"The Elaion." From Mark 1: 4-8.
Tumblr media
We just learned the Spirit told Saint Mark to tell the story of Jesus of Nazareth in a particular way. We start with a new interpretation of the Prophecy and learn God wanted man to start over: to become worthy of serving Him as He had explained to previous generations. The answer lay in whetting, also known as dyeing red. Dyeing red is explained in the Torah in Termumah as being fully prepared to become a Jewish citizen. Christians think it means to become bloodied or drink blood or get washed in the blood. but the blood is a symbol of the passionate power God gives our souls in the pursuits of their holy purposes:
Offerings for the Tabernacle
25 The Lord said to Moses,2 “Tell the Israelites to bring me an offering. You are to receive the offering for me from everyone whose heart prompts them to give. 3 These are the offerings you are to receive from them: gold, silver and bronze; 4 blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen; goat hair; 5 ram skins dyed red and another type of durable leather[a]; acacia wood; 6 olive oil for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense; 7 and onyx stones and other gems to be mounted on the ephod and breastpiece.8 “Then have them make a sanctuary for me, and I will dwell among them. 9 Make this tabernacle an all its furnishings exactly like the pattern I will show you.
These are, respectively:
Gold= the Torah, but memorized, ready to wear.
Silver= time.
Bronze= ruff! A hot bod.
Blue Thread= an open mind.
Purple Thread= dignity, propriety.
Red Thread= Piety.
Fine Linen= discrimination, the ability to reason.
Ram Skin Dyed Red= remember ramboys are insolent and combative, they take the car out without asking, surf the hookup apps instead of doing homework, they argue and complain and bitch and moan and whine and pine and don't listen. When the ram is skinned and honors his father and mother he is said to have been dyed red.
Durable Leather = equal practices associated with the Skills. Remember Leah the sorry cow? That no one wanted? well this is the opposite.
Acacia= Joseph planted acacia in Egypt so it would be ready if it was ever needed.
Olive Oil for Light= olives are civilization, the qualities of a civilized culture bring light to persons and nations.
Spices for anointing= gum, myrrh, etc. "Sweetness, kindness, generosity" all the qualities of the bubbeleh, the "sweetheart."
Incense= the Rabbi.
Onyx etc= the 12 Skills for the "breastplate" or the heart chamber.
These constitute the Terumah, the Door to the Temple.
The rest of this complex set of directions explains how one exits Egypt as a slave, crosses the Red Sea and enters manhood.
It begins with the Ark, the Vault between what is chaotic and orderly, what is good and evil, moral and immoral, what can be retained and what must be left behind.
The next few verses in the Book of Mark state John the Baptist appeared spontaneously out of the darkness of mankind to preach. He entered the countryside, the land God gifted to the people of Israel. They had forgotten they had an inheritance and belonged there. Also there were traditions and responsiblities associated with the gift. Specifically they were not supposed to be slaves on their own land that is forbidden by the Torah.
Then came John.
John was not provincial, he wore a leather belt around his waist, meaning he was a man of the world. He spoke with great literacy and was able to "eat" or digest grasshoppers gossip "bad or false news with jumping legs" and heresy with honey, which of course is the truth, the very same that puts each of us on the same ground.
Camel's hair is 157, or ahaz, meaning John had grasped the Torah and was capable of elucidating upon the virtues of Shabbat and spreading hope for the future of the human race by speaking of the Mashiach.
Sandal straps are mentioned in Lekh Lekha, when Abram tries to bargain for the future of Sodom and Gomorrah:
21 The king of Sodom said to Abram, “Give me the people and keep the goods for yourself.”
22 But Abram said to the king of Sodom, “With raised hand I have sworn an oath to the Lord, God Most High, Creator of heaven and earth, 23 that I will accept nothing belonging to you, not even a thread or the strap of a sandal, so that you will never be able to say, ‘I made Abram rich.’ 24 I will accept nothing but what my men have eaten and the share that belongs to the men who went with me—to Aner, Eshkol and Mamre. Let them have their share.”
A sandal strap is 487, דח‎ז‎, dahz, "to reject all but knowledgeable opinions of the Sevenths."
Sandal straps are the means to start over and continue on until Ephesus, the new age. The Number is 577, הזז‎, "the ability to move."
