I think after a month, it is time to add some (more) fauna in my planted dirt aquarium, as my "supposed" test subjects (8 Siamese Algae Eaters + 1 Bristlenose Pleco + several snails) thrived so well living in the man-made environment I created. Technically, I had no die-offs with the exception of a single Red Ramshorn Snail (that I thought was already weak to begin with when I put it in the tank) that, ironically gave way in birthing several baby Red Ramshorn Snails in return. So, yeah! No die-offs, but rather, with much tlc, gave me more snails to take care for. So, anyway, to start off, here are several (from a dozen) juvenile Dwarf Neon Rainbowfishes still fresh in their plastic transport bag, I acclimitized them for 20 minutes before I releasing, and currently, free-swimming inside the tank as you are reading this.
