[ Sorry for the late response]
Well you see Lord Frieza, the only reason I did not refer to you as such is because although you're considered an anomaly, the foundation finds it far more beneficial to keep you uncontained as you can prove a valuable source of information... if you are willing too work with us, that is.
And to awnser your question, the SCP Foundation is as follows:
The Foundation secures anomalies with the goal of preventing them from falling into the hands of civilian or rival agencies, through extensive observation and surveillance and by acting to intercept such anomalies at the earliest opportunity.
It contains anomalies with the goal of preventing their influence or effects from spreading, by either relocating, concealing, or dismantling such anomalies or by suppressing or preventing public dissemination of knowledge thereof.
And The Foundation protects humanity from the effects of such anomalies as well as the anomalies themselves until such time that they are either fully understood or new theories of science can be devised based on their properties and behavior. The Foundation may also neutralize or destroy anomalies as an option of last resort, if they are determined to be too dangerous to be contained.
Greetings, Lord Frieza.
I was wondering if you know what the SCP Foundation is, as well as if you have ever come across things in your time conquering worlds, things that couldn't be explained. Thing's that seemed to defy the laws that the very existence of our universe follows. Places, Beings and even Objects that could be considered... anomalous?
SCP Foundation? What kind of ridiculous organization is this?
I'm the very being that would be considered as 'phenomenal' to you humans.
First off, let's start off with the fact that I'm an literal alien, I've traveled the galaxy, survived a near death experience and turned into a cyborg, been to a the afterlife, twice might I add. I've been revived, also twice, and I've even been to the middle of literally fucking nowhere in order to have a universal tournament among 11 other universes.
I'd say that my entire existence is a literal anomaly
But if you truly wish to know the most anomalous thing I've ever experienced, it would be the fact that Zarbon isn't gay, he's pansexual, truly terrifying that this whole time I thought he was a gay man. But then again who wouldn't?
But now that I think about it, he did seem attracted to literally fucking everything.

SCP-001, also known as "The Gate Guardian", is a Euclid/Keter class humanoid entity that is one of many potential entities that share the SCP-001 title. In short, SCP-001 guards the gates of Eden.
The next information will be from the file itself (all credit belongs to the author)
Special Containment Procedures: Because of the nature of SCP-001, no containment procedures are necessary. 24/7 monitoring of SCP-001 is to take place from a safe (10 km+) distance from a pre-determined location (Site 0). The location of Site 0 is known only to the current SCP Administrator and the single Overseer-level Agent of Abrahamic faith (O5-14) assigned to monitor SCP-001 from Site 0. Said Agent is authorized to take any action necessary should SCP-001 become active, and is required to immediately alert the Administrator and all other Overseer-level agents should SCP-001 show any change in behavior, as this may constitute the beginning of a PATMOS XK-class end-of-the-world scenario.
Should SCP-001 become active in any way, personnel are required to immediately consult the Patmos series of Emergency Orders. Decoding algorithms for Emergency Order Patmos are to be maintained on-site at Site 0 in the possession of the designated observer, and are to be transmitted to SCP Foundation offices only in the event of SCP-001 becoming active. Foundation Personnel with vital roles in one or more variants of Emergency Procedure PATMOS are to be advised to take the following precautions:
To maintain good relations with one or more organized Abrahamic faiths.
To maintain, on hand, a supply of the following: holy water, a rosary, crucifix, cross, prayer rug, or other symbol blessed by an Abrahamic cleric of bishop or equivalent higher rank, a copy of Abrahamic scriptures (Torah, Bible, Quran), and standard emergency supplies in mobile form (bug-out bag).
In case of a premillenial rapture scenario, all vital personnel are to designate a secondary operative of non-Abrahamic faith. Said secondary operative is to be informed of the location of the primary designate's copy of Emergency Procedure PATMOS and memetic kill agent innoculant, and is to be kept on ready status to take over the primary's duties as necessary.
