My boy has made some tendencies a little more public than he likes. Particularly, the self destructive ones.

Raúl, briefly very distracted by the snifter of cursed magic his sword just drank off of this monstrosity of tortured souls. It started whispering a name at him and he almost forgot it was barrelling toward him.

His eyes did a thing. We're all a little concerned.

Raúl became something unusual during our last session... his sword finally overtook him and this is what emerged.

A beast that eats magic. When the fight was over, he dropped like a rock... and Aités was there to catch him.

The reveal finally happened. Secret fire genasi??? Who knew!?? (anyone who noticed he had Flame Blade and wasn't a druid, honestly) My paladin has some problems to solve in regard to being what he is, one of those problems being "where are the rest" and another being "does this evil empire I belong to even know I'm here". He definitely got some positive reinforcement from his censer necklace (not pictured), which seemed pleased he did this.

Welp. There they all are. The adventuring party from my Sunday d&d game, chibified to make you forget it's grimdark, and with bonus DM's OC, Red, as the spooky DM figure. Had to redo a couple of these because markers behaved stupidly and so did my hands, and also there was confusion over Aités' coloration, but now they all exist.

it my paladin he is hard to draw. the pose is wonk but the cape is part of why and it's called Evanescent Ubiety and it distracts enemies so yanno.
