For me, I doubt he has a heart of gold. But he would be the type to be a jerk to everyone even if he develops feelings for someone. Like, if he forms a friendship with Pomni, he'll still be a jerk to her. He'll still prank her, shove her into the lake, and throw things at her. But if Pomni were to be in danger, he would be the first to get her out, try or come up with a plan. And then go back to being his asshole self towards her. 🤣