John says he can provide the water, the details about the "countryside" but only the Spirit of God can move us inside, change the experience of the relationships we have with ourselves, our friends, our enemies and discontinue the sins:
4 And so John the Baptist appeared in the wilderness, preaching a baptism of repentance for the forgiveness of sins.
5 The whole Judean countryside and all the people of Jerusalem went out to him. Confessing their sins, they were baptized by him in the Jordan River.
6 John wore clothing made of camel’s hair, with a leather belt around his waist, and he ate locusts and wild honey.
7 And this was his message: “After me comes the one more powerful than I, the straps of whose sandals I am not worthy to stoop down and untie.
8 I baptize you with water, but he will baptize you with the Holy Spirit.”
The Values in Gematria are:
v. 4-5: Crossing the Jordan is associated with full adulthood, from which there is no going back. The Number is 11594, יאהטד‎, yahtad, "what is at stake."
v. 6-7: This was his message: The Number is 11826, יאחבו‎‎, yahab "this is the burden, the imposition: love or you will regret it."
v. 8: HE will baptize you. The Number is 7986, ז‎טח‎ו, zathu, זית הוא "He is Elaion, an olive."
"He will urge civilization on."
"The noun ελαια (elaia) means olive and, as in English, this word denotes both an individual olive fruit and the whole olive tree. The noun ελαιον (elaion) means olive oil. It isn't clear where these words come from (what the olive and olive oil meant to the ancients) but in Hebrew there's a strong suggestion toward being a first sapling, or the inaugurating signs of something new and fresh (see our article on the word זית, zayit, meaning olive).
In Latin there's the familiar word oleum for olive oil, but that word appears to be more akin oleo, meaning to smell (whether nice or not), whereas the Greek word ελαια (elaia) appears more associated with ελατη (elate), which denotes a kind of fir tree.
This latter word also exists in Latin as elate, also denoting a fir tree, which is identical to the adverb elate, meaning loftily or proudly (hence our English adjective "elated"). This latter adverb in turn derives from the verb effero, meaning to bring or carry out or to bring forth. And that reminds of the Greek verb ελαυνω (elauno), meaning to impel or urge on (see below).
In the Hebrew world, olive oil had been used to inaugurate kings, high priests and prophets — these were all known as "anointed one", or Messiah in Hebrew and Christ in Greek — but in the Greek world, olive oil was used for medicinal purposes (Mark 6:13, Luke 7:46), as fuel for lamps (Matthew 25:3), and as the base for a costly perfume called μυρον (muron).
Olive oil was produced on an industrial scale (Luke 16:6, James 3:12) and olive trees were everywhere. Paul used the image of the domesticated olive tree as symbol for Israel (Romans 11:17-24), but both Zechariah and John the Revelator enigmatically spoke of two olive trees that stand on the earth astride a lamp stand (Zechariah 4:3, Revelation 11:4). One of Jesus' favorite places was the Mount of Olives (Matthew 21:1, Mark 11:1, John 8:1) and his arrest occurred in Gethsemane, which means [Olive] Oil Press."

Berakhot 7b: 22. "The Red Priests."
Tumblr media
The only way a Tania that states a righteous man can drink poison and remain pure is if there is a Kohen priest present in Eretz Israel. Kohens are required to dress in red like Roman Cardinals, just as the Mishnah states. The presence of such a priest is also a Tania, and indeed an aspect of the Law:
Offerings for the Tabernacle, from Terumah:
25 The Lord said to Moses, 2 “Tell the Israelites to bring me an offering. You are to receive the offering for me from everyone whose heart prompts them to give. 3 These are the offerings you are to receive from them: gold, silver and bronze; 4 blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen; goat hair; 5 ram skins dyed red and another type of durable leather[a]; acacia wood; 6 olive oil for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense; 7 and onyx stones and other gems to be mounted on the ephod and breastpiece.
8 “Then have them make a sanctuary for me, and I will dwell among them. 9 Make this tabernacle an all its furnishings exactly like the pattern I will show you.
So a ramboy who wears leather dyed red is a Bar Mitzvah who enters the priest hood and becomes a member of the highest class of Jewish priesthood. Now follows the Tania:
...
22. And Ibait Ima said, Shaa is playing with him - Shani.
=
And the Paternal Mother said, the Hour is playing with him- Crimson.
