C O O K M U S I C is a project inspired by ‘Metamorphosis’ which indicates both Death and Rebirth. The combination of ruined CD player, Speakers and Sandwich cooker is transformed into a BBQ Machine. The dis-assembled CD player is connected with the Bicycle wheel by the blue thread line. And the Hot Coil dis-assembled from the Sandwich cooker grills some vegetables and meats threaded on the Bicycle wheel. Contemporary products are covered by plastic, metal or other materials boxes and it gives them certain purpose and limitation of product longevity (life cycle). It has no meaning for users and old trend, it becomes a Pupa(as a Corpse) no matter it is working or not. The concept of machine illustrates openness of the functionalities and possibilities of various interface from manufactured mass products covered by opaqued boxes.
