8. Favorite type of dream: I really love dreaming fanfics. Well, they aren't fanfics yet when I dream them, but sometimes the do become fanfics eventually :)

I also really like dreaming about my dad. They feel like he's paying me a quick visit to check on me.

23. Favorite part of being alive: Oh damn, so many things. I love to get to go to new places and see how beautiful the world is. I love to find pieces of art or media that encapsule what it truly means to enjoy life and why it's worth living it. I love dogs - they're so loyal and selfless and fluffy and can turn a bad day into the best one in a matter of seconds. And I love getting to share my little journey with the people I love.

Favorite book: I’ve mentioned “Stone Butch Blues” enough, so I’m going to say my favourite books I’ve read this year so far, which were definitely “The metamorphosis” by Kafka and “Hotel world” by Ali Smith.

Last song you listened to: my gf ( @agent-astronaut ) put me “Watermelon man” yesterday night and I haven’t listened to music since then, I don’t even know who plays it but, that’s my last one!

Last movie or show you've watched: My last movie was Corpus Christi (Boże Ciało), actually a rewatch! But the last short film I watched was Thermostat 6 which I liked a lot (btw y’all have my letterboxd and goodreads accounts on the menu of my blog!). I’m blanking on my last show right now, I don’t think I have watched anything since I rewatched Julie and the phantoms haha

Recent reads: Yesterday night I finished “Hurricane season” by Fernanda Melchor (I don’t really recommend it) and I also borrowed “En la cocina con Kafka” from the library and it was a nice time

Inspiration: I feel like I’m mostly inspired by nature, I don’t tend to go out on walks or stuff (which sucks!) but everytime I do I spend all my time writing poems in my head Wirt-style

Elinor: What made you pick up Inkheart?

Uff, difficult. That’s like 5000 years ago 😉

I got the first book as a gift and it looked beautiful and interesting. I mean, just look at this beautiful cover:

And the first few pages are captivating (just as the rest ofc) so when I started reading, I was lost 😊

If you like books that have both elements of the real world and a fantasy world, good child-parent relationships, villians that are interesting, darker themes w/o becoming an overall sad story, emotional parts that make you laugh, cry and cry w laughter, lots and lots of wonderful ♥ characters that you’re going to learn about through the 3-book series (and there’s said to be another book soon - so more to look forward to) then the Inkworld series might be something for you (the books are called “Inkheart” (Tintenherz), “Inkspell” (for some ineffable reasons they changed Tintenblut - Inkblood to Inkspell) and “Inkdeath” (Tintentod)) 💕💕

Um...my favorite quote...hmm.. I’d say every quote with the Black Prince and his bear♥ (well except some in Inkdeath...with some red berries...SPOILER) 😉 but which of them do I like the most?????🤔

Hmmm...(btw, thanks to your ask I found a continuity mistake in my current Inkworld-WIP🙃, so thank you^^). Okay, after rereading bits of the books I’d say my favorite quote is the indroduction of the Black Prince (chapter 14 of Inkspell):

The Black Prince was not alone. Of course not; his bear was with him, as usual. He was crouching by the fire behind his master, like a shaggy shadow. Fenoglio still remembered the words he had used when he first created the Prince at the very beginning of Inkheart. He recited them quietly to himself as he approached him: An orphan boy with skin almost as black as his curly hair, as quick with his knife as his tongue, always ready to protect those he loved - his two younger sisters, a maltreated bear, or his best friend, his very best friend, Dustfinger [...]

(okay, tbh I still can’t decide which of the quotes I found (including the one above) is my favorite but someone else asked me the same question so I can therefore decide on another quote for their answer 😬😇)