If there is playing, there is no work being done. It is the duty of the Kohen priest to be sure no poison leaves the Temple.
The Value in Gematria is 2258, בבהח‎‎, "in a hurry."
Details on the meaning of hurrying are found in Parsha Bo.

1 Kings 20: 33-34. "The Treaty."
Tumblr media
The Treaty between all Jews and the God of Israel is the very same God made with Abraham:
He [Abraham] took for Him all these [three heifers, three goats, three rams, a turtle dove and a young bird], he divided them in the middle, and he placed each part opposite its mate, but he did not divide the birds ... It came to pass that the sun had set, and it was dark, and behold, a smoking furnace and a fire brand, which passed between these parts.
It was on that day that G‑d formed a covenant with Abraham, saying, “To your seed I have given this land...”2
There are many debates about the meaning of this passage, but the correct interpretation is:
"He, the God of Compassion took three maidens, three sires, three adolescents, a nation of rebelliousness, and divided them on either side of Shabbat, with Himself in between; He did not divide the nation.
Then came contemplation, then came realization, then came the race of the Hebrews [those who traverse, who pass over]."
The Covenant then states a Nation of Hebrews will preserve the tradition of Passing Over and Shabbat and in exchange the Lord will keep them together and make them numerous.
This sounds like bunk now, but without a race that has been as dedicated to the upkeep of civilzation like the Jews have been the world would have long since become degenerate beyond repair. While they are no longer numerous, the numbers we have left are commanded by God to ensure the rest of the world does not fall prey to the forces of slavery and oppression.
Shabbat is the first part of the Covenant, Pesach established the second, you shall bring the foreigner into the fold.
The structure for both is named here in the Melachim, a King to handle the affairs of state, and a brother to lead the affairs of the Temple. Notice Ahab "the brother fathers", which is not always a good thing as it suggest political partying, demonstrates the ability to make progress in spite of his checkered past:
The king answered, “Is he still alive? He is my brother.”
33 The men took this as a good sign and were quick to pick up his word. “Yes, your brother Ben-Hadad!” they said.
“Go and get him,” the king said. When Ben-Hadad came out, Ahab had him come up into his chariot.
34 “I will return the cities my father took from your father,” Ben-Hadad offered. “You may set up your own market areas in Damascus, as my father did in Samaria.”
Ahab said, “On the basis of a treaty I will set you free.” So he made a treaty with him, and let him go.
The Son of Thunder and the "popular vote" board a chariot, which symbolizes the pursuit of runaways, and together they agree the war is over, and the market place, the personal search for meaning in life shall now take place in Damascus, a state of advanced evolution known to take place after Shabbat, and the "night watch" Samaria referred to above in the passage will continue for ramboys who do not quite yet understand Shabbat.
There are different rules and spiritual disciplines on either side of Shabbat. They are to be perfectly understood by the King and also the Head of Temple.
The Gematria illustrates in the following:
The King answered ... has a value of 3257, גבה‎ז, gbaz, "curvature away from the insignificant." The marriage of society with its spiritual heritage always takes place when we wonder if our sacrifices are making us happy or not. If you ever seen a Jew positively agonize over eating a piece of ham you know what I'm talking about.
A common sense approach to the Exodus, which revealed God did not want the Israelites to be enslaved to people who think they were going to live forever, would suggest God did not then want them to be enmired in bizarre dietary restrictions.
Watch the transformation of the Kosher restriction against pork:
From Leviticus 11:7:
"And the swine, though he divide the hoof, and be clovenfooted, yet he cheweth not the cud; he is unclean to you."
The Number is 6909, וט אֶפֶסט‎ ‎, and te apest, "And add the APEST".
The fivefold framework, or topology sometimes referred to as APEST consists of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Shepherd and Teacher.
="Don't eat a pig, feed him instead." Pigs don't graze, they kind of eat shit all day long, hence the need to avoid engaging in a low brow conversation with one. The only way to deal with a pig is to educate him or avoid him altogether, which is the same thing as gbaz, stated above.
v. 33: the Number is 8823, חחב‎ג, milk c. "milk is Chabad." It is the pursuit of the evidence based behaviors derived from the experimental method called Chabad that all Judaic accomplishment is born.
