i am very very happy to finally introduce all of y’all to my newest hphm mc- Rayana “Raya” St. Clair!! Some fun facts about her:

- She was born September 7th, 1972, as the fifth of nine children and the older of a pair of twins.

- She was born and raised on a farm outside of Sheffield, England.

- She was sorted into Ravenclaw.

- Personality wise, she is an ESTP, 8w7 enneagram.

- She is a trans, polyamorous lesbian. She is in a polycule with Tonks & Tulip, and is dating both of them.

- She became friends with Tulip on day one, and actually joined her, Fallon & Merula in their initial quest for the vaults. When Tulip & Merula had their falling out, Rayana stuck with Tulip & Fallon, and the three ceased interest in the vaults until third year, when they all joined the curse squad.

- After graduation, she works on a farm for seven years before becoming a potions professor, being one of two new professors to replace Snape (Penny was the second, but ultimately returned to being a regular potioneer).

- Cooks and bakes when stressed.

- Horses are her favorite animal, as she grew up on a horse farm.

- She’s casually alternative and doesn’t like to label herself nor stick to one genre. She’s into goth, metal, rock, punk, etc.

Personality:

- Rayana is confident, sassy, ambitious, perceptive, savvy, hardworking, resourceful, witty, and has a good sense of humor.

- She likes to jokingly bully and/or tease her friends.

- She is playfully, ironically overconfident.

- She genuinely loves knowing as much as she can. She is incredibly intelligent and always keeps an eye & ear out for any information she can get. She’s not a gossip, but she does know all of the gossip.

- She’s very responsible and is good at pulling her weight. She doesn’t usually complain either.

- She doesn’t necessarily go out of her way to break rules, but she doesn’t particularly care for them and will happily break any she deems unnecessary.

- She is playful and slightly mischievous herself, but she’s usually roped into things rather than actually starting them herself. She likes to act like her girlfriends antics semi-irritate her, but she never stops them even when she can, as she finds them hilarious and likes watching them play out.
