Quit Smoking Today
LINK BOOK
It is not easy to quit smoking. After all, there are countless smokers around the world who have tried and failed to quit this habit at least once. Once you have taken your first puff, there is no turning back. Some are addicted to the nicotine in the cigarettes while others have taken to the mechanical motions of lifting and putting the cancer stick into their mouths. If you are a smoker, you will understand how lifeless you feel when you haven’t been able to satisfy your craving for a cigarette, but do you know the exact reason why this happens?

Salam, Akhi. Make explanation for me. Why my Chronivac says I was changed twoice today. Now my memory of the changes ees, eh, 50/50. But I saw two support articles from you of hackers making men Arabs, and then someone accidentally using the alpha Arab preset. I admit my current body ees very noice, but I would like to become my proper body, if you blease.
Tumblr media
Oh yes, there has indeed been quite a lot mixed up today…. And it will take the Chronivac team quite a while to sort it all out again.
It's a bit difficult to reconstruct everything, but according to my records, this should have been your original body. I put some muscles on it. As an apology. And the tattoos are also free.
Tumblr media
Now you should speak excellent Hindi and Indian influenced English again. And I have also stopped you smoking. I hope everything else is fine again. If you have any wishes or questions, please contact me!

Thangalaan review
: Pa Ranjith's film is intertwined with some fantasy and mystical realism. A must watch for Vikram fans.
Thangalaan is a period action drama starring Vikram, Parvathy Thiruvothu and Malavika Mohanan in the lead roles. The film is directed by Pa. Ranjith, produced by Studio Green K.E.Gnanavel Raja and the music is scored by G.V. Prakash Kumar.
Premise:
Britishers are in a wealth hunt, they take tribal people to work for them. Strange visions of Vikram to lead the troop to the Gold-rush area. What happens after forms the crux of the story.
Writing/ Direction:
Gold is the base of the film, the film showcases how it was handled in the 19th century by our rulers. Well-researched in terms of landscape, the way people look and the terms they use, which is sure to take the viewers back in time. The fantasy element is intriguing, the dynamic development of it is one of the few appreciable aspects of the film, the closure to it makes sense, sadly it is rushed by leaving no impact. The first half is like an adventure flick, with many different themes tried, but the result is extremely flat.
No clarity in the fight scenes as to who is winning and who is losing, the Black Panther sequence is a big dud with poor vision and the heavy smoke effects used lowers the visual standard.
Pasupathy’s humour portions are a big relief to the dry screenplay. The second half starts on a promising note with a few good scenes, displaying the happiness of the tribes for receiving new clothes, how the British treat the tribe with respect until they get to the Gold and shows their true nature after that, etc. Post which the film becomes dull with the slavery part not turning out to be emotional on-screen, the payoff is also very weak by bringing in a clumsy platter which is hard to consume. The biggest drawback of the film is the dialogue modulation of the artists which is probably authentic for the period, but had to go through hell to follow and understand.
Performances:
Chiyaan Vikram’s limitless efforts are evident on-screen, showing great variety in makeover, body language and expressions. Parvathy Thiruvothu is very casually natural on-screen, her scenes with the hero are lively, but the script required more to utilize the chemistry between them. Quite a challenging role for Malavika Mohanan, she has given her best, just wish she had more highlight action scenes to prove her full-potential. Pasupathy’s character started off fascinatingly, but then the arc was left abruptly without giving a proper ending it deserved. Stone-faced villains, the issue with foreign actors’ performances which the most Indian films have exists here too. The other supporting characters are written in a half-baked manner that we don’t get to feel for them.
Technicalities:
Meticulous work by G.V.Prakash, top quality songs overall, especially the Minikki Minikki track stands out and it is beautifully placed in the film. Solid score, his music made a lot of weak situations better, he has focused on what instruments to use as well. The visuals are first class, strong production value and location recce have led the team to explore new terrains, however the action is captured in an unimpressive manner. A lot of edit patterns and jump cuts are fascinating, but finesse is missing when things are simple, the packaging fails to engross. VFX is a mixed bag, the models look neat during the static shots, but the motions aren’t done right to make the sequences believable. Stunts lack punch, the approach is realistic but the output feels hurried.
Bottomline
Fantasy element is fine when it stands alone, falters when blent with reality. The film misses to hold the interest except for the initial chunk in the latter half. Had immense potential to be a hard-hitting flick, but it never took off from the ground level.