Chabad (“Ha-Bah-d”) is a Hebrew acronym for our three intellectual faculties of chochmah—wisdom, binah—comprehension and da’at—knowledge. It represents the movement’s system of Jewish philosophy which encourages intellectual apprehension and cognition as key to Jewish religious life.
Chabad returns the runaway mind back to the spheres of rational thought.
v. 34a, the Number is 9075, טאֶפֶסזה‎‎somewhat common in the Torah and Tanakh, tapesza, "to stop wandering, pay homage to the Passover."
v. 34b, the Number is 5371, הג‎ז‎א, the gaza, ‎"to use strength to bring others in refuge."
To this I reply, "you cat got to be kitten me!" which has a value of 1367, אגו‎ז‎ "a walnut", or ego•zey me•lech, "the kings nut", or "you are your own king."

2 Chronicles 29: 32-36. "The Fish."
Tumblr media
This section illustrates what is called Yahnatan, "the transformation" which takes place after the various sacrifices:
32 The number of burnt offerings the assembly brought was seventy bulls, a hundred rams and two hundred male lambs—all of them for burnt offerings to the Lord.
Seventy Bulls= Sacrifices to the 70 gods called the Clans of Israel. To explain this in detail here would be a mess, but I have listed them under separate cover, in Vayigash.
A Hundred Rams="Kosher fish" after they have been sacrificed, Ramboys acquire the "scales" or sounder judgement, the evidenc of which can be seen via the presence of the "scales" of the Ephod, the 12 Noble Skills.
Fish also have fins meaning they reside deeper under the body of water of knowledge than bottom feeders without scales or fins.
[from the Gematria of 543, הדג‎]
Two Hundrend Male Lambs= lambs that are sacrificed join the "brotherhood of the climbers." Climbing and climbers are essential to the practices of Judaism, which require a steep gradient of knowledge and effort.
[from the Gematria of 1590, א‎הט‎אֶפֶס, "ahteps", where ah= brother, teps,= tepes, "a hill, a top, hill, apex or vertex".]
33 The animals consecrated as sacrifices amounted to six hundred bulls and three thousand sheep and goats.
600 bulls= The High, Fertile Ground, also the Cistern on High.
Cisterns are persons who can handle themselves. Broken cisterns or bulls cannot handle themselves:
Whoever is false to the holy imprint cleaves to that aspect of "broken cisterns, that can hold no water," because it does not flow in there. [No blessings are drawn to there.] Whoever merits to guard it [and protect the sign of the Covenant] merits to be watered by the stream of the river in the World to Come [meaning receives the flow of light from bina]and merits that the supernal well will be filled [that in his merit malchut is filled with the flow from bina]and blessings will be drawn above and below [in all the worlds]. He is meritorious in this world and in the World to Come. Of this it is written, "and you shall be like a watered garden [malchut], and like a spring of water [yesod of ZeirAnpin], whose waters fail not" [as they receive the flow from bina]. (Isaiah 58:11)
[Gematria of 332, גגב‎, gegev, where ge= fertile, gev, high, parallel with a mountain or a cistern]
3,000 sheep and goats= The slaughter of these yields Mo'a the Water of God. This likely refers to the wells Jacob uncapped by rolling back the stone to water his father in law's sheep. Each time, the sheep became whiter.
[Gematria of 461, 40+6+1, מוא‎, moa]
34 The priests, however, were too few to skin all the burnt offerings; so their relatives the Levites helped them until the task was finished and until other priests had been consecrated, for the Levites had been more conscientious in consecrating themselves than the priests had been.
35 There were burnt offerings in abundance, together with the fat of the fellowship offerings and the drink offerings that accompanied the burnt offerings.
So the service of the temple of the Lord was reestablished.
36 Hezekiah and all the people rejoiced at what God had brought about for his people, because it was done so quickly.
The Gematria for this section "the service of the Lord" is 12568. אבהוח‎‎. abhoh, ‎ab= father, hoh="I exclaim that which I might be..."
It implies along with the priests and Levites who worked together to skin the burnt offerings we are mortal, we don't complete our tasks of being what we are meant to be in time. That is impossible. All we can do, as the sage said, is be passionate about being happy in all the right ways.
