Provide a description of the connection: It’s definitely not a warm and fuzzy one. He came across her – possibly by accident, possibly by design, UTP – and decided she met his need. Keeping her under compulsion or imprisoned for the next ten years, she was his servant and bait/lure for those he sought to con. Because she proved useful as a human servant, he never changed her. During those ten years, she learned quite a bit – about him and vampires, but also helpful information about society and wealth, and how to pass as someone of importance. A group of hunters rescued her while hunting him, and he managed to escape but had to abandon her, with all her memories still intact. She absolutely despises him, and the memory of him terrifies her.

Kelly is a lifetime resident of Raven’s Peak, and she lives in Blue Horizon Marina, but not the nicer part of it. She’s in the area that deals with flooding and storms. Between slow tourism in the off-season, hospital bills from her recent attack, and not being wealthy to begin with, she needs more income. She’s doing her best not to let her family know she’s having issues because Kelly always thinks her issues should come last, and they’ve been having bigger problems and more drama than a little money trouble. The renter’s bedroom and bath would be over the garage – which Kelly only uses for storage because she can’t afford a car. She’s a neat person, so there’s room for a car/small truck/bike and that would be available for the renter. If they’re around at dinner time, she’s likely to invite them if she has anything worth the name to put on the table, but they won’t have keys to the house because she does have a few trust issues. Provide a description of the connection: Jesse owns a really crappy silver travel trailer on an even crappier plot of land he doesn't take care of, and used as his junkyard business in Deadman Acres. I think it would be so much fun to have a neighbor nearby that he does NOT get on with, for one reason or another, and probably over the smallest things, too. Like the trash they got to look at, or the fact he doesn't pull weeds or cut the grass, and his trailer should have gotten junked a few decades ago… He's also just a unwashed sloppy drunk gremlin in general, so... Meanwhile their mailbox sucks ass, their flowers are on his property line, he finds the color of their home offensive, etc. Honestly, it may just be the highlight of his week to find a reason to argue with this person. So far, it's been fairly tame and controlled, but things can always ramp up if we'd like. Low-key though, Jesse will probably have an 'only I can bitch at them' attitude- IE, he'd probably scare off anyone trying to screw with them for whatever reason and be watching out for them.

I'm not bothered if this is male or female, don't care what face you use, what their background is, etc. This is totally open.