even the silverest of spoons being in your mouth when you're born doesn't shield you from the unhappiness of life, but it does slap a bandage over a festering wound so you can ignore it a while longer. kenta mochizuki, a dermatologist originally from japan. beth mcnulty, general legal counsel for one of the biggest energy companies in all of australia. married a little later than either of their families would have liked, but in their defense, they were both busy being successful. and they barely slowed down long enough to have their only child, takaharu.
though of an ornery countenance since birth, taka was always still popular and favored because he was pretty and rich. clarinet lessons, piano lessons, drum lessons, surfing lessons, she was set up for success from the very beginning. her childhood memories are mostly accompanied by nannies and tutors, though her father, an earnest and excitable man, always made an effort to be present in his child's life, eager to see her succeed.
there was always a distance between taka and their mother, though; taka knows now that beth never wanted to be a parent. this attitude became clearly evident when she didn't show up to taka's tenth birthday dinner. it was soon revealed that she'd forgotten, and more of the truth came tumbling out: she shirked her parental duties for an affair. and this apparently had been going on for quite some time, seeing other men that weren't her heartbreakingly devoted husband.
a divorce ensued, and taka sided with his kind, loving father, who had also always made an effort to keep japanese culture alive in the home. when taka was barely into her teens, her father sat her down to tell her about a woman he'd met online, one he'd fallen in love with. the catch was that she lived in malibu. taka was given the choice to live with her mother or move to the united states with her father. she easily chose the latter.
lashonda rhimes, successful anesthesiologist to the stars, and kenta's second wife. she was a few years younger, though not egregiously so, but still childless. and she treated taka like her own child, which might have been externally brushed off by the surly teenager, but taka came to appreciate it. he was popular in his new home, with his accent and his money and his looks. being so intelligent, the transition to a new continent wasn't difficult at all, and he finished high school near the top of his class.
he didn't really have a plan for his life, and all his parents really wanted out of him was just for him to go to college. an acceptance to duke university was sweetened by some scholarships, and whatever those didn't cover was easily made up for by the wads of cash his family had. taka had started smoking weed not long after landing in the US, but she branched out into new drugs while in durham, north carolina, for college.
acid trips were unpleasant every time she tried dropping; and she didn't like injecting anything to leave marks behind on her pretty body. but she soon found a bad habit in cocaine. she would sniff a few lines, party for several hours, go home and do homework, go to class, and go to modeling shoots, and do it all over again. somehow, using sheer ambition probably, she finished college within 4 years, even with a double major and a couple semesters spent studying abroad.
bouncing around the US for a year or so; living with his aunt in japan for a couple years; and then landing in anchorage for the next adventure around 2016
these days, taka keep busy in any way she knows how: too long with her own thoughts can be dangerous and make her itch to return to her cocaine habit. but they've done a good job of staying clean. taka doesn't need to work for money—his mother sends him gobs of money to curry his favor, and his father and stepmother have nobody else to spoil—but he does work to stay busy, spinning tunes at the boom boom room; modeling for small indie publications and brands; and gaining some traction as a music producer.
with more money than one person should ever need, taka gives a lot of it away. there are a few charities she routinely makes generous donations to; but she also likes to take care of her friends. she'll buy her closest friends whatever they want, buy their groceries, offer to pay rent or even let them stay in her house, offer to pay their medical bills... seriously, what is one lonely person gonna do with all those digits in their bank account? besides, spending money is the only way she knows how to show love.