To do this alone is sad and tragic, to do it in the company of others who are burning up alongside oneself, and do it as fast as possible is to understand how God wants us, as Jews, to live.

"Twisted Linen." The Torah Tantra of the Courtyard.
Tumblr media
The Gershonites, the Congregation are responsible for the Entrance to the Temple.
Here is the Kabbalah for the items mentioned in the Torah on this section from Terumah:
2 All the curtains are to be the same size—twenty-eight cubits long and four cubits wide.[g] 3 Join five of the curtains together, and do the same with the other five. 4 Make loops of blue material along the edge of the end curtain in one set, and do the same with the end curtain in the other set. 5 Make fifty loops on one curtain and fifty loops on the end curtain of the other set, with the loops opposite each other. 6 Then make fifty gold clasps and use them to fasten the curtains together so that the tabernacle is a unit.
=We know the Ten Curtains - the Sefirot are made of conscience, science, intellect, and integrity, woven together every day, 50 loops on one side 50 on the other all bound by 100 gold rings. 50 is a complicated number in Heeb. Here is what I found...
50 is essentially the number of men needed to create critical mass of what is good and righteous in a community. If 50 good men are married to 50 more, opposite each other, 50 today, 50 tomorrow we start building a tradition.
see: https://www.jewishvoice.org/read/blog/50-important-number-year
If we follow the bra, a prescription for Duty to the People of Israel and add 100 men, 50 from the current generation and 50 from one upcoming we have a tradition that can be taught and sustained, which believe it not means you need to shave a bunch of young goats. Shaving a hairy boy returns the appearnace of his innocence and propriety:
7 “Make curtains of goat hair for the tent over the tabernacle—eleven altogether. 8 All eleven curtains are to be the same size—thirty cubits long and four cubits wide.[h] 9 Join five of the curtains together into one set and the other six into another set. Fold the sixth curtain double at the front of the tent. 10 Make fifty loops along the edge of the end curtain in one set and also along the edge of the end curtain in the other set. 11 Then make fifty bronze clasps and put them in the loops to fasten the tent together as a unit. 12 As for the additional length of the tent curtains, the half curtain that is left over is to hang down at the rear of the tabernacle. 13 The tent curtains will be a cubit[i] longer on both sides; what is left will hang over the sides of the tabernacle so as to cover it. 14 Make for the tent a covering of ram skins dyed red, and over that a covering of the other durable leather.[j]
Goats are rams who have grown up. Ramboys who are over it are also allowed. All the folding and folding and folding and dying represents all the practices of Judaism that are not just memorized but integrated with the self like all this stuff is integrated within the Temple.
15 “Make upright frames of acacia wood for the tabernacle. 16 Each frame is to be ten cubits long and a cubit and a half wide,[k] 17 with two projections set parallel to each other. Make all the frames of the tabernacle in this way. 18 Make twenty frames for the south side of the tabernacle 19 and make forty silver bases to go under them—two bases for each frame, one under each projection. 20 For the other side, the north side of the tabernacle, make twenty frames 21 and forty silver bases—two under each frame. 22 Make six frames for the far end, that is, the west end of the tabernacle, 23 and make two frames for the corners at the far end. 24 At these two corners they must be double from the bottom all the way to the top and fitted into a single ring; both shall be like that. 25 So there will be eight frames and sixteen silver bases—two under each frame.
26 “Also make crossbars of acacia wood: five for the frames on one side of the tabernacle, 27 five for those on the other side, and five for the frames on the west, at the far end of the tabernacle. 28 The center crossbar is to extend from end to end at the middle of the frames. 29 Overlay the frames with gold and make gold rings to hold the crossbars. Also overlay the crossbars with gold.
=the 54 Bars and Frames are the 54 Parshiot. Gold Bars and Gold Rings are all connected by the temple architecture by Torah Traditions.
The Parshiot are APPARENTLY divided by direction and materials.
Let's revisit the directions first:
North= What is hidden by God. Subconscious.
East= Awareness. Conscious.
South= Maturity. Intelligent.
West= Realization. Enlightened.
30 “Set up the tabernacle according to the plan shown you on the mountain.
