[ romance headcanons ]

name: Julia Moineau

nickname(s): Juli (close friends & co-workers only)

gender: Cis female.

romantic orientation: Unexplored, most likely bi.

preferred pet names: Anything bird-related. Sparrow’s the obvious one, but she wouldn’t mind being called a lovebird or a little dove.

relationship status: Single. she’s had a few flings in the past, even some casual sex, but nothing’s ever been super serious.

favorite canon ship: It’s kinda cliché to pair a female OC with Sidon from Breath of the Wild, but fuck it, I’d do that. Also, I haven’t gotten around to making a Persona verse for her yet, but, there’s several characters (particularly Haru from P5) who I think would mesh with her really, really well.

favorite non-canon ship: After so many years of knowing @rudeblush ic and ooc, suddenly her mun (my gf) and I are talking about pairing her with every single female character I play, Julia included.

opinion on true love: Thinks it’s a real thing, but, also doesn’t think she’ll ever really have it. Her self-esteem is very low.

opinion on love at first sight: She doesn’t think it’s a thing, whatsoever. Heck, most of her current friends? With the exception of Nell (a former muse of mine), she didn’t have the greatest first impression with anyone. True love? Forget about it.

how ‘romantic’ are they?:  As much as she’d like to deny it, she’s very much a romantic at heart. Again, it’s persistent low mood telling her she’s not going to find anyone, but she really longs for physical intimacy with someone who’s kind and patient. She definitely prefers a slow burn type of romance, too - none of her casual hookups have really left her feeling fulfilled.

ideal physical traits: Someone near her height, maybe even a little bit taller. She’s self-conscious about her height and weight, and she really wants someone with either a similar physique or something a little unnatural, so that she can appreciate them in a way she never appreciates herself. Also, firm hands, maybe even some muscular arms. 

ideal personality traits: Well, someone who’s happier than she is, most definitely - she couldn’t be with anyone even more bummed out on existence. Patience is a key feature as well; she needs lot of space, some of the time, but others she just needs to cuddle.

unattractive physical traits: Not too much, actually. Unless it’s some studs or ear gauges that look super embarrassing, she doesn’t think she has a right to be picky.

unattractive personality traits: But she’s definitely picky with people’s personalities, especially when romance is involved. Aggressively macho guys, exceedingly slick people, or anything else that’d conjure up the image of toxic masculinity is an immediate no-no. And, as said above - anyone who’s more depressed than she is? An excellent friend and drinking buddy, but never a romantic partner, not in a million years.

do they have a type? There’s a professional wrestler named Fandango who fits pretty much everything she wants - tall, muscular, externally happy, and with a breathy whisper of a voice as a bonus. She’d take him in a heartbeat.

average relationship length: She hasn’t been in a real one yet! None of her previous flings lasted longer than a few weeks. 

preferred non-sexual intimacy: Spooning, massages, gently playing with her hair, anything to make her feel more relaxed and safe. She really wants to be held, more than anything.

commitment level: If she thinks you’re worth it? She’s not leaving you. In fact, she’s probably going to physically grip you at all times to make sure you’re not leaving her. And she’s got a fairly strong grip, too, so don’t underestimate it.

opinion on public affection: Completely against it, other than holding hands and/or a quick peck on the cheek. She barely likes being in public, anyway.

past relationships: Nothing in high school or college. A few one night stands and small flings, but, the longest one lasted no more than three weeks.

Monster Hunter | Cedar | RE:Julia, Selene

Ah... So Halua is alive, then...

Cedar's grip on Auguste does not lessen, but he cannot deny the awkward little feeling of relief welling up in his chest. She's out there, helping in her own way. Feeding, maybe. She's a little strange like that, but he can understand that logic.

Perhaps his mood is... unusually light because of that, but... Halua reminds him of Nevron, a little. And then this third option....

Cedar giggles, quietly, not really intending to let anyone hear.

"Fyodor would have liked that..."

He says, quietly. It's not really got anything to do with the conversation, or the choise he doesn't really feel is his to make. He's uninvolved in this whole thing. He has not suffered what they have suffered. Even if.

Even if the realization that... Fyodor is not here to enjoy it, and Nevron is not here to be teased about his tendency to brainlessly run off to help... It makes it more clear to him that they really just are not there. There's a void where they were. They were all one construct at one point, and now...

Cedar looks at the girls in front of them in silence. It's just him now.

"......If you want to battle, I will follow."

He raises his voice this time, so people can hear.

"I have no use in conflict, without the core at least.But I have Nevron's knowledge of healing, at the very least. And. I would.... like to have my brothers back."

Still, he hasn't moved, and still he is grabbing onto Auguste's arm. It's a lot he's putting out there. A lot. And it is time for him to be silent again.

Julia and Charlotte Davenport

Peter Hale has met the Davenport sisters separately and therefore has not linked that they are sisters. However his impressions of Charlotte and Julia have both been positive. He has spoken to Charlotte on several occasions and believes that she is a kind, well-mannered teenager which is unlike most of the teenage population of Mystic Falls. He finds their conversations pleasant and rather likes running into her every now and again. Peter has only spoken to Julia a few times but he thinks that she is an attractive, pleasant woman and he definitely wouldn’t mind running into her another few times.

“A-a three year old?” 

Julia was technically on break between her rounds, but a lost child took priority - both for the kid’s sake, and for the hospital’s protocol, too. There was so much that could go wrong, especially with someone whose immune system wasn’t fully developed. She was honestly amazed that this dad had asked her this question in such a calm manner.

“No, uh, I haven’t seen him, but, I’ll help you look! Where did you last see him?”
