'Have you ever been to Domino City before by yourself?'

Duel Academy's sent students on field trips to Duel City before, but not overnight. This is a longer stay, this time for a tournament. Kimiko's been excited to compete, as have the other students selected to go. In the midst of all the chaos and hustle and bustle of the tournament, she supposes Misawa-kun must have been forgotten. She feels bad for him, but at least he's with her. Kimiko's grown up in Domino City, so she knows the roads and streets well enough to navigate them comfortably.

How he ended up alone is a mystery to her though. (She'll have to give Judai Kenzan and Sho a proper grilling and investigation later). She'd always assumed the boys were stuck together like glue, but perhaps they were too focused on battling. (Okay, so she's been there herself… More than once. Not the present issue though.)

She checks her phone, making sure she has the address of the hotel they are all staying at correct. 'Okay, I think we can be there in 30 minutes or so. Just stick with me on the bus and subway, and you should be fine. There's a station up ahead if I remember correctly-' And when it comes to the transit system of Domino City, she's something of an expert. She's been taking those lines to and from school and back everywhere else alone since she was practically old enough to walk at all, really.