31 “Make a curtain of blue, purple and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen, with cherubim woven into it by a skilled worker. 32 Hang it with gold hooks on four posts of acacia wood overlaid with gold and standing on four silver bases. 33 Hang the curtain from the clasps and place the ark of the covenant law behind the curtain. The curtain will separate the Holy Place from the Most Holy Place. 34 Put the atonement cover on the ark of the covenant law in the Most Holy Place. 35 Place the table outside the curtain on the north side of the tabernacle and put the lampstand opposite it on the south side.
36 “For the entrance to the tent make a curtain of blue, purple and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen—the work of an embroiderer. 37 Make gold hooks for this curtain and five posts of acacia wood overlaid with gold. And cast five bronze bases for them.
The Tabernacle is our institutions. They are holy places within which the Creation is protected from what is unholy about our past.

Parsha 19. Terumah. "The Door."
Teru= Of the exalted people
Mah= Door.
Tumblr media
“You shall not oppress a sojourner. You know the heart of a sojourner, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt.”
Eventually, all of us yearn to settle down. All the lessons we were taught and the ones we make ourselves learn start to make sense and we look for a place and people that are capable of making with us something rife with enduring happiness. Tolerance of the fool, the freak, the fuckup, like our need to test our limits, must also come to an end.
Sojourners must be allowed to be as the term suggests, besieged by temporary circumstances. Be they caught by consternation associated with romance, career, kids, or location, people need to be able to move on.
If they are trapped by poverty, war, religious oppression, prejudice or tyranny, and sojourn is not possible: To war we must also go. This is how human beings behave towards one another. All suffering must be as temporary as possible, its end must be the Highest Order of business. The call to Order begins in youth, within the Temple. And to enter it we need a door.
The Temple is virtual within the Torah and its contents are heavily decrypted. In order thoroughly understand its logic, one needs Terumah, which explains how the Torah is organized and what subject matter are found within in each Portion.
Here begins the Parsha.
Offerings for the Tabernacle
25 The Lord said to Moses, 2 “Tell the Israelites to bring me an offering. You are to receive the offering for me from everyone whose heart prompts them to give. 3 These are the offerings you are to receive from them: gold, silver and bronze;
4 blue, purple and scarlet yarn and fine linen; goat hair; 5 ram skins dyed red and another type of durable leather[a]; acacia wood; 6 olive oil for the light; spices for the anointing oil and for the fragrant incense; 7 and onyx stones and other gems to be mounted on the ephod and breastpiece.
8 “Then have them make a sanctuary for me, and I will dwell among them. 9 Make this tabernacle an all its furnishings exactly like the pattern I will show you.
These are, respectively,
Gold= the Torah, but memorized, ready to wear.
Silver= time.
Bronze= a body that is honed and colored by the sun is considered highly desirable as are the following.
Incense= the oral instruction of the Rabbi.
Onyx etc= the 12 Skills for the "breastplate" or the heart chamber.
These constitute the Door to the Temple.
The rest of this complex set of directions explains how one exits Egypt as a slave, crosses the Red Sea and enters manhood.
It begins with the Ark, the Vault between what is chaotic and orderly, what is good and evil, moral and immoral, what can be retained and what must be left behind:
The Ark
10 “Have them make an ark[b] of acacia wood—two and a half cubits long, a cubit and a half wide, and a cubit and a half high.[c] 11 Overlay it with pure gold, both inside and out, and make a gold molding around it. 12 Cast four gold rings for it and fasten them to its four feet, with two rings on one side and two rings on the other.
13 Then make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold. 14 Insert the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry it. 15 The poles are to remain in the rings of this ark; they are not to be removed. 16 Then put in the ark the tablets of the covenant law, which I will give you.
=the Four Rings marry men together by their poles, the Four Directions.
Poles made of acacia wood are the same referenced above. A gold covered wooden pole are surely nice lads, reared up right by his parents and community, put them in the circumference and carry the traditions on.
The cover = Four Cubits total, but 2.5 + 1.5 meaning the Four sides require at communal effort to complete the Cycle:
The numerical value of the tzeireh is twenty (ten for each dot, or yud).During the time when the Holy Temple stood, the weight of one shekel, one coin, was twenty gerah. Each Jew was commanded to give a half-shekel annually to be used for the daily communal sacrifices. Only when two Jews gave a half-shekel each, did they have a complete shekel of twenty, representing Jewish unity. The Rebbe explains that this exemplifies one’s ability to be complete only when one bonds with another.