To maintain familiarity with all other SCPs involved in possible PATMOS XK-class end-of-the-world scenarios.
Description: SCP-001 is a humanoid entity, approximately seven hundred (700) cubits in height, located in an undisclosed location near the intersection of the Tigris and Euphrates rivers. The following features are known about the entity:
A number of luminous, wing-like appendages emerging from the shoulders, back, temples, ankles, and wrists of the entity. Although an accurate count has never been established, most observers place the number of wings at anywhere from two (2) through one hundred and eight (108), with the mean number being four (4).
A weapon, possibly a sword or knife (SCP-001-2). The weapon appears to emit flames at a temperature rivaling that of the sun, based on spectrographic analysis, although there appear to be no destructive effects from the intense heat on the surrounding area. Any entity that approaches within 1 km of SCP-001 is immediately struck by the weapon and obliterated from existence. Any and all hostile actions taken towards SCP-001 have resulted in the annihilation of the attacker, regardless of range (see incident report re: Indian Ocean Submarine Missile Experiment, December 26, 2004)
SCP-001 appears to be standing with its head bowed in a gesture of supplication with SCP-001-2 held in both hands point-down in front of it. Since originally recorded by the Founder over [DATA REDACTED] years ago, SCP-001 has not deviated from this stance.
Human beings exposed to SCP-001 report hearing a voice in their heads, giving them a directive which the subject reports cannot be disobeyed. The most common directive is "FORGET", which results in the subject walking away from SCP-001 with no memory of having encountered it. On rare occasions, however, other directives have been given: the most famous of these is the one given to the Founder ("PREPARE"), which he has claimed formed the impetus for founding [DATA REDACTED] to catalog and contain any and all supernatural and/or paranormal artifacts that represent a serious threat to the current existence of humanity. This is the organization now known as the SCP Foundation.
Observers have reported that SCP-001 appears to be standing in front of a gate of immense proportions. Long-range photographs have occasionally detected what appears to be a pastoral grove within, containing numerous other entities of the same composition as SCP-001, as well as several fruit trees of unknown composition. Of particular note are two fruit trees of immense proportion near what appears to be the center of the grove: one, it is noted, appears to be an ordinary apple tree, although the other bears a fruit unknown on earth, described as [DATA EXPUNGED].
It is the avowed belief of the Founder that the gate which SCP-001 guards may be the gate to [EXPUNGED] based on correlations with ancient Babylonian texts and the Dead Sea Scrolls. In which case, one can deduce that the entity known as SCP-001 may be [EXPUNGED].
Addendum 001-a: Experimentation re: SCP-001-2's effective kill range
1. EXPERIMENT A: 1 Class-D personnel instructed to approach SCP-001 as closely as possible on foot.
Result: Upon making visual contact with SCP-001, subject is ordered to "LEAVE." Subject immediately turns away from entity and walks away. Despite repeated orders to continue the experiment, Class D Personnel refuses to obey and is terminated. Upon termination of Class-D personnel, all research staff involved are immediately obliterated by an unknown force, presumably SCP-001-2.
2. EXPERIMENT B: 1 remote-operated research robot guided to approach SCP-001 from the ground.
Result: Upon approaching within 1 km of SCP-001, research robot is obliterated, presumably by SCP-001-2. All further attempts at remote reconnaissance have the same result.
3. EXPERIMENT C: 100 pre-programmed research drones instructed to approach SCP-001 from multiple angles simultaneously.
Result: Coordination is successful, and all 100 drones cross the 1 km mark simultaneously; however, all 100 are simultaneously obliterated by SCP-001-2. Designated observer at Site 0 reports that SCP-001-2 appeared to "strike in all directions at once." SCP-001 did not deviate from its stance while this took place.
4. EXPERIMENT D: Wire-guided missile fired from a distance of 3 km.
Result: SCP-001-2 obliterates weapon upon crossing the 1km mark, simultaneously obliterating the launch site and killing all personnel.
