ice sheets sweep this slick mirrored dark place space as keys that turn in tight, trigger pain of situations where we move ever so slowly so gently into time — traced agony the bright turning of imagination so slowly grooved through revolving doors, opening up to enter mountains where spirits walk voices, ever so slowly swept by cold, breathing fire as these elliptical moments of illusion link fragile loves sunk deep in snows as footprints the voice prints cold black gesticulations bone bare voices chewed skeletal choices in fangs of piranha gales spewing out slivers of raucous laughter glinting bright as hard polished silver nails

Toni Morrison was born on this day in 1931 in Lorraine, Ohio, a steel-belt town along the shores of lake Erie. She would have been 90. Happy Birthday Toni! You are greatly missed!

What's cool is actually I had 3 pieces exhibited at #PaulFisherGallery last night. This one has been there since Paul took it to exhibit at the LAArt Show earlier this year. It's a small version of "Luv Notes: The Blues" the bigger original is in th private #artcollection of #QuincyTroupe #MargotTroupe. The original i created while listening to #MilesDavis #KindOfBlue, if you know the Quincy x Miles connection you then know why I love this piece etc.. I saw a couple people looking and talking about it. I wanted to tell them the story but was like nah I'm a just chill. #art #ArtLife #artist
