What the east blue crew voices look like (+scents!)
Hello again this is a part 2 This post and so I thought I would do it again for those who don’t want to go check out the other one: I have two types of synesthesia one where I see the colors of peoples voices and another were I can smell pictures
With that let me show you our favorite strawhats colors and scents!
Luffy
Tumblr media
Luffy smells like a big juicy tomato with some kind of spice that I think is Cajun. He also smells like sunflower seeds. His scent makes me hungry honestly
His voice is a dusty pale red that has a calming effect on me. His voice bounces around my vision but not very violently and more like the dvd logo going around screen kind of way
Different voices can often share or change colors depending on how they sound. And I really enjoy seeing it in music! A song that shares luffys color would be awake my soul by Mumford and sons
Zoro
Tumblr media
Zoro might have a worse stank than doffy tbh he smelling like vinegar and burnt bacon with a soy sauce while some kind of herb is not doing anything to cover it up and is really just making it worse. I can barely stand it when he’s on screen for this reason but I think he is the funniest character in the whole series frfr
He isn’t a green to me sadly but rather a dark cyan. His voice is often just moving around circles constantly which helps to distract me from the stank at least a bit. A song with the same color is spectre by Radiohead
Nami
Tumblr media
She has a very pleasant scent^^ a bit of honey and peach scent with a light floral and I kind of get a plain cake scent (like literally a cake with nothing on it) I would love it as a perfume
Her voice is a honey yellow that has a sparkling effect that you’d see in fireworks and a song that is like almost a perfect one to one with her voice is the song girls against god by Florence + the machine
Usopp
Tumblr media
Usopp has the best smell to me out of everyone in the east blue crew, smells like matcha tea and candy apples with just a hint of whipped cream! God I want to eat this scent so badly or maybe I’m just hungry idk
His color is what I would describe a false mint. It’s a pastel green sure but it’s just too greyed out to be a true mint green he also has small specks of a very light grey and his voice often comes in flashes the song that matches his voice is RISK,RISK,RISK! By jhariah
Sanji
Tumblr media
Sanji has a very muted scent with a dandelion and some sage I can also smell the very strange scent that I can only describe as melatonin. But the scent isn’t overpowering at all and is very much on the light side
He is very much a pure midnight blue while having some black in there as well. His voice also does the swirls like corazons do but they are much smaller than his. I couldn’t find an exact match for a song but the closest I could get was father by the front bottoms
((Might do a part three but really yall should just request or something))

My Trip to England: Liverpool Museums
Okay, I'm gonna try to keep this concise but... have you met me? And stick to the Beatley things I did. (I also did stuff relating to Holmes, Tolkien, Radiohead, and like, every museum, for the curious)
Tumblr media
Liverpool Centre and Museums (I'm going to break this up into a few different posts)
I was lucky enough to not only go with a dear Beatle friend, but have a ride there and back. Which is very Beatley of us! Though we had motorways this time. And a windscreen.
We stayed near Ringo's house, so we visited that first. The Dingle seems to have risen somewhat in status since his time, as it seemed like a nice, quiet neighborhood. Children were playing outside when we visited. The building from Sentimental Journey is at the corner of his street, and has been painted with murals!
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The next day, we hit The Beatles Story, the other Beatles Museum (the one done by Roeg Best) and the Cavern.
The Beatles Story is the by the docks, which I'd recommend to the less informed fan but was still really fun! It's recreations of various locations that you walk through with an audio guide, and it's well done and cute.
Tumblr media
The Liverpool Beatles Museum is a few doors down and across the street from the Cavern, and is three floors of Roeg's collection of memorabilia. This was also interesting, but less interactive and I think more useful for the fan with some context. Because of it's connection to Pete Best, it does lean towards that, with some amusing digs like the description on a bass drum head that can't resist listing all the ways people are WRONG about the FIRST BEATLES DRUM HEAD LOGO because IT WAS PETE'S. But look. Would I have missed being the presence of an actual twat 'at for the world? The answer is, of course, no.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The Cavern had a £5 cover charge, totally worth is as even around noon there were two stages with live music. It was packed. Everyone was having a blast. Possibly because the toilets are better cared for today. But man, you could really feel being there, even though it's been redone, and is now expanded etc. I bought some very cool merch, as well. (It's a Beatles FAN, get it?)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
I tried to buy some Paul McCartney tees at a nearby shop, but was thwarted by the fact that I'm not very big and all the good shirts are made for people of unisex. I don't know why no one thinks a small girl shaped person would want Paul McCartney on their chest. Missed market, I think.
We also visited the Beatles statues and Brian's. I love that the Beatles are striding towards the water, looking towards America (vaguely). Brian is around the corner from Matthew street, appropriately.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
As a side note, we closed the day eating fish and chips (my first) and watching the new Doctor Who episode (the one with the Beatles) and I am now fully British in all but citizenship.