5. EXPERIMENT E: Multi-Warhead Intercontinental Ballistic Missile fired from SCP nuclear submarine "Nautilus."
Result: See Indian Ocean Submarine Missile Experiment, December 26, 2004
6. EXPERIMENT F: SCP-076 and Task Force Omega 7 instructed to approach SCP-001 on foot.
Result: SCP-076 refuses to carry out mission, despite not being informed of the mission's nature. Upon being asked why, SCP-076 replies, "No. Just no."
7. EXPERIMENT G: SCP-073. Due to the results of experiment F, SCP-073 was not informed of his destination until arriving at Site 0.
Result: SCP-073 approached the site on foot. Upon seeing SCP-001, SCP-073 became distressed and asked to abort. SCP-073 was ordered to continue. At that point, the symbol on SCP-073's forehead became [DATA EXPUNGED]. Experiment was terminated due to [DATA EXPUNGED]. See Addendum 001-aa.
Addendum 001-aa: By executive order of the Administrator, no further experiments are to be carried out re: SCP-001. No further SCPs are to be exposed to SCP-001. SCP-001 is not to be used to dispose of dangerous SCPs. Please see revised containment procedures for details.

Following contact, command staff will be escorted at least 5 km from SCP-002 to undergo a seventy-two (72)-hour quarantine and psychological evaluation. If deemed fit for return to duty by psych staff, rank and security clearance may be restored when quarantine expires.
Description: SCP-002 resembles a tumorous, fleshy growth with a volume of roughly 60 m³ (or 2000 ft³).

Have i fallen face first into the SCP fandom? Yes. Did i make a researcher oc? Perhaps.
Researcher Graylake is a SCP history and art related SCP specialist on a foundation site in Europe.
More info/rambles on Researcher Graylake under cut for those interested !!
Name: Researcher ████ Graylake
Occupation: SCP pattern history analyst and artistic SCP specialist
Security Clearance: lvl 2
Site of Operation: Protected Research Site  ██ in Europe
Ms. Graylake came to be employed by the foundation after she reached out to any source she could find about her concerning findings of a re-emerged appearance pattern of SCP- ████ that was thought to have disappeared.
Researcher Graylake has a masters degree in both history and art history. She is passionate about both normal and anomalous history and art.
Due to working on a protected site, Ms. Graylake, has little, close to no personal contact with SCP’s and has stated that she doesn’t have any desire to change that either. Her research is purely focused on historical work.
She is notorious for pulling all nighters and often falls asleep on her desk.
Ms. Graylake is also an avid tea consumer.
Notes: The communal kitchen area’s kettle has vanished between the dates of █/█/ ████ and █/█/ ████. Kitchen has been supplied with a new kettle due to the complaints of no kettle.
The search for the old one is still ongoing.
Update: The old kettle has been discovered to have been abducted to Ms. Graylake’s office. She has been permitted to keep it due to her excessive consumption of tea.
Researcher Graylake is indeed Norwegian despite her surname indicating otherwise. Yes, she is tired of explaining this.
Ms. Graylake has also expressed her wishes for her first name to remain classified for unknown reasons. Her wish has been granted.
Notes: The suspected reason for her wish is her name being too difficult to pronounce correctly due to its Norse origin.

|||Containment Breach|||
A file written by Dr. Taylor following a site-wide containment failure on 04/10/|||||||
Date:  04/15/|||||||
Site: ||||
File No.: 11319
Written by: Dr. [Redacted] Taylor
This report is being written as SCP-|||||||| is being re-contained. Those of the electrician division still alive are repairing the site’s electrical grid at this very moment. We are currently investigating the cause of the electrical failure that lead to the breach in the first place. The rest of this file will be used to provide a transcript of the events leading up to the incident. Begin Transcript Routine repairs of the lighting system in SCP-||||||||’s containment cell began. A set of two (2) rows of the full-spectrum lighting had malfunctioned and were being replaced when the entire site’s electrical system failed. This included the back-up generators used to power the containment locations that are electrically dependent and pose a high risk of casualties if a failure occurs. This fact leads me to believe that this event was anomalous in origins and worthy of further investigation.
