I know 98% of the barbers in the world know what this is...but for the 2% who don't , its called a reverse backhand . A very basic shaving stroke that is in every standardized barber book. The man in the top section is holding his razor slightly different based on his comfort level however if he were taking the barber practical test he would pass based on the technique he displayed.