Top Well Health Tips in Hindi wellhealth for a Well-Balanced Life
Maintaining good health is essential for a happy and productive life. In today’s fast-paced world, it can be challenging to prioritize health, but making small, manageable changes can lead to significant improvements. Here are some well-rounded health tips to help you achieve a balanced and healthy lifestyle.
Tumblr media
1. Eat a Balanced Diet
A balanced diet is crucial for overall well-being. Include a variety of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats in your meals. Eating a rainbow of fruits and vegetables ensures you get a wide range of nutrients. Avoid processed foods, sugary snacks, and excessive amounts of red meat. Instead, opt for foods rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
2. Stay Hydrated
Water is vital for your body’s functions, including digestion, circulation, and temperature regulation. Aim to drink at least eight glasses of water a day. If you find plain water boring, try adding a slice of lemon, cucumber, or a few mint leaves for a refreshing twist. Herbal teas and coconut water are also good options for staying hydrated.
3. Exercise Regularly
Physical activity is essential for maintaining a healthy weight, improving cardiovascular health, and boosting your mood. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate exercise most days of the week. This can include activities like walking, jogging, cycling, swimming, or even dancing. Find an activity you enjoy, as it will be easier to stick with it.
4. Get Enough Sleep
Quality sleep is crucial for your physical and mental health. Adults should aim for 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Establish a regular sleep schedule by going to bed and waking up at the same time each day, even on weekends. Create a relaxing bedtime routine, avoid screens before bed, and make sure your sleeping environment is comfortable and dark.
5. Manage Stress
Chronic stress can negatively impact your health, leading to issues like high blood pressure, heart disease, and depression. Find healthy ways to manage stress, such as practicing mindfulness, meditation, deep breathing exercises, or yoga. Taking time for hobbies, spending time with loved ones, and getting regular physical activity can also help reduce stress levels.
6. Maintain Social Connections
Strong social connections are important for your mental and emotional well-being. Spend time with family and friends, join clubs or groups with similar interests, and make an effort to meet new people. Social interactions can provide support, increase feelings of happiness, and help you live a longer, healthier life.
7. Avoid Harmful Habits
Avoid smoking, excessive alcohol consumption, and recreational drug use. These habits can lead to severe health issues, including cancer, liver disease, and respiratory problems. If you need help quitting, seek support from healthcare professionals, support groups, or counseling services.
8. Regular Health Check-ups
Regular check-ups with your healthcare provider are essential for early detection and prevention of health issues. Schedule annual physical exams, dental check-ups, and screenings for conditions like high blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, and certain cancers. Stay up-to-date with vaccinations and follow your doctor’s recommendations for maintaining good health.
9. Practice Good Hygiene
Good hygiene practices, such as regular handwashing, can prevent the spread of illnesses. Brush and floss your teeth twice a day, shower regularly, and keep your living environment clean. Good hygiene is a simple yet effective way to protect your health.
10. Listen to Your Body
Pay attention to your body’s signals and respond appropriately. If you feel tired, rest. If you are hungry, eat nutritious food. If something doesn’t feel right, consult a healthcare professional. Listening to your body can help you maintain balance and avoid burnout.
Incorporating these health tips into your daily routine can lead to a more balanced and healthier life. Remember, small changes can make a big difference, and it’s never too late to start prioritizing your health. Stay motivated, be consistent, and enjoy the journey to better health and well-being.

yosi break :)
"excuse me, yosi lang ako."

FROM THE CAESAR FILES
Aside his deep bond with RD, were 2 other v. big names in Rajesh Khanna's closest circle - Kishore Kumar & Shakti Samanta. The story of how this first association came into being, is also most infotaining. Infact connected to Rajesh's own beginnings in the big league. So happens that great singer & Music director Hemant Kumar was remaking a Bengali superhit into the now legendary 'Khamoshi' in Hindi, in late 1967 or so, whose director Asit Sen wanted Dev Anand as lead, but Waheeda Rehman, it's signed heroine, was deeply impressed by this young man from his first 5 films over past 2 yrs, films he got very good reviews for,& passed very high recommendation for him instead, so Hemant who was also eyeing the boy,had him signed. Thus began shooting when a fine evening Hemant arrived at Rajesh's accommodation for instructions on the next day, & saw Rajesh coolly smoking away with his friends. Rajesh got so embarrassed at being caught smoking, he instantly almost apologized & asked Hemant da why didn't have him called to his place instead, than having to see them so. Hemant got amused at the high sensitivities as also respect for elders displayed by the lad, & while going away, was quietly asked who was singing the bridge song, & if he could take Kishore Kumar as his voice for it! Hemant had someone else in mind, as Kishore was not hot property for quite sometime, but see how fond he was of Rajesh, & as twas his first demand ever, agreed, & gave Kishore Kumar the song & as would turn out, Kishore's first big hit after very long! Ofcourse also giving Ind Cin it's greatest ever actor-singer duo! Here's the song! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MDXFi3avqo0 Cut to 3 yrs down the line, to Meena Kumari's last film 'Dushman', with Khanna excitedly in lead. Music Dir Laxmikant had a qawwali song in mind, for which Kishore, Rajesh Khanna's whole & sole voice by then, wasn't used to & comfortable with at all, & practically refused to comply. Just then Khanna, who was narrated this impasse bts, arrived at studios in his green car, entered the room, sat next to Kishore, & began his quiet cajoling. "Ki holo dada! Gaane ka nahi hai kya, babumoshai?" with that mischievous look in his eye. Kishore explained, but Khanna turned to Music Dir Laxmikant & said "If he's not singing it, I'm not acting in it!". Kishore knew the emo blackmailing of his friends, & quietly acquiesced, resulting in Bolly's Top 5 quawwalis in history,& a big feather in LP & Kishore's cap! Here it is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GdmQpAKOfdA Similarly, Shakti Samanta was stuck with a script titled 'Anuraag' dearly wanted to make, but as unconventional & non-spicy,turned down by all distributors.A issue he perchance narrated to Rajesh, who having read it,thot twas travesty if left unmade,& came up with a soln. "What if you write a cameo for me!". He shockingly replied,"You!". & Thus got made a Indie Top 600 classic, with RK at peak of career, in v. spl role, just for love of a friend! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xg0IdiRj6Go

