We have a Ko-fi!

we made a Ko-fi a bit ago but got nervous about putting it up. that said, here it is (https://ko-fi.com/petrichor4405)

our Ko-fi is meant as a way to show thanks or to help us out with finances. at most, what you get from it is our appreciation and you can tell us if there's a specific type of archival work you want us to focus on for the day, like backtagging, queueskipping a specific type of post, or doing image descriptions

we're unable to get a job for the summer and need funds for our university residence, food, and Judaism course. we're not in a life-or-death situation, so don't feel bad for not donating, but we wanted to put the option out there for anyone who wants it

we aren't going to be pushing this. there'll be a link to the Ko-fi on the tag directory, a link in our pinned post, and we'll only bring it up when asked or when in a tight financial spot. it is purely there on the off chance anyone wants to donate

i'll be reblogging this a few times during the day as posts can get pretty easily buried on our blog, but after that it will fade into the background

we're almost back

we move back onto campus on September 2nd, which will mean that we'll have regular internet once again. it's been four months since we've had limited internet, so we've got a lot to catch up on!

be warned, we probably won't be jumping right back into the 50-posts-a-day sort of queue. not only will we have to adjust to being back on the internet again {and trust me, it's going to be a bigger adjustment than it sounds}, but we'll also have to adjust to being in a city again, *and* get started with a hectic university schedule. nonetheless, this blog means the world to us, and rest assured that getting it back up and running like it used to will be a priority of ours

pale as in having a light skin tone! there have been an influx of presentation terms that specifically mention that the user of it would have light skin, which is uh. not fantastic

oh man that's a good question. between here and my other main archive, i've got about... 20-21k posts i'd say? there are 1441 pages of posts tagged "gender" on this blog atm (so around 14410 gender posts), and there's frequently more than 1 term per post