Just wanted to share some Fyodor doodles with yall
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
The quality is horrific but okay
The last one is my personal favorite. I always thought the Rats logo(can you even call it that way?) looked like Radiohead's one.
Please don't steal it, at least give me credit. I know they suck but I really like these doodles :')

i was in the darkroom today doing photograms and listening to ok computer on this old cd player they have in there, just chilling and then the drummer from my new band came in and weirdly enough he hadn't actually heard ok computer but he is a metal kid, he knew karma police and no surprises when they came on, and we talked a bit he's actually really nice and he was telling me about how they'd been trying to get rid of their old guitar player for a while and how he wants to do a rock version of karma chameleon, and he was saying that the coolest record store where we are actually doesn't hire people they're all volunteers but they need more people over the summer so i might do that?? maybe? anyways he's really cool and actually so lovely my first practise with them is tomorrow i'm a little intimidated cos the other guitarist is /really/ good, but it should be fun i'm excited!!
i was doing more photograms with my hair and a saftey pin, they weren't really working cos the paper had already been exposed and i didn't realise, but i was brushing on developer so they still looked cool, he had some guitar brand logos he was doing a sort of collage thing with, anyways i hope he liked the radiohead he didn't say anything about it but i think he was actively listening to it

for the ask meme: 🌿, 🥤, and 🍫 !
gl with the thesis 🦈💙
🌿 Describe your favorite outfit.
I don't think about my clothing much, to be honest. Probably some sort of sarcastic Woot.com t-shirt. (I have a favorite t-shirt, it's a Radiohead logo one but the logo is in these rainbow triangles and it's white and I always fear staining it so I never wear it, so maybe that one. God, what if it doesn't fit me anymore cause I gained weight... hold as I go cry for a minute...) Then long pants, either grey sweatpants, black leggings, or navy jeans. And the one pair of shoes I use, Skechers that actually fit...
🥤 What’s your go-to Starbucks order?
I don't drink coffee, somehow, so it depends. Usually, I'll try to get a peach iced tea/lemonade type thing. If it's cold, hot chocolate. I used to like the frappuccinos as a kid but not much anymore.
🍫 Cheese or chocolate?
Here's my thing - high quality cheese, to me, is usually better than high quality chocolate. But medium and low quality chocolate is better than medium and low quality cheese. If I'm in Switzerfrance, cheese. I get the cheapo Brie from Simpl and it slaps like hell. If I'm not, chocolate.
💜 sob sob thesis work is NOT going well and is a stress factory and I want to cry about it but thank you 🫂🫂🫂

Prayer at the Gate, ou o milagre que é PJ Harvey ao vivo
Tumblr media
Como toda a gente que ouvia música no ano 2000, recordava-me de alguns temas do aclamadíssimo Stories from the City, Stories from the Sea; pouco depois de termos comprado o gira-discos, ofereci o disco à Ana. Fui descobrindo canções com gosto, até ao lançamento do seu disco mais recente, I Inside the Old Year Dying, que me agarrou por completo logo à primeira canção, a lindíssima "Prayer at the Gate".
Prayer at the Gate
The Nether-Edge
I Inside the Old Year Dying
The Glorious Land
Let England Shake
The Words That Maketh Murder
A Child's Question, August
I Inside the Old I Dying
Send His Love to Me
50ft Queenie
Black Hearted Love (PJ Harvey & John Parish cover)
Angelene
The Garden
The Desperate Kingdom of Love
Man-Size
Dress
Down by the Water
To Bring You My Love
Este encheu-me bem as medidas.
A primeira parte do concerto foi dedicada às sonoridades de I Inside the Old Year Dying e do brilhante Let England Shake. E seguiu pelos seus anos 90: "Angelene", "The Garden", "Down By the Water". A Woman a Man Walk By. E a fechar a enorme To Bring You My Love, do álbum homónimo de 1995, um final incrível para qualquer concerto.