I am arab but I do not feel any connection to my language or culture. I feel this may be the cause of Arabic and arab culture being heavily intertwined with Islam. At best it is extremely difficult to disentangle these ties; it makes me dislike my own background. How could I love a language that was in turn loved by such hateful people? I don't feel like I ever want to be a part of it, but technically, I am part of it. I'm tied to this culture, language, and religion by blood, and I am certainly not proud of my ethnicity, my nationality, and the religion I was born into. Being Arabic ≠ being religious, I know, but I can't shake off the feeling that I'm not Arabian. I suppose growing up with Arabs who were all Muslims has put that idea in my head, that an arab is inherently religious.
The bottom line is, I do not feel, nor do I want to feel, associated with my culture, language, ethnicity, and even my family.
Do you feel the same?
How could I love a language that was in turn loved by such hateful people?
with this mindset idk how u can like almost any language. english? italian? spanish? french? russian? japanese? chinese? hindi? the list could go on forever. what makes arabic especially hateful to you? it has existed long before islam and is the language of many non-muslims too. arab christians have their own cultures and practices and yet they speak arabic. i just dont see arabic as somehow intrinsically related to islam, nor do i see my culture that way either. youre right that a lot of our culture has become so deeply intertwined with islam, but i honestly don't see traditions like eid to be hateful either. i dont see them as celebrating anything hateful either. many cultures of many european countries are also deeply intertwined with christianity, and yet even non-religious europeans i know i often see embracing christmas and easter, for example. so i dont see anything wrong w embracing religiously-rooted traditions like ramadan or eid either. i love that eid involves getting together w the family, giving money, generosity, often new / nice clothing n dressing up, + specific special dishes. i love that for ramadan we often will sit together and eat and watch a ramdan show + have special dishes, and that in ramadan many will go on the streets or from house to house to provide with homemade gifts or be generous in other ways. what i take issue with is when these practices are forced on others, like the fact that its illegal to eat in public in many countries before iftar in ramadan time.
overall no i dont really relate tbh. i come from a non-religious family, they dont strongly identify w arabness bc idk we're bahrani first & foremost and often they're shit talking about arabs. but i grew up with examples that made me separate my culture from islam. islam is something that was forced onto me outside my family and my friend circles nd family's friend's circles. the arabs i know drink and party and smoke and don't segregate by sex and wear non-"modest" clothing and get tattoos and piercings etc while also often times wearing abayas or thobes (my atheist grandpa used to always wear a thobe), or traditional bahraini attire, speaking arabic, etc so. idk. i just don't view it as an Islam Thing. i recognise that most arab cultures have become quite intertwined with islam, but i also see how our differences nd special traditions exist. we have girga3on in bahrain for example and this is a tradition specific to gulf countries + iraq. we have stuff like henna and we eat dishes like daal and these are all also my culture & show me our history as an island nation that was an instrumental trading area. we have pearl-diving and pearls and gold and many things that are so traditional to us but not at all related to islam but rather our specific area. all of this is still my culture. perfumes and spices and our dialect and the ancient dilmunian civilisation are my culture too and my heritage. these are the things i take pride in and wish will live on long after im gone. i dont consider praying 3-5 times a day, athaan, islamic beliefs, etc to be my culture, and i don't hate my heritage or want to disconnect myself from it bc of that. i was always simply born muslim, but i am bahrani and i always will be regardless of my beliefs.