Tzeireh, which is twenty, can be broken down into ten and ten,3 representing the Ten Utterances of Creation which are dependent upon the Ten Commandments.4
To cover is to take preventive actions and thus avoid a sacrifice. So, a gold atonement cover with Four Directions and two agents are "one angel in front and one in back" that carry on the traditions in order to protect the world from itself:
17 “Make an atonement cover of pure gold—two and a half cubits long and a cubit and a half wide. 18 And make two cherubim out of hammered gold at the ends of the cover. 19 Make one cherub on one end and the second cherub on the other; make the cherubim of one piece with the cover, at the two ends.
20 The cherubim are to have their wings spread upward, overshadowing the cover with them. The cherubim are to face each other, looking toward the cover.
21 Place the cover on top of the ark and put in the ark the tablets of the covenant law that I will give you. 22 There, above the cover between the two cherubim that are over the ark of the covenant law, I will meet with you and give you all my commands for the Israelites.
=the Two Cherubs are Yesterday and Tomorrow, in between them is Today. And the two men and two poles.
Tumblr media
*Remember: the two Angels are the Question and the Answer, "Who is God, He is the Almighty."
The Table
23 “Make a table of acacia wood—two cubits long, a cubit wide and a cubit and a half high.[d] 24 Overlay it with pure gold and make a gold molding around it. 25 Also make around it a rim a handbreadth[e] wide and put a gold molding on the rim. 26 Make four gold rings for the table and fasten them to the four corners, where the four legs are. 27 The rings are to be close to the rim to hold the poles used in carrying the table. 28 Make the poles of acacia wood, overlay them with gold and carry the table with them. 29 And make its plates and dishes of pure gold, as well as its pitchers and bowls for the pouring out of offerings. 30 Put the bread of the Presence on this table to be before me at all times.
=The Table represents close relationships. These are the ones that provide food of the intellectual and nutritional sort, they are where the bread of life is served.
The rings represent marriage to the Table and the acacia "poles" planted as seedlings early in life must be brought to the table to serve and partake, they are the dishes and pitchers of gold, invaluable.
The Lampstand
31 “Make a lampstand of pure gold. Hammer out its base and shaft, and make its flowerlike cups, buds and blossoms of one piece with them.
The Base and Shaft are Adam and Eve.
32 Six branches are to extend from the sides of the lampstand—three on one side and three on the other.
All duality in the Torah has to do with fathers and sons. There are three Fathers and Three Sons of Israel that constitute the branches and buds. All of these together should equal the 12 Tribes and the generations that follow.
33 Three cups shaped like almond flowers with buds and blossoms are to be on one branch, three on the next branch, and the same for all six branches extending from the lampstand.
These are the Mothers and Wives of Israel, three on each side plus Eve= Seven Eves.
34 And on the lampstand there are to be four cups shaped like almond flowers with buds and blossoms.
=the Four Directions.
35 One bud shall be under the first pair of branches extending from the lampstand, a second bud under the second pair, and a third bud under the third pair—six branches in all.
Buds are future generations.
36 The buds and branches shall all be of one piece with the lampstand, hammered out of pure gold.
The Lampstand is the Kingdom of Israel itself, the almond branches and blossoms of Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil provide the heirlooms, the generations given by God to the People of Israel to preserve the Jewish religion for all time, for all mankind. Without persons that understand these and the Decrees, civilization crumbles.
We have seen this, how the world has faltered since the Jew suffered from the inane mythology that has kept him from performing his prescribed duties.
These, as the Torah says must be performed seven days a week, epoch after epoch:
37 “Then make its seven lamps and set them up on it so that they light the space in front of it. 38 Its wick trimmers and trays are to be of pure gold. 39 A talent[f] of pure gold is to be used for the lampstand and all these accessories. 40 See that you make them according to the pattern shown you on the mountain.
The Tabernacle
26 “Make the tabernacle with ten curtains of finely twisted linen and blue, purple and scarlet yarn, with cherubim woven into them by a skilled worker.
2 All the curtains are to be the same size—twenty-eight cubits long and four cubits wide.[g]
3 Join five of the curtains together, and do the same with the other five.
=we know the Ten Curtains made of conscience, science, intellect, and integrity, woven together every day, 50 loops on one side 50 on the other all bound by 100 gold rings. 50 is a complicated number in Heeb. Here is what I found...
