Heather - Heather is the gender-swapped version of Hunter, She is a chill but sometimes edgy girl, she has a relationship with Jesus and is Morgan's girlfriend, but despite that, Morgan is very controlling of her making her feel like he doesn't love her, which is why she starts cheating on Morgan with Nick, only for Nick to exploit her to the whole school and show everyone naked pics she sent him

Mystery/Thriller Monday

Kellan can’t remember an entire year of her life. She was shot. She’s also running from her husband she hopes is dead, oh, and then she finds the dead body of a woman at the off the beaten track resort where she works. She gets involved in the investigation to find out who did it, but, since she can’t remember who shot her, could that person be there, could there be a connection between the gunshot and the death?

This was an amazing suspense book. The twists and turns that Dodd throws in were awesome and definitely kept me guessing. It was an amazing read. And, part of a series!

TBH most of the names in the original post seem, like... within the expected range of weird for "White 'Murican Guy born in the last 40 years" names. Like, I wouldn't be particularly surprised to encounter these in a context like getting put on a group project with someone in college, or having to email someone with that name at work who I'd never met.

"Remington Tate" I don't think I've heard of anyone with the first name Remington, only seen it as a surname, but apparently it is a thing. I'd be a little surprised to meet someone who actually went by that name though, it seems like one of those names where a lot of guys would go by shortened versions or by their middle names / initials. Like if I met a guy called "RJ" and I found out the R stood for Remington, or a "Remington Joseph" who everyone called "Joe" that would be less surprising than actually meeting a guy who was like "Hi, I'm Remington."

"Kellan Kyle" the only thing that feels strange about this is the alliteration. It's a gaelic given name with a scottish surname, so relatively culturally consistent.

"Connor Cobalt" Based on Googling it it sounds like the surname Cobalt exists but it's presumably very uncommon because I wasn't able to find much in the way of people who actually have that name. But I'm kinda surprised it's not more common as a surname.

"Cash Wall" okay this one would get an eyebrow raise if I met someone with that name because they're both real names but it's kind of a silly-sounding combo.

"Damien Stark" This one I get several results for if I search it on LinkedIn (although some of them are spelled "Damian"). I would not be surprised at all to randomly encounter someone with this name even if it's not a common name/surname combo.

"Travis Ford" when I google this name I get a real life college basketball coach, and also there are a ton of random guys with that name on Facebook and LinkedIn.

McHorse, though... that's a new one. Interestingly when I googled it one of the top results was this website made by one guy with the surname trying to figure out where the hell it came from. Apparently several people shared old family rumors that it started out as a different name that the guy who originated it intentionally changed to something more Texas-y sounding when he moved to Texas... mission accomplished I guess?

A Nightmare on Elm Street has two scenes of severe flickering lights: one immediately following a confrontation with a school principal, and another shortly after inside a pharmacy store. Near the beginning, an attic light flickers on for a couple of seconds. A few scenes show emergency vehicle strobe lights at night.

There are a few very brief shots involving a shaking camera.

Flashing Lights: 9/10. Motion Sickness: 3/10.

TRIGGER WARNING: A murdered animal is shown on-screen. A man is revealed to be a child predator. One character’s graphic burn injuries are shown repeatedly, the same ones shown in shadow in the attached poster. A character swims through blood.