heyyyyyy thanks for reblogging my post on those stupid scammers known as tmbg!! im a radiohead hater myself but i may start hating these possible giants i hate them their only good thing was the flood theme but obviously they ripped off that star logo at the end of tv shows on the credits (it shows for like a split second so you cant google the logo) but imagine being a group of men that claim to be giants ughhhhh
imagine interrupting a genderless teen's dedicated "watching videos of random elmo toys for no reason while eating microwaved mashed potato cups at 9 in the morn" time with a scam. hell theyre worse than temu
you should totally become a hater. They scam and they lie and they interrupt mash potato sessions. I was eating mash potatoes once and then I heard someone mention Marty Beller (he's the drummer) and I got so upset I dropped the mash potatoes all over myself and everyone callled me Potato Boy for the rest of 6th grade.

Headcannons Ryan Howard x Leitora/Reader
Tumblr media
Parte 1 | Parte 2
Apelidos
"Gatinha";
Algumas vezes "my baby";
Passa na sua casa para deixar uma térmica de chá, mas evita te beijar porque não quer ficar doente também;
Manda mensagens equanto está no trabalho: "Pensando em você", "como você está, baby?", "quer que eu vá até aí?";
Começa a se desculpar imediatamente porque tem medo de ter estragado tudo mais uma vez;
Provavelmente falou alguma merda impulsiva durante a discussão e agora está arrependido;
Te dá tempo para pensar, mas fica sofrendo internamente enquanto ouve Radiohead pensando em você e escrevendo poesias;
Se ele estiver bravo com você, não vai querer papo com você por um bom tempo;
Quando o clima ruim passar, ele provavelmente vai levar um café até a sua mesa e perguntar se vocês podem conversar;
É provável que antes de vocês conversarem, role sexo de reconciliação, e ele realmente gosta de transar com raiva;
Sem reação;
"É por minha causa?";
"Gatinha... Você quer um café?";
Ele não se esqueceu porque marcou no calendário virtual;
Está te esperando na frente da sua casa com um café quentinho, uma poesia e algum presente útil, como um CD ou um livro;
Ele não pensa em te dar flores, por mais que você goste;
Diz que vai te levar ao cinema de noite;
Faz com que todos no trabalho se lembrem que é o seu aniversário porque não quer te ver triste;
Tenta tornar o dia todo sobre você, te preparando um sanduíche de almoço porque é péssimo na cozinha, te levando para comer no terraço;
"Ângela, eu acho bom que a festa da minha gatinha seja ao nível dela";
Durante a festa do trabalho, ele suja o seu nariz com cobertura de bolo para tirar uma foto fofa;
Ele sente ciúmes ao ver Jim te abraçando pelo seu aniversário, e imediatamente te abraça para que saibam que você pertence apenas a Ryan;
No cinema, ele te compra sua comida favorita e deixa que você escolha o filme, por mais que ele talvez não goste;
Ele vai deixar o braço por cima do seu ombro ou a mão em cima da sua durante todo o filme;
Te leva para o apartamento dele para que durmam juntos;
"Você vai ser a minha sobremesa, esse é o seu presente final";
Ryan está apreensivo e evita o assunto ao máximo;
Ele faz uma expressão de "por favor, não" quando você fala sobre achar que pode estár grávida;
"É só que... Somos muitos jovens, né?"
Depois de um tempo, ele gosta da ideia de se casar com você, mas quer algo simples e não abre a mão da ideia de passar a lua de mel em Vegas;