50 is essentially the number of men needed to create critical mass of what is good and righteous in a community. If 50 good men are married to 50 more, opposite each other, 50 today, 50 tomorrow we start building a tradition.
see: https://www.jewishvoice.org/read/blog/50-important-number-year
If we follow the Lampstand, a prescription for Duty to the People of Israel and add 100 men, 50 from the current generation and 50 from one upcoming we have a tradition that can be taught and sustained, which believe it not means you need to shave a bunch of young goats:
7 “Make curtains of goat hair for the tent over the tabernacle—eleven altogether. 8 All eleven curtains are to be the same size—thirty cubits long and four cubits wide.[h]
-> There are actually Eleven Commandments, the 11th is "Teach these Decrees to your children."
9 Join five of the curtains together into one set and the other six into another set.
Goats are red rams who have committed and grown up.
26 “Also make crossbars of acacia wood: five for the frames on one side of the tabernacle,
27 five for those on the other side, and five for the frames on the west, at the far end of the tabernacle.
The Parshiot are divided by direction and materials and they proceed in order, 1-54.
Let's revisit the directions first:
North= What is hidden by God. Subconscious.
East= Awareness. Conscious.
South= Maturity. Intelligent.
West= Realization. Enlightened.
And cast five bronze bases for them.
the Tabernacle are institutions. They are holy places within which the Creation is protected.
The Altar of Burnt Offering
27 “Build an altar of acacia wood, three cubits[l] high; it is to be square, five cubits long and five cubits wide.[m] 2 Make a horn at each of the four corners, so that the horns and the altar are of one piece, and overlay the altar with bronze.
3 Make all its utensils of bronze—its pots to remove the ashes, and its shovels, sprinkling bowls, meat forks and firepans. 4 Make a grating for it, a bronze network, and make a bronze ring at each of the four corners of the network.
5 Put it under the ledge of the altar so that it is halfway up the altar.
6 Make poles of acacia wood for the altar and overlay them with bronze.
7 The poles are to be inserted into the rings so they will be on two sides of the altar when it is carried.
8 Make the altar hollow, out of boards. It is to be made just as you were shown on the mountain.
Altars are State Houses. They are where all arguments regarding the fates and destinies of those they were ordained to protect are settled. Altars are where we sacrifice pride, delusion, avarice, ambition, greed and corruption before God knowing He at all times is right even when we cling to the fact we are wrong and are desperately trying to get away with it.
The Courtyard
9 “Make a courtyard for the tabernacle. The south side shall be a hundred cubits[n] long and is to have curtains of finely twisted linen, 10 with twenty posts and twenty bronze bases and with silver hooks and bands on the posts.
11 The north side shall also be a hundred cubits long and is to have curtains, with twenty posts and twenty bronze bases and with silver hooks and bands on the posts.
12 “The west end of the courtyard shall be fifty cubits[o] wide and have curtains, with ten posts and ten bases. 13 On the east end, toward the sunrise, the courtyard shall also be fifty cubits wide.
14 Curtains fifteen cubits[p] long are to be on one side of the entrance, with three posts and three bases, 15 and curtains fifteen cubits long are to be on the other side, with three posts and three bases.
16 “For the entrance to the courtyard, provide a curtain twenty cubits[q] long, of blue, purple and scarlet yarn and finely twisted linen—the work of an embroiderer—with four posts and four bases.
17 All the posts around the courtyard are to have silver bands and hooks, and bronze bases.
18 The courtyard shall be a hundred cubits long and fifty cubits wide,[r] with curtains of finely twisted linen five cubits[s] high, and with bronze bases.
19 All the other articles used in the service of the tabernacle, whatever their function, including all the tent pegs for it and those for the courtyard, are to be of bronze.
Bronze is used as a mirroring surface in the articles to imply those who exit the temple have successfully come to mirror the Instructions and are fit examples of humankind.
The Courtyard is the Public, the wellspring of the Greater Good. If the Torah is the Door, the vineyard, the Village lay just outside the exit.
Thus ends Parsha Terumah, "the Door" numbered 19 of 54 Contained in the Holy Torah.