Within moments of the failure, SCP-|||||||| emerged from the darkness and killed all personnel within its cell. The SCP then proceeded to explore the site. So long as the personnel did not directly interact with |||||||| they were left alone. MTF, however, caused the subject to destroy a portion of Wing Alpha due to the use of flash grenades and full-spectrum, though moronically weak, flashlights causing irritation to it. It was almost as if the subject were giving itself a tour of the facility until then. Once MTF became involved, though, any living thing within ||||||||’s line of sight was treated as hostile and immediately attacked. We are down 94 staff members, and those are only those that have been found deceased. Some may still be hiding, or perhaps captured by the subject.
No other SCPs were released during this time due to ||||||||, though plenty escaped before the subject even reached their containment area. |||||||| appeared to have been upset, or rather disappointed, by this. Upon finding half of the site without anomalies to interact with, view, or otherwise experience SCP-|||||||| returned itself to its containment cell. Containment procedures went smoothly after, as the D-class currently inside have given the CCTV the signal to show that the welding has been completed. Strangely enough,  |||||||| seems uninterested in them. Its behavior appears almost as if it is sulking.

Ocean au (kidnapping part 1)
N/A: Merciful short if we´re lucky. I just want to show a bit of Kurt and Kitty and Emma and Loki.
@djinmer4 @dannybagpipesarecalling @bamfoftheundead @everykurt
Emma is a seductive woman. No arguing here. And as much Emma loves to use her good looks to get what she wants and needs, and she does that regularly, Emma is also a woman of her word, so if Magneto wants to see his long lost daughter Lorna Dane Pryde.
Yet, how to capture the lady of magnetism? Seduction-well, she has a fling with another woman so is not like Emma can´t seduce Lorna- is a good tactic but since Kitty is her sister and hates her guts as much Emma hates hers....the chances of Lorna wanting to spend time with Emma are pretty slim.
"What I can do to kidnap this greenest?" Emma ponders and ponders and ponders in her old abode- she´s not dumb enough to return to her old home- who is an emergency home in New Gotham along with a fake ID. People now realize that Emma Frost is no longer in jail...and she does not need anyone tipping the JLX.
"Don´t tell me...this is my only option?" she refuses to make this one call because quite frankly Loki is an asshole and she never sees eye to eye with this wizard-it does not help knowing he stole from her while she was being possessed by diamonds- yet, no one should have a debt with Magneto.
And she knows the man is not interested in repeating the same "dish" with Emma, so, swallowing her pride a call is made. "Loki" and she can hear the man chuckling in Norwegian and Emma is rolling her eyes and thinking of the price.
"Emma Frost, calling at such an hour, where are your moods, young lady?" Loki mockingly chastised her.
"I don´t know, old man, where are yours? Did your mother never told you stealing is wrong?!"
"It takes a thief to see another, right? Now, did you call me to confess your undying love for me or can I call off now?"
"I want to make a deal with you, Loki"
"A deal with me? Dearie, what you can offer that I can´t take" and adds "plus, I have a way hotter woman in my house than you would ever believe so sex is not an option" and Emma can hear some of the ladies giggling and speaking in a foreign language. Emma does not need to be a genius to know they´re mocking her
Emma shivers in disgust. "As if, it wouldn´t ever happen. But I know you have a like for SCPs" and this makes the giggles stop and Loki´s breathing change.
"Listen, Emma, don´t lie about this. Not with me. I have an appreciation with SCPs that you wouldn´t understand" Loki´s tone is more sinister and Emma can imagine his eyes are glowing now.
"I have an SCP and I would like to trade with you for your assistance. I need to kidnap someone who is way out of my league"
Silence. Consideration is really thick.
"Which SCP are we talking about?"
Now Emma´s turn to smile. "Why I would give details to a thief? maybe is an SCP that can alter realities, maybe is an SCP that makes a good coffee maybe....is the Scarlet King" is all lies and Loki, ironically being the self-proclaimed father of lies, is believing in her words.
"Who do you want to kidnap?"
"Lorna Dane Pryde"
"...Who the hell is she? Wait, Wait, Pryde? Is she Polaris?"
"Magneto has a great interest in Lorna..."
"Dirty old man"
Emma won´t correct him saying Lorna may be his long lost daughter.
"Ok, it seems Emma you got help now. Don´t make me waste my time" and Loki turns off the conversation as Amora look at him critically and Loki can even predict what she´ll say.
"Look, she may be lying, she may not. But...I´d not want to risk someone like Emma having an SCP"
"And you´re the best option in this case?"
"No, far from it. My idea is to give whatever SCP she has to the foundation"
__________________________________________________________________________________________
Kitty is fixing herself for her date-Jupiter and Cosmo are teasing her for that along with Lorna even though they aren´t very fond of Kurt Ryder-and once she´s cute and her dress is matching with her shoes is time to go.
"Kitten" Cosmo speaks sagely. "if he made you cry. Tell me...and his reality will be one to cry about" and looks up to see where Jupiter is. "And this furball will use the tentacles" and Jupiter takes his time to reply in a big fashion.
"I sure hell will" and his tentacles can be seen. "So, really, if he hurts you...he´s food"
"Lorna told me...she would put a shark on his bed. I love how protective you all are with me...but no need to murder or torture Ryder for me...if he turns out to be a jerk...I´ll deal on my own"
"Yeah...of course..." Jupiter and Cosmo are quick to answer in unison. It would be cute if it wasn´t coming from two eldritch abominations that can destroy your mind easily.
"I´ll be ok and be right back in no time" Kitty promises to her furry companions who in turn only speak how time is nothing but a mortal illusion crafted by mankind to give an illusion of control. "Thanks, that will be a great way to break the ice"
_______________________________________________________________________________________
Ryder is terrified of her cat. He can´t even hide this little(big) fact and even steps away once Jupiter approaches-not that he didn´t have a similar reaction to Cosmo. The thing is...Cosmo has no tentacles coming out of his mouth...as far Ryder is concerned- and while is not the first time he takes a lady out and someone in her group disapproves him...is the first time Ryder does feel fear.
"Hi, are we ready?" Kitty asked and Ryder can ignore his creeping fear of her cat and dog to admire her for a minute. She looks cute and pretty and Ryder knows he saw many, many pretty women in his time, and yes, Kitty is not exactly the supermodel...yet...
"You look beautiful" is an honest reply and Kitty blushes at that. Again, Kurt can say he has dated many women and some were even married, but, Kitty´s pretty smile is way better than those women could ever offer.
"Thank you!" she chippers but whispers in his ear and her voice makes his body shiver in delight. There´s something familiar here that he can´t place his finger yet. "last chance, if you want to jump out....that´s the time"
"No, I want to take you on a date" is his response.
"I´ll not sleep with you" there´s mirth in her words and Ryder is a bit fascinated by such small gesture.
"I can survive. Still taking you out"
"Ok, then take me out, Kurt Ryder"
And it was a nice date even if by all chances and possibilities Kurt Ryder and Kitty Pryde managed to bump into Clark Rogers and Gwen Stacy having a date in the same restaurant as Kurt picked. While Clark and Ryder show no signal of being friends, at very least, they show some civility towards each other.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________
"Ryder?"
"Yes?"
"Are you still having nightmares about the Pool of Blood?"
"Yes, and you?"
"No, not really"
"I think you´re lying but I also think you´re the bravest person I ever met."
"Only brave?"
"I can say you´re a fantastic cooker. A bit naive sometimes, an amazing person and I feel you could defeat me with one punch. I happen to like all that"
"And you´re a very noisy Mr reporter"
"Yeah, I´m...did you know Columbina calls me like that?"
"Columbina is smart"
"That she is"
